Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Host met us on arrival & explained everything. Good fast communication. Well stocked kitchen. 2 great showers. Beds very comfortable. Good heating. Close to supermarkets, convenience stores, public transport. Helpful reception staff.
Surface clean was adequate but deep clean is necessary. Old tea leaves in kettle. Some surfaces dusty/grimy. Unwashed floors.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Localização perfeita! Ao lado do metrô Santa Ana, ao lado do Supermercado e de vários minimarkets, além de estar próximo da Plaza de Armas, Rua Agustinas... Enfim, a localização é ideal e não tem tanto barulho quanto em outras ruas do centro.
O apartamento estava muito sujo. Ele suja naturalmente pela localização, pois há muito pó na região, mas para além das características da região, as louças estavam sujas, o chão e móveis cheios de pó. Isso realmente precisa melhorar. O quarto com camas de solteiro esquenta bastante, há um despertador natural (o calor) às 9h durante o verão. O outro quarto é mais fresco.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, muy central, cerca de los lugares más turísticos y con varias líneas de metro cerca para poder desplazarse por la ciudad. Tiene dos baños, lo cual en grupos de hasta 4 o 5 personas puede ser muy útil. Tiene buena ventilación, pero con el verano que hubo en Santiago durante mi estadía un ventilador habría sido muy útil.
Aunque estaba aseado, la cocina tiene rastros de grasa que requiere una limpieza mas profunda. Las colchas de cama estan manchadas, cosa que lo hace ver poco limpio.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Хорошая квартира, расположенная на краю центра, здание охраняется, рядом есть станция метро. Комнаты хорошо обставлены. Чистое постельное белье. Был хороший обогреватель, поэтому в квартире было тепло. Есть всё самое необходимое
К сожалению, было довольно грязно. Видны последствия систематического отсутствия полноценной уборки - на кухне липкие ручки шкафов и грязные дверцы, грязная посуда (в разной степени), на двери санузла потёки и пятна, пол во многих местах грязный. Пыль вытерта только на самых используемых поверхностях. Если в этой квартире провести хорошую уборку, можно было бы ставить оценку гораздо выше.

The apartment could have been cleaner, especially bed blankets (but not only). Heating was barely adequate for the winter, consisting of a back-uo heater only (NO central heating), and no extra source of heating was provided after we pointed this out.. But I guess one should not complain, given the relatively cheap price.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025The apartment is spacious and is in a very secure and central location. The host is attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While there is not much to do at night in the area, it's a great place to stay if you want to explore all that Santiago has to offer.

Both bathrooms were very dirty…floor had hair and someone’s old bandaid. Didn’t have a tidy appearance when we checked in. I didn’t get the codes to the door until I called the owner…I had texted our plane was late and what time we would be there! It was late…frustrating.
