Adrian's Pod Condo Rental

The location is perfect, near to the airport and to the ferry ports. What we loved the most was the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived, the place was very comfortable and so relaxing. The kitchen utensils are already provided, as well as the internet and netflix access. Ms. Yana accommodates us so well, and we were very much informed every now and then. Thank you for having us at your place! This is really one of the best places to stay and very recommendable.

Iv booked Adrian's pod a couple of times.and recommend it.

Being stopped by Security at gate .even though they had confirmation of my booking...( But it was resolved by a phone call).

None

Room is clean, nakakahiya if aalis kang hindi naglilinis haha. Also, apakabait ni owner very accomodating.

Very convenient. Location is strategically located near pharmacy, remittance centers, banks, food resto!

The only thing is it lacks toiletries like shampoo, toothpaste, tootbrush. Glad we brought our own shampoo and toothbrush. But it is expected to be available in every airbnb, hotels, condos.

100% Safe neighborhood😍

Location

The apartment was clean and very well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Adrian’s pod condo. The unit was not only clean and well-mqintained but also beautifully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. But what truly made the experience special was the owner’s hospitality. She was incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was worth it, really good for couples, the location is nice and the security is good as well. Definitely will recommend to everyone who's looking for a place in Davao.

A bit sad about the car parking and also ants inside the unit. Anyhow, overall stay was good

The comfort

Nothing

Very accessible—close to the airport, SM, and the market. We enjoyed free use of everything inside the unit, including Wi-Fi, Netflix, and air conditioning. Totally worth it!

I just love everything. The owner is so approachable and kind.

Highly Recommended for a Convenient Stay! You should stay here! We chose this place before flying to Manila, and it did not disappoint. The **place is simple yet complete with all the amenities** you need for a comfortable stay. The **area is safe, with 24/7 security**, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. For those traveling with a car, note that **parking is limited**—it's mostly for drop-offs, and there’s an overnight parking fee. Make sure to coordinate with the guard upon entry for arrangements. What stood out the most was the **host's quick and precise responses**, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The thoughtful gesture of providing cold water in the fridge was much appreciated after our long trip from Agusan del Sur to the city. It was a **wonderful stay for me and my kids**, and we’re definitely coming back very soon!

We came back because we absolutely love it here! Everything about this place is perfect for a family getaway. The **cleanliness is exceptional**—it smells great, and it’s equipped with everything we could possibly need. The **host is very accommodating and easy to negotiate with**, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What we loved most is how kid-friendly it is! The **playground** outside was a hit with our kids, and they enjoyed playing with other children in the neighborhood. And of course, the **pool** was the highlight—they couldn’t get enough of it! To sum it up, it was a wonderful stay, and we can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommended, especially for families.

Im not a kind of individual who usually do reviews.. but this airbnb deserved as such.. for the price what you see, you get more when you are inside.. the owner is so accomodating i guess she doesnt sleep cause i chatted her late nignt and have a quiry and she still answers.. kudos to you MAAM.. Will definite reccomend to my friends and colleagues. KUDOS!
