Amazing aircon. Locations good but it’s beside a water waste facility which had a very bad smell once you stepped outside. Other than that clean and can’t complain. Would stay again

A great place to stay. It's a little further from the main places but only a short walk away. The rooms were clean and it had nice amenities. I would recommend for stays in Phi Phi Island. The staff were also very friendly

Very pleasant stay, comfortable. Chompoo the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.

There was no toothbrush & toothpaste . Rest are okay. Reception was close after 6pm so it bother us.as we enter late on 8pm.

Location close to the viewpoint and loh dalum beach but a long walk to the pier point. Away from noise and music.

Personnel très agréable et sympathique. Hôtel moderne. J’ai rencontré un soucis de télé aussitôt dit elle a été changé directement. Hôtel situé près d’un 7 eleven, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de piscine.

Great location - away from very noisy part and close to the viewpoint and beaches. Room was cleaned every day and I found the bed quite comfortable! Great that there is TV with netflix + other apps!

Bathroom could have a little upgrade but nothing bad. Nice hangout area upstairs but open air so wouldn't recommend for remote working (rooms have great wifi though and are spacious enough for this). Lovely otherwise

Oda güzel temiz ve genişti. . Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Banyodaki soruna hemen müdahale ettiler. Merkeze yakın ve ulaşımı rahattı. Her iki koya da kolayca yürüyerek gidilebiliyordu.

Banyo çok eskiydi,kesinlikle yenileme istiyor ama koku yoktu. 3 kişilik odaların pencereleri çok yakında bulunan binanın duvarına bakıyordu. Oda ışık almıyordu.

The property was good. Clean room and comfy bed.

Unfortunately, the property is situated next to the sewage centre so we did encounter a smell on approach, which was very off putting.

Leider wurde meine Apple Watch aus dem Zimmer gestohlen!! Der Safe war ohne Batterien deshalb konnte ich ihn nicht nutzen!! Es war niemand außer mir und dem Personal im Zimmer.

I stayed at this hotel in Thailand paying 75€ per night for a double room without breakfast, expecting a standard 3-star experience. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. There was a strong sewage smell throughout the property and inside the room from the first day. The room showed clear signs of humidity on the walls and felt poorly maintained. The bathroom condition was also below acceptable hotel standards. Basic amenities were missing: no soap was provided and there were no face towels, only two worn body towels that did not feel suitable for a hotel stay. Housekeeping was not done at all on the first day - the room was not cleaned and even the trash was not removed. Cleaning was carried out the following day only after l reported it, but the process appeared very superficial and without proper cleaning products. I have stayed in more affordable accommodations in Thailand that offered much better cleanliness and service. In my opinion, this hotel does not justify its price or its advertised 3-star rating. I would not choose to stay here again.

L hôtel est à côté de la plage , la wifi fonctionne bien , la chambre est plutôt grande.

L odeur d égout dès que on met un pied en dehors de l hôtel , la réception qui est fermé durant la nuit , pas de serviette de plage à disposition des client ( la réceptionniste nous a dit que l hôtel les loue aux clients mais quand on était venu il y avait plus aucune serviette pour nous ). Pas d article d hygiène pour les clients ( j ai demandé une brosse à dents , chose qui est présente dans tout les hôtel , et il en avait pas )

Nice styling. Approved of the refillable glass water containers rather than disposable plastic bottles. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Room cleaned and towels changed every day.

Strong sewage smell right outside apartment due to water treatment facility next door probably. TV was broken in room, reception staff initially reluctant to fix saying that it just doesn't work. Eventually got other staff to change it. Shower clamp only fixed to wall with one screw so the unit kept flipping up side down every time the water pressure changed. Had a 6 hour power cut from 9am to 3pm.

It’s almost in the center of the island and the night life

It was next to waste center of the island, therefore there was quite a bad smell while walking to the hotel. Luckily we didn’t have the same smell in the room but we couldn’t open any window. The cleanliness of the room was a big issue, especially the bathroom was quite bad and never properly cleaned when we were staying

Es riecht extrem schlecht im Zimmer, kein Handtuch für die Hände, Schimmel im Bad und keine Möglichkeit das Bad zu lüften daher immer feucht modrig. Klimaanlage ging ständig nachts aus obwohl der Timer ausgestellt wurde.Extrem überteuert für den Zustand.

Как и до этого писали в отзывах, вид - на стену. Была сломана душевая, которая протекала и заливала всею ванную комнатку во время душа. Плюс в ванной стоял странный запах, то ли сырости, то ли еще что. Не было полотенца для рук. Сушить вещи можно только на балконной раме, с которой дай бог ночью ничего не улетит.

1. Отель расположен в 20 метрах от канализационного канала, соответственно каждый раз проходя мимо чувствуется ужасная вонь и иногда эту вонь затягивает кондиционер в номер. 2. Отсутствует балкон в номере, а напротив окна в метре стена соседнего дома, все вещи у вас будут влажными, поэтому их надо сдавать в прачку. 3. Абсолютно нет шкафов и полочек, хранить одежду негде, она будет валяться везде в комнате и в ванной. 4. По утрам вы будете слышать звук булькающей канализации из унитаза, а в обед не сможете смыть из него воду и не только. 5. Наш номер 107 находился за ресепшном возле входа и было слышно работников отеля и гостей отеля. 6. Уборили номер после 15 часов дня и нам приходилось просить еще об этом, при этом качество уборки ниже среднего. Не рекомендую, если вам важен уют и комфорт при проживании.

La struttura è sporca. Le mura sono sottilissime e non ho dormito tutta la notte perchè sentivo un uomo che tossiva in continuazione. Teli sporchi e stracciati. La reception chiude alle 7pm ed è facilissimo introdursi nella struttura anche per chi non è cliente. Sicurezza inesistente. Receptionist antipatica. Puzza di fogna ovunque. La finestra era attaccata ad un balcone di un altra casa, quibdi non abbiamo potuto aprirla.

Die Lage war super - in alle Richtungen hat man schnell verschiedene Dinge erreicht: den Aufstieg zum Aussichtspunkt, den Strand, Restaurants und Cafés. Es gab auf allen Stockwerken Wasserspender, bei denen man seine Flaschen kostenlos auffüllen konnte. Auf dem ausgebauten Dach konnte man sich schön hinsetzen, die Aussicht genießen oder auch etwas Sport machen. Es gab dort oben auch eine kleine Küche, die man hätte benutzen können.

Ein paar Meter neben der Unterkunft verlief ein kleiner Bach, da hat es immer sehr streng gerochen - hat man aber immer nur gemerkt, wenn man dort vorbeigelaufen ist, nicht in der Unterkunft selbst. Die Armaturen in der Dusche waren lose. Wer nicht so auf Banane steht, sollte sich sein eigenes Duschgel und Shampoo mitbringen.

There was a strange smell.

The location is main point. Short walk to anything, to entertainment and beach. Even the viewpoint. Very hipster hotel. Very good for young people. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The noise in the night. There is no security or staff after 8. And anyone coming late, would make their way through the lobby having midnight stories at full loud volume. Every night we wake up with noise . Even stepped out to ask for silence. No way to dry your clothes.

You feel young. Amazing terrace with free laundry, games and training stuffs

The boutique hotel is located quite far from the main harbor where all the excursions depart, although it is close to the Loh Dalum beach on the other side. The staff is polite! On the fourth floor, there is a space suitable for socializing, which can be useful for larger groups of young people.

Hygiene is terrible — the bathroom is dirty, paint is peeling off the walls, the toilet seat is stained, there were hairs on the bed linen… Below the room terrace, there is a sewage canal, and it is impossible to pass by without smelling it, let alone breathe normally. Because of this, we hardly opened the window and were forced to breathe air from the air conditioning. You are given only one large towel, and they don’t provide small face towels. However, overall, it was truly a big disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone!!!
