Property was cleaned every day and fresh bottled water provided. Fridge and air con in room. Free toiletries in the room (although not great quality)

We were on the bottom floor, the balcony is a little area big enough for one person to sit and smoke. We had a view outside our window of the staff break area

Está bien ubicado. El personal súper amable, la habitación cómoda. A tener en cuenta que es la zona donde hay fiesta en la noche y se puede escuchar música de afuera desde algunas habitaciones.

Punti positivi sicuramente la posizione molto centrale, la pulizia delle camere e non, e il servizio eccezionale. Il facchino ci ha accolto al porto e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. Alla mattina c’è una macchinetta del caffè gratuita, se gradite. Tutto sommato, qualità prezzo ottima. Se non soggiornare molti giorni e non avete il sonno leggero, allora va bene.

Per quanto riguarda la camera così così, ovvero che era molto piccola, insonorizzazione non presente, la porta della camera era in legno e non si chiudeva perfettamente, per questo entrava molta luce durante la notte e si sentiva qualsiasi cosa succedesse in corridoio (ovviamente persone che parlano, che scherzano o urlano di notte). Appena abbiamo visto la camera alle 13.00 ho chiesto se fosse possibile effettuare un cambio camera e mi hanno detto subito di no, senza valutare altre possibili opzioni e dicendo che l’albergo era pieno(probabilmente semplicemente non volevano; lavoro nel mondo degli hotel e so bene come funziona!).

Emplacement parfait. Pas trop de bruits des bars . Hôtel très bien entretenu. ( ménage des chambres pas toujours au top mais ça passe) café thé et petits gâteaux disponibles pour le petit dej.

Les femmes de ménages ne faisaient pas le ménage , elles ne faisaient que les lits…

Had an amazing holiday at this hotel! The staff was very kind and even let me have my room in advance considering i was sick and travelling alone! The localisation is also top tier, you are close to everything! And there was not too much noise at night, it was easy to go to bed early if you did not feel like partying!

Perfectly situated on Phi Phi, right in the centre of all the action. The staff were absolutely lovely. Refillable water station. Great value for money.

Looked like there was mould in the bedroom that had just been painted over. Lots of mosquitos in the room. Smell of sewage sometimes emanated from bathroom and in hallway.

Pure perfection and we just wished we had a longer stay. Bed was very comfortable and massive. Staff were so friendly. They offer a “pick up” service to and from the pier free of charge. Location is great!

Great location, next to a 7-11 and close to good restaurants and bars. Big room, clean, great bathroom facilities. Free water bottles on arrival, free coffee in the morning (a good latte) and crackers and biscuits. Staff provided more towels and toilet paper when we asked.

On our second night we had a leak in our ceiling and rain got in, making our clothes wet. This wasn’t an issue on the last night. Staff were quick to respond when we reported it.

We LOVED our stay here. The staff are exceptional. The room was spotless. Great location, not too far from the pier and close to the beach. Really in the middle of everything but I didn't hear any outside noise. They even helped me organise a cake and decorations for my boyfriend's birthday. Amazing stay would 100% recommend!!

The location is very convenient, central, quiet. Comfy bed, clean bedroom and facilities.

There is a small step to the bathroom, which makes the door slightly shorter, and I hit my head a couple of times.

Clean and Spacious rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and took 2 rooms on the 3rd floor and no internet for the entire stay. They couldn't rectify the problem.

- Location is great. Phi phi is a small island anyway however there is a 7 Eleven nearby, good bars and restaurants. Also close to the start of the walk for the phi phi viewpoints. - Staff are great. Super helpful and transported our bags to and from the pier. - Hotel room was one of the best we’ve had. Comfortable bed, safety deposit box, big and clean bathroom, spacious room, and the TV had Netflix which was an added bonus. AC also available. - They offer a complimentary coffee machine every morning until 10:30. There is also some small snacks and bananas which I thought was a nice touch. - Free water refills available.

מיקום פצצה: - מעל האזור של הבארים. - מרחק הליכה קצרצר לכל מקום באי. - 7/11 ממש מתחת למלון. ויחד עם זאת החדרים שקטים ואפשר לישון בהם. חדר מרווח ומפנק.

אין מעלית במלון. ישנם חדרים בקומות 2 ו-3. מחמם מים חשמלי, ולכן זרם המים החמים מוגבל. שהיתי לא בעונה ולכן גם המחיר היה זול יחסית.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, muy cerca a todo, bien ubicado, la habitación cómoda , todos los días aseo y agua , siempre había café y fruta 🍇. Lo único es que llovió mucho y la habitación tenía un techo de una teja que sonaba súper duro, en días lluvioso mucho ruido … es lo único de resto súper recomendado

C’est un super hôtel, très bien situé, le personnel est accueillant, souriant et présent si besoin. Nous sommes restés 6 jours, merci pour les petites attentions. Nous reviendrons lors d’un prochain séjour à Phi Phi

J’enlève un peu sur la note globale uniquement car il n’y avait pas de balcon ni d’étendoir dans notre chambre, pour le linge après la plage.

Esta muy bien ubicado para ir con amigos o si buscas mas movimiento. Hay luz y gente todo el tiempo hasta tarde con locales abiertos. Tenes facil acceso a la playa del centro, un seven eleven al lado.

Es un poco ruidoso ya que la habitacion no es muy hermetica, la cama no es tan comoda, podrian poner 2 almohadas por persona. Pero en lineas generales esta bien

Rooms wall might be a little bit thick, if you don’t like noises or it’s more difficult to you to sleep you won’t like it. Anyways the hotel it’s amazing

Hôtel bien placé à Tonsai, entouré de nombreux restaurants, bars, laveries, centres de plongée et salons de massage, etc. L’embarcadère est accessible à pied en moins de 8 minutes, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle. La climatisation est efficace. Le balcon, bien que petit, dispose d’une chaise et d’une étagère qui peuvent servir pour poser ou faire sécher des affaires. Globalement, l’établissement est propre et bien entretenu.

La salle de bain est petite et la douche n’est pas séparée, comme souvent en Asie, ce qui fait que le sol est rapidement mouillé en grande partie. Il manque un vrai espace ou équipement pour étendre les affaires de plage. En trois nuits, le ménage n’a pas été fait une seule fois, ce qui peut poser problème, surtout lorsqu’il est demandé de ne pas jeter le papier toilette dans les toilettes. Les poubelles devraient au minimum être vidées pendant le séjour si elles sont pleines. Enfin, s’il y a du bruit dans la rue en bas, cela peut s’entendre dans la chambre. En dehors de cela, l’endroit reste plutôt calme.

A acomodação tem uma excelente estrutura de acordo com o custo-benefício. Possui o conforto necessário e limpeza impecável. A decoração é um charme e os atendentes foram atenciosos.

En pleno pleno centro de phi phi. Queda cerca de todo. Para el calor que hacia el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. Todos los dias te reponen el agua (importante porque el agua es mucho mas caga que en otros lados) y ademas tienen un dispenser con agua fria/caliente. Al lado un 7 eleven.

El wi fi se clava a veces pero si tenes datos no pasa nada llega bien la señal

Great location, super clean, comfortable beds, water, coffee and tea provided in the room daily. Also provides light breakfast from 8 to 10 am every day. The most we appreciated is the very nice professional and available staff.

The noise outside, but we managed to change our room to a quiet one although it’s a very busy time in the Island

Hôtel très agréable, très propre, très bien situé. Le personnel est très serviable. Le matin il y a du café, du thé, des gâteaux et des fruits qui sont mis gratuitement à la disposition de tous les voyageurs de l'hôtel. Certains pourront dire que l'on entend la musique le soir qui vient de la rue mais il ne faut pas oublier que Koh Phi Phi est une île festive et que l'hôtel n'y est absolument pour rien. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
