Sabrina was an excellent hostess. We came into Orvieto late in the day and we were tired. It was easy to communicate with her and also find the parking. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine in our room and there was also an excellent coffee maker. We were also able to store our bags after checkout so that we had time to explore Orvieto before departing. We ate at the restaurant a few feet away and it was excellent. Loved the views, and all the accommodation's the room had to offer. I would have considered staying longer, but we needed to get to Verona. Highly recommended this beautiful room. Love the small towns in Italy. Thanks so much!

Posizione ottima per visitare Orvieto . Avrete anche il vostro parcheggio e a Orvieto è importantissimo !!! La vista dalla mia camera era veramente bella.

La camera è deliziosamente arredata, in stile shappy chic, romantica e molto pulita. Dotata di forno a microonde, macchina del caffè con cialde, un piccolo frigorifero e in nel bagno, ampio e pulito, anche di lavatrice. La vista davvero impareggiabile. Il posto auto è riservato e coperto, incluso nel prezzo, all'interno di un parcheggio a pagamento è a pochi passi dalla camera. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile in un'atmosfera molto cordiale. Siamo arrivati un paio d'ora prima dell'orario di check in previsto, ma dal momento che la camera era già disponibile, non ci sono stati problemi per farci accomodare subito. Una permanenza di una sola notte, ma da non dimenticare!

L'alloggio si trova in un posto abbastanza comodo poiché è disponibile un parcheggio multipiano raggiungibile tramite ascensore. Il centro si raggiunge velocemente a piedi. La stanza era molto pulita e decisamente ampia, oltre a godere di una bellissima vista. La camera disponeva di microonde e altri accessori. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

L’accoglienza stupenda degli host è stato solo l’inizio di questo bel soggiorno! La stanza e’ pulitissima, c’è una grande attenzione ad ogni particolare e la posizione è letteralmente al centro. Anche la vista: magnifica. Super consigliato!

Charme et accueil

Our stay was perfect, mostly thanks to Sabrina. She is an exceptionally warm and welcoming host who instantly made us feel at home. She gave us great local recommendations and even welcomed us with a lovely bottle of white wine! To top it off, she was kind enough to give us a ride to the train station very early in the morning so we wouldn't miss our train. Her genuine care made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

What we liked most about the apartment was its perfect location. The interior is lovely and has a distinctive charm. It’s a little old-fashioned, but in the best possible way—it feels warm and authentic. Everything worked perfectly, the owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the nearby parking made our stay even more convenient.

The view was the best part of this hotel! The location was very central and we loved our stay. It was very clean and the little thoughtful touches like wine and chocolates were so appreciated! We had a great stay, and would stay again.

Check in can be tricky as it involves meeting the team to get the keys and be shown the apartment. They were very helpful with directions into the city and to find it, however you will definitely need phone/internet access to meet and check in.

The apartment sits on a quiet alley in the historic centre of Orvieto, not far from the elevator leading to the car park. The view outside the apartment is spectacular. The property is fully furnished and well-equipped, with tasteful furniture and decor. All amenities are of excellent quality. The hostess is incredibly warm and welcoming. She even gifted us a bottle of white wine and a bag of chocolates!

We loved the views and the super comfy bed and the host and her son and can’t forget the super covered parking. The location was super too

Beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of Umbria. I felt like I was in the movie, "A Room with a View". Hostess was very welcoming and helpful with where to go in Orvieto. Wonderful place to stay in Orvieto.

The property is in an excellent location overlooking the beautiful Tuscan hills. The room beautiful and very comfortable. The hostess very friendly and helpful. We were even treated to a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates.

Der Parkplatz ist unterhalb der Stadt. Das Zimmer ist im mittelalterlichen Teil in einer kleinen Gasse. Sehr schön!

Needs one frying pan in kitchen

The view from the room was amazing and everything was very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of local white wine. The host was lovely and very helpful. Parking was included in the booking, and very convenient in an underground car park with a lift which came up close to the accommodation, so v handy for carrying luggage. The location was fantastic for exploring the town.

The accommodation is up a short staircase so not suitable for people who find stairs difficult.

o apartamento me fez sentir em um filme lindo no meio da toscana. super lindo, com uma vista maravilhosa para o vale da toscana... a localização nao poderia ser melhor. se vier de carro, o elevador que te traz para cidade saindo da garagem fica super perto, poucos metros de distancia. a proprietaria Sabrina é um evento a parte. super atenciosa e de facil comunicacao. quero voltar! só sinto gratidao!

Nos regalaron un vino local y chocolates como bienvenida. Tiene una ventanita que da al valle, hermoso. El cuarto impecable, el baño super grande, la cama muy comoda. Tiene un monton de electrodomesticos para usar. Super recomendable. Ademas podes llegar en auto a despachar las valijas y luego dejarlo en un estacionamiento (incluido en la estadia) muy cerca del cual podes subir nuevamente a la ciudad por ascensor y/o escaleras mecanicas.

We could not have asked for a better stay in Orvieto. Sabrina was so kind and helpful - so easy to approach and engage with. The kind of host we’d want to visit over and over. We were escorted to parking and received dining recommendations. The room was lovely, well-located, and had that beautiful view you see in the photos. We specifically chose the room with the washing machine, and it was welcome after a week of traveling with another week to go. Not only would we stay here again, we would *only* stay here if we are able to return to Orvieto. Thank you, Sabrina.

In Gehdistanz zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer mit allem was man braucht, sogar mit einer Flasche Wein, Kaffeemaschine und anderen angenehmen, überraschenden Kleinigkeiten. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Reservierter Parkplatz im Parkhaus mit praktischem Lift zur Altstadt und der Unterkunft..

It was charming and we had a view of the countryside from our window. I wished we could have stayed longer. The host was very friendly and gave us good suggestions for places to eat.

There is no breakfast, nor was one advertised, but there is a wonderful bar about 5 minutes away. There is a coffee maker in the room with cream and sugar. Also, a small fridge that had two bottles of water in it! The bathroom was perfect, not too large nor too small. The shower was excellent, with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The towel warmer is a nice touch! The view from our window was breathtaking, and the location could not have been better. It was also very quiet and with the shutter on the window closed, very dark with no sun to wake you up, unless you wanted it open. Plenty of electric outlets by the bed and two lamps. The extra pillows had fresh pillow cases, which you don't find in most B&Bs or even hotels. We loved every little detail in this room. Also, Orvieto is a magical city and we loved every moment there.

We loved everything about this room. The view, the size of the bed, the cleanliness, the cookies, the wine, the bottles of water in the fridge. The host could not have been more helpful and friendly. Parking was also included and very close to the unit. There is no elevator, but it is on the first floor, so only about 15 steps. No problem!

The view alone made it a great place to stay. We were far enough away from the busy area to have some quiet but close enough for easy access. The free vouchers for breakfast were unexpected and an amazing experience. Shout out to Dolceamaro and their super friendly staff!

We were really looking forward to catching up on our washing after 2 weeks of traveling but the sign said we needed permission to use the machine in the bathroom and there was no provision for drying washing so we decided to use a nearby self service laundry.

En el centro de Orvieto. Dejamos el coche en el parking de la Fiera y subimos en ascensor al pueblo, está muy cerca del alojamiento.

Cleaner turned up 9.45 and came in without knocking( check out was 10). She did not leave or apologise and stood there until we left.

This place is a real gem. Most places do the minimum to make their rooms acceptable. Ripa Medici goes above and beyond, having thought of everything to make a traveler comfortable. The host was absolutely lovely. This is where I'll stay the next time I'm in Orvieto.

Vista mozzafiato, letto comodissimo. Posizione centrale e parcheggio a pochi passi. La signora Sabrina molto gentile, ma il mio cuore è stato rapito da suo suocero Luca.

La colazione non era inclusa, però vi era a disposizione la macchina del caffè ecc. posizione bellissima, comoda al centro e silenziosa. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati con bottiglia di vino e prodotti della zona offerti. Camera pulita e host molto disponibile. Ottimo il parcheggio privato e coperto
