We left something important behind and the owner found it and is shipping it back to us, so we are very grateful for their care and service. We will absolutely stay again!

A little hard to find at first and you need to park the car in public car park and find the property and then they canntale you to the private carpark around the corner but I believe that's because Orvieto is a medieval town and roads are very narrow. But was perfect location once we were parked up.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Spacious 2 room apartment & convenient location. Good communication. View from our large balcony perfect for sipping a glass of wine and drying clothes on a small rack. Orvieto was peaceful compared to big cities and so lovely to explore. The walk around the base is cool. Climb the clock tower and marvel everytime you pass the Duomo!
Stairs could be tough, but we found them manageable as had option for backpack with our luggage.

Staff efficiente, apprezzata la gentilezza di Sasha. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. Appartamento situato nel centro della splendida Orvieto. Soggiorno veramente piacevole!
Le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento sono un po' impegnative con i bagagli, ma ce la si fa

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Very comfortable room- we were in the Duomo suite. Included breakfast was a great perk. Everything was clean and the on site cat was very friendly
When we arrived, the big door was closed and locked and staff was not responsive on the buzzer. We had to go to the bar next door and ask him to help us get in. Once we were in, and met the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful, but it was stressful when we couldn’t get in. As long as the property door remains open you would be okay. I recommend the staff to have a WhatsApp that guests could contact in the future for similar problems. Maybe there is one that we didn’t know about.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Extremely laid back and thoughtful staff. As well as a great location. Oriveto is so affordable all over. Great wine. Good good and the square has a great breeze.. which is ideal as it hit 40 degrees C.
There is nothing really to not like about the place. The price is amazing and it's a great quiet town. Parking was the only slightly difficult thing due to the ZLT zones and very tight and narrow street. We had a suv type car. So it was awkward when you didn't know the area. However, that is very minor, and people in the area are very helpful. Orvieto is great though.

Nota super positiva per chi viaggia in auto: c'è un parcheggio a pagamento vicinissimo alla struttura, il che rende tutto molto più semplice. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità. Pulizia impeccabile in camera. Da ritornare assolutamente alla prossima occasione!

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026This was an absolutely amazing and lovely stay! It was extremely clean, perfect location, and every staff member was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the balcony was perfect spot to read and rest in a beautiful town. This was the highlight of our trip and the best place we stayed. So close to the Duomo which was the one of most beautiful Churches I have seen in Italy filled with Biblical history.
Absolutely nothing - would come again in a heartbeat and recommend to others!

My room was large, well equipped and furnished, clean and had a sizeable ensuite. My bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was next door - nice croissants, a selection of coffees, fruit, etc.

Não é que eu não tenha gostado, mas as informações sobre o local de estacionar deveria ser mais detalhado. Quem for de carro, pare no estacionamento ao lado do Duomo, tem uma tarifa de hotel 12 euros por 24h ou se chegar a noite, pode estacionar e depois vá lá pela manhã (9:00h) e pague pelo período que for precisar.

Frosted glass door to room was strange. Led to other guests yanking on our locked door several times throughout the stay, maybe thinking it was a hallway or common area. Could have used signage stating it was a room. Quite startling to have this happen late at night.

Sie liegt sehr zentral an der Via del Duomo, ist aber ruhig, da die Fensterseite und die schöne Terrasse zur Gebäuderückseite ausgerichtet sind. Wir hatten das Appartment Nummer 5, direkt neben la Magnolia. Es ist nicht ratsam, die Wohnung direkt mit dem Auto anzufahren, da die Via del Duomo für den Verkehr gesperrt ist. Parken kann man recht gut auf der Piazza Marconi.
Uns hat nichts gestört.

Ein vorheriger Hinweis bzgl. Parken wäre gut gewesen. Wir haben umgeparkt auf Hinweis auf den zu bezahlenden Parkplatz am Dom. Da haben wir gut gestanden und kurzer Weg zur Unterkunft.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Bellissimo appartamento, bel terrazzino con vista sui tetti di orvieto. È un bel and breakfast gestito da privati, bon un hotel. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Accoglienza sbrigativa e non molto professionale.
La TV non funzionava, le informazioni per utilizzarla mancavano. Parcheggio difficoltoso, sicuramente a pagamento.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026b&b in pienissimo centro a 30 m dalla piazza del duomo, ottimo per visitare Orvieto a piedi, colazione al bar sottostante inclusa , non da hotel ma più che sufficiente. un punto in più per il posto auto nelle vicinanze in un area privata. wifi ottima.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Bellissima sorpresa. Camere/miniappartamenti ben arredati confortevoli e puliti. In più poco distante parcheggio coperto al chiuso per le 4 moto. La colazione si svolge al bar sottostante di loro gestione con dolce e salato. Grazie
Nulla. Struttura non adatta per disabile c'è una lunga scala.
