This hotel is very good and the price is reasonable. The food is tasty and having variety. The man singing the song's has a very good melodious voice. The hotel is close to the national highway and easy to reach. We had a nice stay.

I recently stayed at The Fern Hotel, Igatpuri, as part of a three-day corporate training program and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment after long training sessions. The bathrooms were equally well-kept and stocked with all the necessary toiletries. The hotel's conference hall is large, modern, and well-equipped, making it an excellent venue for corporate events, workshops, and training programs. The rooms offer views of the old Mumbai–Nashik Highway on one side and the beautiful mountain ranges on the other. One of the highlights of the property is the swimming pool located on the first floor adjacent to the gym. The pool is well-maintained, and the sunset views from this area are absolutely worth experiencing. The staff members were consistently polite, courteous, and attentive, contributing greatly to the overall positive experience. Another standout feature was the food. The restaurant serves delicious meals, and the buffet spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner offers a wide variety of options catering to different tastes. The hotel's location is another major advantage. Situated on the service road of the old Mumbai–Nashik Highway, it is easily accessible from both the traditional highway and the Samruddhi Expressway. The Atmosphere in the Hotel was really calming and nice!! The cleanliness was also good!!!

Situated on Mumbai Nasik Agra Highway. Very much accessible by road. Very cool calm peaceful environment, very very polite and cordial staff. Rooms are spacious and well maintained giving very good scenic view. Above all, Tata sky channel subscriptions are active, so TV is also good entertainment, especially at night to watch some movie or TV serial. Swimming pool is very good and area plus climate surroundings there takes one to a different world. Gaming zone is okay okay, could have had been better. Spa was fully booked so, could not experiance that. Good quality was excellent. Unparalleled. In addition, many Restaurants and Dhabas are available near the Hotel as well. Overall This Hotel is Luxury one should try repeatedly. It's a very good healing place, an escape from the hectic busy schedules and toxic office environment.

Had a really lovely stay at Rakabi The Fern Igatpuri. The property is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by such calming mountain views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the place felt very relaxing. Food was another highlight of our stay, especially the dining experience at Melange. Definitely a place we’d love to visit again.

Our stay experience was wonderful same as per my earlier stays at this hotel. Hotel has undergone renovation and is now under highly valued Marriot Brand. Staff ensured to give us room of my choice and helped maintained it through out stay. It's kid friendly with lot of activities for both adults as well. At this time of year I got the value deal. Food as always is good and they accepts request to customise it as per liking and kids. Go for it

Breakfast was good. Mr. Ganesh the Restaurant Manager was very friendly & helpful. In fact that can be said for the entire staff. Location was convenient as it was on the highway but there was not much scenery or place to take walks. The games room had good equipment. WIFI was fast & reliable.

There was a lot of space for parking the cars but maybe they can make some kind of shelter as the sun beats down very strongly.

Breakfast was quite good. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Clean room. Quite a lot of open area in front of the hotel. Complimentary sham ki chai was a good surprise. Location is convenient.

Bathroom design is not good at all. Bathtub is quite high and shower has to be taken inside the tub. There is no shower cubicle. There is no provision for keeping the towel near bath area. While taking shower, water falls on the sides of the tub and it flows onto the floor. Very inconvenient and risky. In the room pictures in the website it was shown complimentary fruits and bakery items on the table. But, in reality it was not there.

The room was neat and clean. Breakfast was good. Evening tea and coffee was good.

Food was below average. The morning buffet lunch was served on the table and was very slowly served even when pre-booked. Dinner was average.

The property and staff was good & curtigious, bathtub, gamezone and evening tea was good. breakfast had good veg options, small kids area was also there.

Service was bit slow, for kids didnt got any note on cot or extra bed as mentioned/selected while doing booking, its was late night so we didn't ask.

Excellent property for a comfortable stay. The property is very well maintained, rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, with enough space to move around. The bath area is spacious for a relaxed shower. Worth taking a full board plan, as breakfast and dinner have large spreads. The swimming pool is very well maintained. There are indoor games and a health club There is a huge reserved car parking facility in the compound. We enjoyed the property by extending our stay.

We stayed at this hotel as a stopover on our way back during our road trip from Omkareshwar to Mumbai. The hotel staff is friendly, always smiling, and willing to assist, from reception to housekeeping, the restaurant, and the breakfast staff, all were excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, modern, stylish, and most importantly, practical for a comfortable stay. They also feature a good gym, an activity room, a lovely lawn, and a nice area for kids. The food is tasty and reasonably priced for a starter property. We arrived at 8 PM, so we called ahead to request an extra bed to be ready upon our arrival, and sure enough, it was set up for us, a small but very personal touch that distinguishes great hotels from average ones. Well done, Fern Igatpuri!

There is no specific view or activities to do. Food was good but the portion quantity was smaller than usual. Also the staff in the restaurant were not so friendly.

Wait time for food was terrible. Variety of options for breakfast were not as per standard. Staff seem very untrained and have extremely poor knowledge of rules or basics of how to help customers.

Stayed here to avoid the pollution in Mumbai during Diwali in Oct 2025. The Rakabi is a well maintained, quiet hotel with a nice central atrium. It has a small, but acceptable gym, facilities for table tennis and other recreational activities. The food at both SpiceDella (veg) and Melange (Veg and Non Veg) is great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

The property is clean, new and beautiful. The view from our room was breathtaking. The rooms are tastefully designed, decorated and maintained. The restaurants at the hotel serve delicious food. The hotel is 200 mts from Camel view point and about 1 KM away from the nearest Starbucks. The Mumbai expressway’s entry/exit point is only 1 KM from the hotel, which makes it super convenient. Would love to return! My stay was so relaxing!

There was a family (other guests) who allowed their three y/o child to scream in the lobby all day, every day, throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, the hotel’s design makes it nearly impossible to escape the noise from the lobby, even in the supposed comfort of our fifth-floor room. In a situation like this, the staff should take responsibility for maintaining decorum, but they failed to address the disturbance caused by the child.
