Tropical Retreat By Zuper

Breakfast was very tasty apnd superb . All meals were tasty

For a resort with so many rooms the pool size cd ve been much bigger and there shd be someone who monitors that people get into pool with proper swim wear . Did not find the filter working in heated pool and heated piil is very small . The corners and tiles of the bathing area in the riom need better cleaning

Ambience, location, food, services.

Washroom could have been a little bigger and cleaner for a family room.

Washroom was too small and room was smaller

The property was huge, lovely staff with some amazing food.

Expensive food

Breakfast was Yummy 😋

An exhaust fan in the bathroom

Games, entertainment, food

Electrical switches in rooms

Rooms were clean, amenities were good

Food options could have been better

Staff was not courteous enough so didn’t feel that it was worth the money

all nice. no problem

everything was good.

Staff

The resort with indoor and outdoor activities was fun and full time entertainment. Pool was clean, staff was helpful.

Rooms,pools and facilities 😃

The service, the staff didn't have much ides of the facilities provided and couldn't get back with the details. Like the spa staff didn't knew the types of massages and its difference The room was not clean properly and there were cigarette buds in the balcony The door lock was damaged and we got locked inside, the the door lock was changed.

The property, location and amenities

Mosquitoes in room, untrained staff, leaky washrooms

Friendly staff, location, ambiance, food , facilities.

WiFi connection has a problem.

The Location of the Property is superb, its easy accessibility via Samruddhi Expressway and Old Mumbai Nasik highway is a Plus point. Best Highlight of the Property is the Heated swiming pool which can be enjoyed during monsoons

The walkway Should be protected for rain and Slippery tiles. Jacuzzi was not operational

The exteriors and the staff are the plus points. Location is amazing. Food spread is good too.

Cleanliness and in room facilities were a bit of a let down.

Staff was very pleasant

Food was not so good

Service is poor and slow. Food was not that great, it was ok.

Location, neat and clean, good food, well maintained, co-operative staff.

Need the life guard at swimming pool area.

Room was bad , Ac properly not working , HOuse keeping staff was trying provide torn pillow cover which was rejected by VIP guest , Room was bad , not at all value for Money room . So the hotel only treat VIP guest and does not bother about common people who are spending 16K per day .

The property was very much good. Along with the indoor and outdoor activities. The overall environment of the property it was well maintained. The property’s restaurant was amazing food taste was good. Everything was extra ordinary there. We loved it and we will surely visit it in the upcoming seasons.

Stay was very nice and comfortable.

Good location, amenities, room and food.

Amazing property ✨

Cleanliness and ambiance

Staff cooperation needed

Overall experience was good , everything was well taken care of , Welcome to room allocation to Food quality , the play area , pool , everything was good.

Weekend could have been planned well with a live band / karaoke session / bonfire etc

Awesome experience. Top notch property.

Carrom board and table tennis rackets quality was very poor.

loved the place. It has a great collection on indoor and outdoor games. Perfect to spend time with family. Would highly recommend this place.

One issue we faced was the dinner options in particular were limited. However, there are good options just 3 Kms from the resort.

the location was perfect. the rooms were very clean. we were welcomed very well. the swimming pool was nice. the breakfast and the meals were good. special mention of the restaurant manager and his team at Ambrosia

room could have been a bit better. also no hooks in the bathroom just one to put the towel. and sink area needs waterproof mats since the entire area becomes wet

The property was great. Spacious and open and very apt for a relaxing weekend. They had a normal pool and a heated pool as well so it was good. The food was quite good though limited options in in house dining. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

There was a wedding in the resort. And our room was in middle of the wedding party rooms. The music for the wedding party began at 6 am in morning and continued throughout after that. They should have informed us about the wedding or at least given us room on the other side of the resort where the wedding party was not staying. It just spoiled the morning for us

Good Ambience ... Good Food ... Great and courteous staff

Good ambience, good food

Housekeeping, room service has to be more prompt and quick

Ambience was good, staff was courteous, food was awesome.

Some issues with housekeeping.. also some facilities not been made available because of some wedding.

Staff is really good, and they're always ready to help. I was there with my daughter, and staff support and help made our stay cool.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Cocariches were there in room, and the pool was also not clean.

Amazing breakfast buffet

Nothing, to costly and not value for money breakfast was good

Too costly and it's not worth spend more than 1500 per person as no dinner and no lunch available in price as complementary..

the heated pool and food was very good.

there was a mouse issue in my room. also the bathroom door was slightly broken and didn’t lock

Its a big vast property, staff is polite. There is recreation room as well having carrom, tt, pool, foos ball etc so one can have good fun there. Also, there is turf to play cricket or football etc. It has a temperature controlled swimming pool as well. Parking space is huge and it has few other fun activities as well. Overall, a nice property with lot of activities to spend time.

Quality of food can be better. Although they have good spread but taste is not upto the mark, whatever items we ordered were not upto the mark and costly as well for that quality of food. And both the times we visited the pool, we didnt find it very clean so had to avoid.

#1: Temperature Controlled swimming pool #2: House keeping staff were helpful #3: Overall ambience was good, but can be more attractive #4: Good options at Breakfast in Ambrosia restaurant. Also, quality was good.

#1: Property was too much expensive (Charged as per luxury resort), but doesn't look like a luxury type #2: Only one restaurant in the resort 'Ambrosia'. Buffet costs too much expensive, Rs1199 + taxes. Food quality of buffet was not upto the mark. I would rate below average for cleanliness.

I had booked this location for celebration of my wife’s bday. To which when I inquired about anything special can be done so the staff informed me that they have package for bday at 3500/- which includes bday banner+balloons +cake(1/2kg) Normally all these are complimentary in any of the premium resorts/hotels. Still I went ahead with the deal & paid in advance for everything but to my disappointment the cake never arrived & I had to follow up a lot & it spoiled everything. Also the staff didn’t knew who took the booking & it was complete lack of communication between the team. Also the staff could have been a bit more courteous. Think twice before booking this.
