Late night noise. City streets and clubs never sleep.

La wifi dans la chambre du fond (avec sdb) ne fonctionnait pas. Le lit grinçait également. L’évier dans la cuisine ne tenait pas bien du tout. Le gros hic de cette location est qu’il y a un restaurant (le tropicana) qui est ouvert 24/24 et un snooker juste sous l’appartement. Le bruit la nuit y est affreux, impossible de fermer l’œil. Grosse déception pour nous malgré la proximité de la plage et ancienne médina.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Superbe appartement, très spacieux et bien entretenu, parfaite déco minimaliste, propre et confortable. L'hôte est à l'écoute et très réactif. L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre proche de toutes les commodités et facile d'accès.
La seule chose que je n'ai pas aimé c'est que c'est bruyant, vu qu'il donne sur une rue très animée, avec un café/restaurant ouvert 24/24.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Well equipped and great location - we were on motorbikes which were housed in an underground car park although we didn’t know that would require additional payment - Host was excellent especially after we locked ourselves out and he was immediately on hand to help us.
Property was a little quirky with the washing machine in the en-suite bathroom - front bedroom had a lot of sound from the street and Cafe below which was open 24/7. Parking attendant tried to over charge us for the bike storage but didn’t spoil trip

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026We stayed at this property in Tangier, Morocco, and the location was perfect. It’s very close to a supermarket and the beach, and not too far to walk to the old town. We parked our car in a nearby underground parking lot, which was convenient. The room was just as beautiful as shown in the photos, with all the necessary amenities, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Unfortunately, during our stay, we encountered heavy rain, and the property had some water leakage issues, which did impact our experience a bit. However, the host and his assistant were very proactive in helping us resolve the issue. The shower head in the bathroom was broken, but the host assured us that it would be repaired or replaced promptly. Overall, it was a great place to stay, ideal for families or a group of friends visiting Tangier.

Gros plus pour la salle de jeu, vraiment appréciable. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Not much not to like. The smoke alarm was faulty and went off randomly but the owner has been made aware of this.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025The property was clean very luxurious. Everything was comfortable. Multiple TVs available and the apartment was very spacious.
What I didn’t like was the noise at around 5 pm since the apartment is next to bars and clubs if you sleep next to the windows you’ll be hearing lots of noise. Also check in time I had to wait for 30 minutes outside while we previously agreed upon an fixed hour.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Beautifully decorated apartment with plenty of space for a family. The location was also great, very close to restaurants and the beach. The owner was on call whenever we needed and happy to help. Though there was no A/C the owner provided us with enough fans for our stay.

No air-con, shower/comfort room does not have enough drainage for water while taking a bath so the floor has always water, it accumulates. Noise level is very high outside, the street dis not have any quiet moment, we had to choose between closing the windows to lessen the noise or have a natural air inside since there is no air-con.

The apartment didn't feel thoroughly cleaned when we arrived to the apartment. Bathroom smelled of sewage and that carried into the rooms. The lack of AC meant that you needed to leave the unit windows open for air circulation which, allowed for more noise into the unit and there were not enough fans to keep the unit cool and air circulating. The beds were hard and the sheets were thin and cheap feeling. The towels were rough and it was not clear what bedding we should use for the sofa bed.

The bathroom opposite the kitchen would definitely benefit from having a fan installed to help with the clearing moisture. It would also benefit from having a douche installed.

No AC so may be a little hot in the summer but we used the fans and was okay.
