El Safwa Resort New Cairo

Rien

Tolles Personal sehr hilfsbereit

The resort itself makes you feel like you are living in a beautiful garden, surrounded by lovely greenery and a super relaxing pool area. The staff are incredibly charming and helpful, and they honestly don't mind assisting you with absolutely anything you need. The lobby has a really cozy and warm vibe with very comfortable seating.I stayed in Flat 402, and it was exceptional since it faced right toward the greenery and the pool. The size of the flat was brilliant—we were a group of 5, and it was more than enough space for all of us. We did have a small problem with the AC, but the team fixed it immediately. The location is amazing too. It is right near A5, which is packed with restaurants and cafes, and it's also right next to Venus. You literally just step outside and everything is right there in front of you. Another huge plus was the security; whenever my children went out to grab a coffee, the guards would escort them, which shows how amazing the service and the people are here. I will definitely come back again!

nothing

I had a wonderful stay at El Safwa Resort! The landscaping is great, the location is super convenient, and the resort feels very safe while being close to major malls. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful—everyone there is so nice! Overall, it was an amazing experience and easily one of the best places to stay in Cairo.

My young daughter was quite scared when staff found a frog in the spa area. Additionally, the men's sauna was not working and has an unpleasant odor.

This is a no brainer for a family friendly hotel. Lot of playgrounds for the kids and the swimming pool is really nice. The whole hotel design is wonderful.

Amazing resorte

Staff and the swimming pool

It’s needs renovation and cleaning.

Landscape and pool area are really nice

the room decoration and the furniture were quite old

Location

Marketing staff was managing my booking which is odd. They offered changing my big chalet to apartment and said it is an upgrade for bigger space and better location which later I found not correct and it was the same space. They also refused to show me the chalet I booked. Cleaning is only twice a week and they do not change towels.

Location

Old bed sheet and no avialabilty of soap or bathroom things

Safwa is a beautiful resort with a lovely pool and friendly and accommodating staff. It's conveniently located with a mall right next to it as well as a good range of facilities within the resort.

It would be good to have staff regularly change stuff like towels (these weren't changed even after we asked for them to be changed) and also have like a broom or a mop within the accommodation as it's a large place and they only come twice a week.

AC bråker for mye.

As usual exceptional service, it is my fifth year with el Safwa. I like the fact they refurbishing the places and adding some frames and branded items with their logo. Still a bit to improve but overall amazing experience one of the best places in Cairo. Don't forget to use the grill place in the island mid of the pool

nothing

Incredible pool and garden maintenance is simply spotless, it's luscious and well grown compared to newer properties, less cement and architectural clutter. Good facilities, safe and guarded property with multiple gates and malls around the resort. Easily reachable via uber and other ride services. Atm,gym, spa, pool present onsite. Rooms come with full appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven

Room ac is noisy and finishing of rooms is basic. Some wear down marks on furniture

The staff at the reception are amazing people. All the love.

The room is not new although the furnature

It was not clean 100% and also the cleaning only two times per a week

Only thing I liked was the location

Everything. The staff didn’t help There was no cleaning and when we got there is was filthy The shower head was broken and actually cut my finger There were no towels Dust everywhere There was mould in the bathroom This is not a true serviced condo

Premium location, nice landscape and convenient rooms. Reception staff especially Alla are very welcoming.

Air-conditioning old system, difficult to adjust desired room temperature.

the property location and the landscaping around the resort. it is convenient for a family stay.

Everything is well-organized eith a great management team

I was very happy with the resort, my family of 5, it was really peaceful and comfortable stay, the staff were very kind and polite made our stay comfortable in our first time in Egypt! I was really impressed.

it was exactly what we where looking for

Everything was fine

Location and amenities

Staff what the call them sales, they kept annoying me for the first day by asking me to move to another unit which I do not like or booked from the beginning. Reception staff has no clue about anything and has no control of booking and always say sales will contact you. They sales guy kept annoying me on daily basis

The location

Everything else.

This place was fantastic! The place was very clean and the staff were so friendly. The place itself was very comfortable and spacious. Lots of facilities within the place for both adults and kids. Definitely 10 out of 10! It was very secure with special entry codes given upon check in. Big bonus was that a huge mall was so close by with lots of restaurants and a very big supermarket.

logement sans petit déjeuner

Loved the location, how spacious the rooms were. Very friendly staff all al round us. My fav part is definitely the location. The build n itself the environs, the proximity to the malls and many places to eat and shop. Overall loved it. Would definitely stay again.

I didn’t like that there weren’t amenities provided. Like no fresh towels everyday or water bottles being replenished. I guess I’m used to staying at hotels where that’s done everyday and not upon request.

everything the view the balcony the staff were amazing

The WC

I had a pleasantly good time

Very nice resort with big pool. Good kitchen with dishwasher and washing/ drying machine

Appartement ls we’re very nice with kitchen, but no cleaning stuff or dishwasher tablets Also no service at the pool bar

Great large hotel, very quiet early in the year. Staff were really hospitable and great pools and room size.

Not many food options on site but so much just outside the hotel.

Location is good.

Only two days cleaning is not enough. Or supply the apartment with cleaning tools. Cleaning maid didn't clean well. Towels are not enough and are not replaced when you ask. You need to ask for shampoo and shower gels, yet what you get isn't enough.

Great staff beautiful swimming pools, great location

Clean facility. Well furnished. Staff extremely helpful.

Kitchen not well equipped (knives, pots, etc..). Carpets are needed to round up the apartment and provide comfort, especially in cold weather.

Le cadre et l'accueil

Nice pick for families. Well designed and maintained.

Location

the reception are kind to helpful

the guys in cateen are very kindly

Excellent place, management has improved so much the past years, super friendly and competent staff. Great pool, beautiful gardens, shopping accessible on foot.

Apartments could do with more equipment (kitchen ware, plates, some small bedside lights, hair dryer).

Very good area. Close to many really good restaurants.

No breakfast buffet

Very good location to my work area.

Room furnishing, bed, sofa and overall room organizing. Appliances are not good at all, Fridge makes a lot of noise and useless cloth washing machine. Shower area is extremely small. Cleaning services not up to standard.

Safe and effective treatment, its calm and peaceful

Rien

Very helpful staff, especially Allaa & another lovely female receptionist. Great location. Apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms & two bathrooms, living room & kitchen.
