Terrible stay. I booked this hotel cause it said it caters for kids and they offer a cot bed. When we got there, we were told all rooms have showers, already this is a challenge for my 6 year old and 2 month old daughter. Had to ask 3 times for the cot bed and when it arrived, it was dirty and old. There was no way my baby would sleep there. The beds provided for the room were old and made noise. The floors were dirty. The door locked itself and had to get the key reactivated at reception. Honestly there's nothing good to say. I wouldn't recommend it.

Night one water outage,no backup water Room was not cleaned the following morning at 1.30pm and required us to request urgent cleaning of the room ,told they have one person servicing 14 rooms .Not staff issue, management issue. Friday night group of guests were having a party in their rooms,lots of noise,no security visible .

The bed was making squeaky noise, unless one sleeps in the middle. Please keep proper wine glasses in rooms, having to pay R50 for asking for a wine glass ancient. Please also upgrade your dining area and kitchen.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026We loved our stay. The staff were very helpful, happy and accommodating. The pool was nice, rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good at the hotel. It is close to the mall, beaches and many restaurants. Your room has everything you need (fridge, kettle, coffee, blow dryer and microwave). Bathroom was spacious.
Our room safe wasn’t working, the door latch was broken.

So the knock on my door at 23:00 to shift me to another room where there were kids running on the corridors I was shift again the next as the TV was not working to the 3rd room. After that I gave up as the room also Netflix was not working

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The staff were very happy, helpful, accommodating and very friendly. The hotel was close to the mall, the beach and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you need (kettle, coffee, fridge, microwave, blow dryer) and a big spacious bathroom.
The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the toilet didn’t flush very well.

I think they need to upgrade their televisions to smart TVs for personal connections. The floor I was in was so noisy that I had to call the management to sort out the problem. Luckily they did.

Reviewed May 16, 2026We are visiting from Australia and cycling across SA. We had a great stay here. The hotel is in a good location yet quiet. Room was big and comfortable beds. Hazel the manager was very welcoming and helpful. She even swopped one of our pillows for an extra soft one.

I didn't like the menu, it is too minimal. The airconditioner is a bit too loud. The TV picture quality was average and the choices of TV channels were not to my liking.

We had anticipated that the TV would have the streaming option as per booking, but we received a room with a TV that does not stream and we had to use our phones to stream, the second day of the stay we asked for assistance regarding that- and they gave us a smartTV so we could access live streaming .
