Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war ruhig, das Zimmer einfach, aber sauber. Heisses Wasser zum Duschen wurde gebracht, da der Boiler wegen Stromausfalls nicht aufgeheizt werden konnte.

Leider gab es die ganze Nacht über einen Stromausfall. Es gab zwar einen Wasserkocher, doch fehlte das Teezubehör. Die Zahlung konnte weder mit QR scan noch Kreditkarte getätigt werden, sondern nur bar.

The property was beautiful with mountains around it. The food and staff were friendly and welcoming.

The staff, the room, the view! Everything is exceptional. Special mention to staff in the reception. He was so good and really happy to help us with needs. I will definitely visit again.

The location; the staff particularly Umar; spacious room and adequate parking facility. Whatever was not working in the room was immediately attended to.

Though the breakfast was basic. good and homely, as also lunch/dinner, regular restaurant is needed.

The facilities are not up to the mark. The rooms were new but not well equipped. No toiletries in the washroom. Insects all over the property. And the food was horribly made, no spices or salt. No variety for breakfast. The service was decent. Not recommended to anyone. Also the price they charged was more than the price on booking.com.

Wonderful location, it's a piece of isolated and absolutely blissful nature 3-4 km off the main road towards the town market, so best of both worlds when you are in nature and still close to any needed supplies. The food is simple homestay food and cooked and served with absolute care. The staff are wonderfully kind, simple, caring and good-natured. Nearby areas are great for nature walks. Simple and clean rooms with plenty of natural view of the outside and a nice balcony for fresh air all the time. Anyone loving simplicity and is on a vacation aiming to do nothing and simply be with nature, will love this place.

We stayed 4 days with our Pet. Extremely comfortable rooms, excellent fresh food, stunning views. Perfect much needed getaway from city hustle.They have an extremely playful pet Lucky. We wish to revisit again soon for such lovely escape and for Lucky❤️

The location of valley view inn is exceptional, set within Tea gardens, it offers peace, serenity and a fantastic view of the estates. The staff are amazing people who bend over backwards in ensuring that you enjoy your stay, umar bhai and santosh were like busy bees running up and down to fetch the many delicious food items prepared by Praveen and selvi served to your room hot and smelling heavenly. Praveen and selvi, power couple, were creating memorable dishes to tantalize your taste buds while having light fun with the guests. All of this, quietly being managed by the inn's mascot, Lucky. Closely moving from room to room checking in on guests, taking some cuddles as payment for a job well done. The manager Alok is a warm hearted person providing us with a lot of good stories about travel in tamilnadu and making good hearty conversation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again

The stay was amazing they had a very big space with balcony the staffs took care of us well and the food was extraordinary felt like a home i definitely recommend everyone to choose this place if your looking for a peaceful stay. One thing I would request if you could place a water dispenser in the lobby area it would be usefull if someone needs water at midnight.

The view from the balcony was awesome and the room was fantastic. Spacious room with more than necessary furnishings. The location was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and polite. Dinner was good.

Flies and few insects were there in the room which made us uncomfortable. They didn't have an electric bat or insect repellent. The complementary breakfast was not good.

The place is very beautiful 10 out of 10.The homestay is very beautiful with amazing view from balcony. Highly appreciated and recommended.Room, food, service and staffs all are very nice.

One of the best location and property I have come across recently. Homestay has the best view and location completely surrounded by tea estate and mountain. And food was very tasty home vibe. Absolute gem in Kotagiri, amazing place for family vacation with delicious food and breakfast. Properly is at rightly mentioned very beautiful at hill side. Comfort stay, rooms are spacious and well maintained and hygienic. Morning hill top view just at 1.5 km is amazing and breath taking.

This was first and short time stay in 'Valley View Inn'. I didn't expect such a good place and people in this property. As the name of the guest house indicates, it was an amazing stay for us which is located in a beautiful and peaceful place. Breakfast & dinner both was very delicious. Nice and spacious rooms with free car parking area. First charms is the reception. Host Alok and his staff were very kind and responsible. Will never forget the moment we spent there.

The location is unbeatable, with peaceful surroundings and easy access to nature. One of the highlights of our trip was a visit to a hidden waterfall near Sundati — a short and scenic trek that led to a truly breathtaking spot. An unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to Alok, our wonderful host, whose warm and thoughtful communication made everything smooth and welcoming. And a special shoutout to Umar and Santosh, the amazing caretakers who were so attentive, caring, and friendly — their hospitality truly made this stay feel like we were visiting close friends or family. A beautiful new homestay perched on be side of a hill overlooking tea plantations. The views were to die for and I loved the balcony and fresh air. Alok could not have been more helpful with amazing communication in advance of my arrival and going above and beyond during my short stay joining me on treks and arranging taxis as needed. His staff were also wonderful - friendly, helpful and always so smiley - it really was a perfect couple of days.

It was a wonderful experience with homestay " Valley View In" ! Clean, comfortable, and host as well as staff Santosh were incredibly welcoming. We loved the delicious home-cooked meals and felt right at home. And awesome view from the room balcony was a special feeling.

I would give 10 stars if I could, the most wonderful stay in such a beautiful resort. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, room was spacious and spotless, the view was incredible. The food was also very delicious. I will recommend to anyone.

The location and the approach road to this place were great. Great place to reset away from all the hustle and bustle. They offered home cooked food which was very delicious. Room was very spacious, bed was super comfy and after long time had a silent restful sleep. Valley view from the balcony is great.

This property located in between the tea estate and have nice view point. We experienced good climate with sun and mist every where. The property was constructed in such a way that the other side of the property completely have a valley view from our room balcony. Morning we noticed few heard of Bison grazing in the tea estate. We really enjoyed the food prepared by the resort kitchen staff. All the staffs of the property were kind enough to listen to our asks and did a great job.

The staff were decent and very responsive, making sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The dinner was a highlight of our visit. We ordered chapathi and pepper chicken semi-gravy, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the meal was served hot and on time, right in our room. The rooms were neat and clean, and the washrooms were hygienic, ensuring a pleasant stay. The view from the balcony was stunning, offering a peaceful and scenic view of the valley, perfect for relaxation. One thing we truly miss from our stay is Jaggu, a naughty little puppy who roams around the property. His playful antics added a special charm to our experience and made it even more delightful. We liked every little bit of our stay, the warm welcome. The wonderful neat and clean and spacious rooms, the location , the view especially from balcony, the walks we could make from our accommodation and of course the wonderful hospitality and food was served. We are actually on our way back to this place......

The staff , the spacious rooms and overall host Alok and his hosting ability are gracious and welcoming. The overall welcoming nature, "the feeling of Oneness" with the guests enhanced the experience. We also explored the nearby natural hills in an early morning trek and were flabbergasted by the morning sunrise over the valleys through the tea estates. The food offered was very tasty and very very homly and flavorful and easy to enjoy.

The property's location is truly surreal. It is pet-friendly, and the room is spacious and clean. The staff and host are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They serve homely food & happy to curate dishes on special request. There are small hikes around the property, and if you're interested in knowing about the local village culture, you can connect with the host Alok, who will be happy to arrange a cultural walking tour.

It was just amazing. The room itself, the view from the balcony, and the parking area, the surrounding and offcourse the wonderful host ( Alok ) and staff which provides you with everything you need. The communication was great!
