Great and clean stays, Service and Hospitality is awesome. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 to sleep. Views from the room superb. We were taken care of by Jyothi &  Pooraj the staff. They provided fresh homemade foods especially Chichen Gravy with Chappati which was awesome. On our request they added bread Butter toast in the breakfast so thanks to them. Owner is friendly and very Helpful.  The property is located at a very nice location & Big Area. I liked my one night stay. I would really recommend for family or group stay.

The Best part is they have all full time working staff and this is not in most of the Hill Properties. The Owner is So Cool and very Helpful. The property location and nearby are so Good. Your Garden is so Beautiful. 100% Safe for Women Travellers. Suitable for Families & Couples. 3-4 Ladies are working here and No Worries for Women. We had a Memorable Stay. Next time we will come for a Week Stay.

This was the best stay we had in Kotagiri! Everything From the location to the food and service was excellent. Highly recommended! What truly surprised us was their exceptional service and warm hospitality. On the second day, when we had to leave early, they thoughtfully prepared the Breakfast by 8am and served best food. The food was absolutely mouth-watering and full of flavor. Beautiful and Spacious Room. Clean Bathroom and the Lighting is Excellent. A Big Thanks to the Host Owner Mr.Prasana & his Team. Overall, it was completely worth the money. A memorable and heartwarming experience!

The rooms were spacious and clean,The food was tasty and the staff were helpful. Resort is surrounded by tea estates and you can see peacocks too. Overall if you are looking for a peaceful gateway this is the perfect place.

We had such a fabulous time at The Laughing Woods, we'd recommend it to anyone. The room was massive, with an incredible view out into the Tea Plantation. You really feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, which is very peaceful, beautiful and green. The Owner Prasanna was so communicative, and helped us to plan a really interesting few days in Kotagiri. He was immensely helpful, with great recommendations. His Staff are so lovely and welcoming, and wow, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious - some of the best food we've had in South India. Well cooked homely food. It is not masala masala and Our Stomach was so Happy 😊. It is a beautiful spot to stay even though it involves a little bit of extra driving. The rooms are very clean. The food is fantastic! In Dinner, Paneer Gravy and Egg Gravy are Super. By walk we went around 8kms in the resort road and its Amazing. This place is especially a Safe and comfortable Destination for Couples & Woman Travellers. Thank you for an incredible stay! 🩷

Our stay at beautiful Wooden Rooms in Kotagiri was truly amazing. The Owner is incredibly kind and helpful, especially when our car got the battery Down-they went out of their way to assist us, which we greatly appreciated. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by serene and peaceful surroundings that make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Clean and Big Rooms. Excellent Service. Breakfast is Awesome. Best Homely Food. The Area is Big and Completely a Safe Zone. Location is very Good. Great Value for Money. We highly recommend this Resort for anyone looking for a peaceful, friendly People and comfortable stay in Kotagiri.

The location was great far away from commercialization and surrounded by lush green vegetation. Mr. Prasanna and his staff were very kind and accommodative. The food is just as good as home cooked food. Great place for friends & families to relax. I'm certain will revisit in near future.

This is an absolutely wonderful place with a superb staff. The place is quiet, surrounded by Tea Estate. The Resort is truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The resort was nestled amidst several hills, with beautiful lush Green Tea Estate all around. The property itself is quite simple but well-maintained & natural aesthetic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, Clean Bathroom and Fresh Towels. The food is Simple Homely and Very Good. The Breakfast was undoubtedly 5/5. Mr.Prasanna, the Owner, super-friendly and gave us a lot of travel tips and info, and made our stay extra-comfortable. We took a natural dip in river flowing through the property. Water is so clear through and can't imagine the freshness after dip. No one should miss it and direct entry to stream from resort. Overall it's a Great Feeling and Long Stay is the Best. Property is 100 percent safe for ladies and kids and solo traveler. Will Come Again.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner. Even the owner, Mr. Prasanna, called to inquire about the entire process from start to finish.

Our room was good, and the property is situated at a nice location a little away from the city. It is located almost 3kms away from the city centre. The surrounding is quiet and calm. The service staff are very responsive. Very Good Response from the Owner whenever any question asked related to hotel stay and he arranged cab also quickly when we checked in..Dinner and Breakfast were very good. Best Place for Couples,Family Groups and long stay.

We got whatever we wanted... Excellent Time Spent... The Breakfast was Excellent. We got whatever we asked for. We had Lunch and Dinner also there. The Host was in contact with us right from the time we booked guiding us in all aspects. We checked in late but the Host Mr. Prasanna called us and asked what we need for Lunch and things were already for us when we reached there. Location was very beautiful and amidst Nature. We had more than what we expected. We got more value for our money. Host Mr. Prasanna and staff were very cordial and pleasant. The Host gave us a total explanation of places to Visit, Distance and directions of the spots from the resort. We felt like We were at a Home Away from Home.

Nothing that we Disliked. Again Here I express what we Liked... Everything was Great and Excellent. We felt as though we were with friends and family (with the Host and Staff.) Every aspect about the Resort is Excellent. Every Morning we woke up with chirping sounds of birds and Peacocks. That really made us so happy.

We stayed a night in Laughing Woods, stay so memorable and neat. The room is so clean and comfortable with all the facilities especially a side mirror in the bathroom which is so cool. View from the room to the top of the mountain is so cool. Staffs over there are so friendly and approachable. Tea provided by them was so good 😊. Food is simple and tasty 😋. Resort is surrounded by tea estate and 🌲🌴.. Route to resort is so beautiful and very adventurous at the end😅. You can get a good companion over there and his name is Mr. Prassanna the owner of the resort, wonderful person 😃 you can visit this resort just to talk with this person ❤️✅.

We stayed in Laughing woods for three nights and two days. It was a pleasant experience throughout. Mr. Prasanna’s constant guidance and instructions over the phone with respect to the location helped us reach the property without any difficulty, even in the darkness of night, through hairpin bend roads and lashing rains. Dinner was prepared to our taste and choice. Healthy and tasty Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was quite relishable. Prasanna is super friendly and helped us in drawing up the list of places to see around, in addition to tips on how to get there, what to see etc. The location of the Home stay is amazing, nestled in a valley. We could see and hear peacocks around, apart from breath taking landscapes. The staff at the Home stay too were very helpful and cooperative. Overall, it was really a memorable experience.

Excellent location and view all around (surrounded by tea estates). Room size and all facilities were excellent. Owner Mr Prasanna was super helpful. Not only personally took care of all our needs and comforts including customising meals to our liking but went out of the way to provide very useful advice on nearby viewing spots, travel, road conditions, famous bakery and above all what to buy and where. His staff takes care of every comfort and provides / caters to all requests. They are always eager to see how can they make the customer's stay comfortable and memorable. Charges are very reasonable and value for money.

The property is located in a small valley surrounded by tea estates. The wooden cottages are nice, although the view of tea gardens from the windows is limited. The stay was nice - more like a home stay than a resort experience. Prasanna is a great host and guided us well on places to visit in and around Kotagiri. Food was simple and made to order , but was quite tasty.

This is a small property with limited facility. Part of the property appeared to be incomplete like the gazebo in the garden was half done, one half of the dining hall was under construction and separated by curtains.
