Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Very worth it!!! The place was very good, clean, and spacious. Kumpleto ang gamit sa loob and very comfortable kami all throughout the stay. Nagkaaberya lang sa tv and ilaw pero umaksyon agad sila. They moved us sa ibang room. It was worth it lalo na at mura lang and malapit lang sa town proper. Malapit din sa mini mart, talipapa, at bilihan ng tinapay. Even the security guards ay mababait. Ate Imee was kind and very accommodating.
Wala naman. Hopefully lang mapaayos na yung tv sa room 609

After 10pm until 6am the front door of the building’s is closed so you have to enter from the basement and climb the stairs - but this means the place if very safe and has a security guard always watching.

Reviewed Feb 17, 2025As for me and my family 100/100 ang ratings namin 😊 accessible sa mga tourist spot legit na walking distance lang ang mirador eco park at grotto and 1 ride ng jeep lang nasa burnham ka na at di kayo mahihirapan mag commute kahit may kasama kayong kids and senior dahil sa tapat mismo ng bldg dumadaan ang jeep 😊 Comfortable ang buong unit 'Your home away from your home' ika and complete ang cooking tools 😊 Spacious, clean, esthetic ang mga lights sa living area and of course may bidet at heater 😂 Kudos to Ms. Imelda she was so maasikaso and helpful also when it comes to our concerns and requests hehe Thanks maam Imelda nag enjoy kami ng family ko sa first ever trip namin sa Baguio 😊

Though there is a parking space, expect that this space is based in Baguio, meaning you have to be a bit of an expert in driving.

My family and I (8 people) rented this space, and it's very clean, spacious, comfy, accessible via Netflix with HD TV, and very near to Mirador Heritage and Eco Park. Also, Ms. Imelda is very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely come back!
