-Location is great. You can grab a taxi in/out. Parking space availability. Bar and restaurant within the building. And a minute walk to a nearby store and good coffee shop. We have a good view of the mountain day/night from the balcony of the unitas

- We arrived 1400H and waited for 30 mins to get inside the unit because it's still being cleaned But after getting inside,it doesnt look clean. the floor is a bit sticky - It seems the serviice desk is not organiize,i was asked to provide guest names via booking. com in advance but when i arrived,the security guard which i think is also handling the check-ins doesnt know out room number. And i have to write guest names again - The toilet bowl doesnt have a toilet set - Bidet weak water pressure - We were not able to used the kitchen faucet/sink beacause of water leaking .and floor is slippery. Good thing my 75 yrs old mother noticed it and didnt slipped - The place looks old,far from what is shown in Booking.com. -Difficult to open/close the sliding doors of the balcony

Location, ease of communication with the host, unit can accomodate up to 10 pax. I like the concept of the honesty mini store where u can take water, instant noodles, instant coffee and drop the payment in the cash box. The place has restaurants and bar in the same building. Secure parking.

Could have been better if improvements are done to improve the overall aesthetics of the unit especially the toilet. We were not able to use the hair dryer because the plug was completely different and there was no adaptor.

It’s location both for the wedding we have attended and to tourist spots. Also the whole unit is spacious for family and friends. There is a honest store inside which is good if you need anything. Staffs are friendly and the owner is reachable for any queries we have.

Not much to fuss. It’s just when I booked it we were expecting that there is 2 rooms ideal for couples in the family, as per the photos and details but when we arrived it has a label that says storage room which I was not made aware of. Otherwise all good

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful view. Everything was well-maintained, making it a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

The only issue we had was with the bathroom heater, which wasn’t working properly. Thankfully, we had a kettle and one of the staff was kind enough to help us borrow a heater.

Recommend this place for families, It was amazing stay, we rented out whole apartment 1 night with my family and the room is very big, have 1st and 2nd floor, there was few beds on top for my families and as couple we stayed down separate room, the only thing i didnt like is that i could hear every step or noise above 2ndfloor, but over all its fine.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this lovely place. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a great atmosphere for relaxation. We truly enjoyed our time here. However, there are a couple of things the owner might want to take note of. The internet connection was quite weak, which can be an issue for guests who rely on it for entertainment. Additionally, the shower heater was difficult to adjust properly. Despite these minor concerns, our overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place, and we’d love to stay here again if we visit Baguio in the future!

Washroom and kitchen under sink smell so bad. Shower curtain not wash and couch cover not wash smell not been wash for a long time . 2 of the electric fan is not clean lots of build up dust. Lots of throw pillow but not wash for a long time smell so bad. Cloth cover of appliances not wash smell bad. Can hear worker next room hammering start at 8 am.

Comfortable place to stay while in baguio. If you need something the owner is always available to help. My children really like the place.

Location was great as it was along the highway, so it was very easy to find. The unit itself was spacious for 10 people, it didn't feel crowded at all. We even had an HMUA and a few guest come in because the purpose of our trip was to attend a wedding. It was also well cleaned considering that there was a guest before us. They also provided us with toiletries (soap, toothbrush and shampoo) and towels. When we asked for extra blankets they were able to accomodate this too. The unit manager/owner was very responsive on chat and on text. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay!

I do have a few suggestions for improvement: - Install additional mirrors in the unit. The only mirror was the one in the bathroom and we can't really use it if someone is using the bathroom. - Add a can opener to the kitchen tools (we bought some canned goods but can't open it. we expected there will be one, since its a common kitchen tool) - Some appliances need checking/changing as they are no longer working well like the steam iron which takes a long time to work and the hair dryer has a melted part already at the back (which is why we refrained from using it since it might malfunction) - Water heater works but is quirky (sometimes its hot, then suddenly becomes cold again before going back to hot again) - Water does tend to pool a little on the bathroom floor, maybe the floor is not inclined enough for the water to go direct to the floor drain. we need to sweep it up to the drain or use the floor mop provided. - Instructions on where we can throw the full trash. Since we're a big group, the trash bin did fill-up faster in our 4 day stay. We would love to proactively empty the trash bin but just didn't know where the garbage chute is.

The whole place was clean. It's quiet and peaceful, perfect for the whole family. Mejo mahina lang yung water sa kitchen faucet pero overall it's pretty much perfect.

The condo unit was spacious. Plenty of beds to suit a large family. Good place for family to bond due to the layout of the unit. The kitchen had complete utensils and appliances for when you want to cook.

Not walking distance to the common attractions but taxi ride is cheap.

I like the ambiance and quietness of the place. It makes our stay perfect.

The place is really spacious. There is a living room as a hangout spot and the view is really relaxing. Overall place is also clean. It has complete equipments needed for basic living while on a vacation. The beds are comfy.

There is always a puddle in the bathroom which is slippery. Its tedious considering that we’re on a vacation. The CR also produces a stinky smell. The heater doesn’t do its job as the shower is still cold, just not COLD cold.

Panalo to, dalawa balcony ang daming higaan,, 7 tao kasya baka 10 pa eh! I have a family of 5, i feel so safe and have nothing to worry about coz there's a lot of equipment like a microwave, electric stove, small fridge, electric kettle and rice cooker. Para kang nasa five star hotel pero kumpleto gamit🫰😄 May bbasketball court, may palaruan for kids, may live band sa gabi, my retaurant 24/7 my mini store 24/7 at the same building! Wow!!❤️❤️❤️

The area itself is big and it’s clean. I like the city lights view at night in the balcony.

The heater in the shower doesn’t seem to work. Water’s cold when you take a shower. There’s no extra blankets provided and the owner lives far so when we realized we needed it, it was already night time. They can’t provide any. Water tends to pool below the sink in the bathroom so you have to mop it to keep it dry and not sliperry. I had to call them for TV wifi to work and it did work eventually.

there was a musky odor when we got there. It was overwhelmingly irritating. there was a resident roach that appears everynite.

My stay at Summer Pines in Baguio was exceptional. The cleanliness, neatness, and the beautiful view of the city from my room added a lot of value for the money spent. A word of caution for those with small children to watch them closely, but even with this consideration, the experience exceeded my expectations. Truly superb and well worth it!

Almost complete, very accommodating si owner, staff and yun place sobrang nice comfortable. Worthit ang stay namin kahit binagyo we enjoyed our stay.
