The one thing we didn’t like was the fact that there is nowhere to stop and drop your bags in front of the hotel. And it’s on a busy street so you can’t just put your hazards on and do it real quick. We managed by pulling into a driveway beforehand.

The lobby itself was perfectly air-conditioned, as we visited in august and this was necessary. Also they offer free coffee, water and juice, available 24/7 for every guest during their stay. The room was very clean, it has everything we needed and again the air conditioning there worked like a charm.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The hotel is ideally located for easy access to central Alicante, which was very convenient for the purpose of our stay. Overall, the hotel was of a good standard.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work properly for the first two nights of our stay. With the scorching summer heat in Alicante, this made our top-floor room extremely hot and uncomfortable, particularly at night. We reported the problem to the front desk several times before it was eventually resolved on our final day. This was the main drawback of our stay and is the reason for our lower overall score.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Good location, close to the train station, buses to/from airport and a few mins walk into town. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and great value.
Not usually fussed about TV but the World Cup was on an it was impossible to get the TV working. No TV aerial so had to connect the TV to wifi, then scan bar codes and follow instructions, then connect to 'comcast'. After all that nothing happened! A lot of hassle just to try to watch TV. I asked for a quiet room, but got one next to the road. Not too noisy but a bid disappointing.
