Excellent location, easy access, very polite and helpful host.

The property was very well equipped. Nice outside are. Spacious inside and out. Decorated nicely. Easy to get to place from there with tram stop just outside property. Easy walk to the main shopping and down by the square. Only about 15min.

The actual entrance area wasn’t what i was expecting. It felt dismal and run down, guess that’s how it is. Was disappointed with my first impression. Could have done with a spare set of keys. I know there was a an option to leave keys in key box, but that was a faff as the box inside was very low down.

Tuin mag aangekleed worden en er was vaak een sterke rook/brand geur, waarschijnlijk uit de keuken eronder.

Check in was fine, a little confusing on the check-in time as it wasn't specifically noted, but received immediate communication back, and additional check in during the stay. That, along with water and treats left for us to enjoy were greatly appreciated. Located right on the tram routes, made it SO easy to travel around the city - highly recommend!

Rooms were smaller than realized, not much space, but terrace/patio was great.

El apartamento fue excepcional. La recogida de las llaves estaba perfectamente detallada en el email del check in y es muy sencillo. Y, si así no lo fuera para ti, el contacto con el host es perfecto y responde muy rapido. Las camas fueron super comodas, las fotos reflejan la realidad del apartamento a la perfección. Muy limpio y todo preparado: ropa de cama lista, toallas y hasta un regalo de bienvenida: pastelitos de belen. La cocina esta bien equipada y cuenta con una nevera grande. Recomiendo si viajas en familia ya que la finca cuenta con ascensor y el apartamento cuenta con una cuna disponible bajo petición.

Todo fue espectacular pero si tengo una recomendacion que no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento. La zona de Alfama es una colina y si viajas con niños pequeños que usan carrito, puede ser un problema movilizarte facilmente pues tiene muchas calles bastante inclinadas y escaleras

Ein wenig enttäuscht waren wir von der Terrasse, was auf den Bildern so gemütlich (Pflanzen, Deko) aussah,fehlte in Natura total!

Boendet ligger väldigt mysigt till och lägenheten var rymlig och bra för oss som var tre personer

The accommodation was great. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot (be prepared for walking up and down lots of hills)

Minor hiccup on getting the keys, which was resolved in 30 minutes

The property is great as it is right by the No.28 tram stop, and is a great way to get to points of interest. The metro stops are far away and traversing the streets up to the apartment is not for the feint hearted, therefore suggest taking an Uber. The Tram and Ubers were a great alternative to the Metro……. And you see far more of the city. Once at the apartment we loved it. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds with a super enclosed terrace off both bedrooms. The hosts left all essentials including water in the fridge. Tv was easy to operate and we were able to connect to our Netflix account. We ate out so didn’t use the kitchenette but everything was available, including condiments, should you have wished to cook there.

The stairs up to the apartment are tricky and need approaching with care. The steps to the first floor are well trodden stone with very deep rises. To get to the second floor the steps are wooden but with narrow treads and it’s a steep climb. This part would benefit from a handrail being fitted in our opinion, to help descent and ascent.

집 바로 앞에 28번 트램 정류장이 있고 바다가 보이는 등 위치가 너무 좋고 집도 편안하고 깨끗했다. 2층이지만 엘레베이터가 있어서 문제 없었다.

집앞에 공사중이라 약간의 소음이 있지만 창문 방음이 잘되어서 좋았다

Wir haben fast drei Wochen in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt relativ ruhig und zentral in Alfama mit der 28 direkt vor der Tür. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Waschtrockner und die Terrasse ist ein Traum! Das Team ist sehr umsichtig und kümmert sich schnell um alles, was benötigt wird. Zudem wurden wir unglaublich herzlich von Sony empfangen. Dabei wurde uns alles gezeigt, erklärt und Empfehlungen haben wir auch noch bekommen. Ich würde sofort wieder hierher kommen.

Very spacious apartment, very well equipped, we appreciated the dishwasher. The tram stop was just outside the door and it was nice to see it pass. There was a lift to the apartment. We had great views. During our stay we had the opportunity to move to another apartment in the centre of town. This was even larger and with many shops and restaurants nearby. We also had the pleasure of meeting our host the charming Gonzalo as well as an extremely helpful member of his team Lucas who is a star!

Clean, convenient and very welcoming.

I highly recommend this accommodation. The location is amazing, in the old part of town near the castle. Getting to the apartment was very easy. We used the facilities as a couple, because my husband snores, so we always need two rooms, and it was great. A very comfortably furnished, bright apartment for 2-4 people. The terrace was a big plus, but in the evening you could smell the kitchen from the restaurant on the ground floor. Nothing tragic. I have big trouble sleeping and I am used to sleeping with the window open - I slept beautifully in January. The AC from the restaurant was noisier, but it was turned off around 11:00 p.m. and it was wonderfully quiet all night. I don't know how it is in the summer when the air conditioners from the other apartments are running - I slept excellently.

Excellent location! Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was quiet and comfortable and the conditioning worked well. Lovely terrace.

The apartment itself was clean, but there were a couple of maintenance issues in the building. There were no handrails on the stairs leading up to the apartment (with the exception of one wobbly section) and the area needed to be swept.

La ubicación es genial, la atención del host fue siempre muy atenta. El apartamento y su terraza son muy agradables.

El aire acondicionado del salón perdía agua y mojaba mucho el suelo, fue incómodo. El host estuvo pendiente y fueron a revisarlo pero no se pudo reparar.

Logement bien situé, près de la porta do sol, avec un arrêt du tranway 28 juste devant (mais attention, il ne s’arrête pas quand il est bondé, ce qui était souvent le cas durant notre séjour). Belle terrasse. Les pastels de nata, la machine à café, avec capsules à disposition. La gentillesse de l’hôte qui nous a dépanné lorsqu’on a oublié les clefs à l’intérieur. Bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Amazing location. Sweet apartment suitable for families. We loved the patio, the strong A/C in every room. Check in and out was clear and stress free. From the moment we made the reservation till the day we checked out Gonzalo was available and very responsive via whatsup. Highly recommend!!!

We fell in love with this cozy spot as soon as we dropped our luggage. The location was perfect as it is located in the heart of the Alfama district. Restaurants, shops, bars and incredible views are only a few steps away. We also loved the outdoor space, which is quite large. We used that space to play games, enjoy the weather and to relax every day. The place was large enough for the three of us, and it was very clean. Our host provided some snacks, coffee and other amenities which we enjoyed. They were also accommodating to our request to drop our luggage early and we actually were able to check in early as well. We loved this apartment and highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent location . Very well furnished with all necessary items provided -eg washing powder etc . Everything necessary was supplied and the property was near some of excellent eateries. The terrace was lovely to sit and relax in after a long day of walking .

Whilst this was not a problem for us the location is quite hilly so please bear in mind if you have mobility issues . However the property has a lift .

The location was a great. You have to like walking hills or rely on public transportation though. The walk in any direction is an experience so don’t be afraid to walk.

The furnishings were adequate. Lisbon being the city it is you aren’t home a lot anyway.

Great apartment at the perfect location. Just in the middle of Alfama, minutes away from Castelo São Jorge, the cathedral, lots of restaurants and places to shop. The tram 28 stops right outside and bus stops are relatively close. We were 5 adults and the apartment was very well equipped, including coffee pods, and cooking essentials. The terrace was also great. Check in was very smooth and we had great communication with the host.

Just minor things, such as pillows could be updated, yet they do the job.

Fantastic accommodation, very comfortable, and good wifi. Hosts were easily reachable by phone. Accommodated early bag drop off with prior arrangement. Very spacious, with a large patio and fantastic views from the front windows! Beautiful location, near good viewpoints and some restaurants. There is a washer/dryer and an elevator.

Hot water runs out a bit quickly when showering.

Excellent location, less than a minute away from bars, restaurants and mini supermarkets, the 28 tram stop was a couple of metres away. Apartment was modern, spotless and well equipped, it was warm and the beds were comfy. Welcome cakes and drinks were a lovely touch. Great terrace although we didn't get to use it because of the January weather

Loved the view from the apartment with doors that open to overlook the Alfama. Loved the bedrooms. The terrace was very nice to have. Very soundproof all things considered. Loved this apartment. Had great coffee and a coffee maker. Elevator and wifi worked great. Fun location.

The host. He was very responsive as well as proactive and messaged everyday to check if we needed anything. Also the property had all the amenities and a nice terrace. Restaurants and shops were close by and so was the tram although we didn’t use it as we walked everywhere or caught uber.

The area - whilst some areas of Alfama a pretty, there are some streets that seemed a little sketchy especially at night.

Truly great place for a family stay with fully equipped kitche and nice outside terrace, we did enjoy it a lot, the location is beatifual as well as the apartment itself.

Location is very good, beautiful views and easy to walk to or access transportation. The outdoor space is nice. It is in a busy area so you will hear the tram, dogs barking, and traffic. The location is the best part of this apartment.

The key to the apartment is a physical key. Since I was traveling with 3 other people and at times we wanted to do different things this made it difficult. We had to message/coordinate to make sure we could get back in. Also, we only were provided with 3 bath towels for 4 people. After traveling for an extended amount of time and long flight we all wanted to shower. It took sending a few messages to the host through Booking and WhatsApp to receive a 4th towel which we finally got towards the end of our 2nd day.

Location is perfect, lots of small nice restaurants, very cosy old neighborhood. The terrace is perfect on a sunny day and adds more space to the apartment. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed in the kichen, great shower, good beds. Excellent communication with owner Apartment is bright and cosy

We where a family of five, four adults and one child, the apartment could fit us, but the sofabed fills up the living room when in use, so the apartment is better for 4 persons. We could have used more closed space in one of the bedrooms.

We arrived earlier than expected, our host was gracious enough to let us check in early. Upon entering the apartment we were greeted with welcome treats and a beautiful apartment. It had everything we could possibly need and our host checked in regularly to ensure our stay was going well or if he could offer suggestions. I highly recommend this location and host. I would love to stay there again in the future.

Lovely apartment, great location - the old tram is right outside.

The location is really great. It’s up to 10 minutes by walk to the central area.

We loved the location, though the tram No.28 passing would cause some noise, but this was part of the vibe of Lisbon, this was what we wanted to experience and the bedroom wasn't facing the road so it didn't bother while sleeping.

The only downside was the bathroom, the shower didn't drain away very properly, the floor flooded easily if you turn the water too strong and taking shower too long.

Gonzalo is unparalleled compared to any other place we've rented before. The location is perfect, just below the Santa Luzia viewpoint and within walking distance of all major sites (we didn't use public transport at all). The apartment is well-equipped, much more than any other short-term rental. And their team assisted us on a Saturday evening in no time when we experienced an issue, which was, by the way, entirely our own fault.

The apartment was new, spacious, and really well-equipped. The location was also very nice. And the beautiful terrace was a lovely bonus! The owner was very customer-oriented, he left us welcome sweets and sent his representative to ask if we needed anything. Moreover, he kept texting us to see if everything was ok. He even called a taxi for us to take us to the airport. We highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect!

1. The apartment is beautiful. The furnishing and aesthetic is nice. 2. The location being Alfama is great. It has everything you could need nearby. Even tram 28. 3. They had nextlix as well !!

1. Being right next to the tram line , you can hear the trams all day and night. 2. The walls of the house and within the house aren't soundproof. You can listen to the other room very clearly. 3. The balcony area should have had some sort of shade. Every morning of our stay it drizzled and we couldn't even sit there. 4. The shower doesn't have a clear marking of hot/cold water , we had a hard time figuring it out. 5. There is no shelf in the shower for you to place your own supplies like face wash or whatever. 6. There was no place to hang the bath towel once showered. We used the heater in the washroom. But then the area between the shower and sink would get wet and slippery. 7. There should be one floor length mirror in the house. 8. Every room must have a dustbin. There was one in the kitchen and one tiny one in the washroom next to the toilet.

Great apartment. Cozy, clean and safe. Location was perfect for us. Everything we wanted to see in Alfama was walkable from the apartment. We had minor issues but owner was responsive and dealt with the issues in a timely manner.

Loved the location, the terrace and the vibe of the property it was perfect for our city stay. It’s so nice to when the host leaves you a wee gift, it’s always the small touches.

The location was close to many of the essential sights of the city with great cafes and restaurants in every direction.

It was truly a great space for our family of four. The terrace at the back of the property was wonderful for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the night. The views from the front windows were gorgeous. It was perfectly located in the Aflama with trolley 28 right on the street. You could hear the rattle of the trolley in the day but the windows sealed the apartment for sound should you want quiet. I rather like the sounds of the city rolling by. The beds were comfortable and the amenities had all we could want for a perfect stay. It could not have been better. 10/10

Location was fab. We were a mix of ages and needs. The tram runs outside the apartment but is not noisy. Walk to all locations easily. We used the sofa bed as was 5 of us. They have all u need so makes life easy. The tips of places to eat and to visit were spot on. Our apartment which was a 6 person was a great space and had great outside space at this time of year- not garenteed warm! Also next door to the ice cream place and round the corner from great brunch (quase cafe) and dinner/ pre drinks 8options @ wine together (Tues to Sat) Literally close to all u could need- therefore BEST PLACE ever!!!
