The building was modern and very good, the location was ok, the wifi was good. The host was very responsive and kind.

Maybe it could have some extra kitchen tools

Very clean, good internet, nice TV and the extra's compared to a hotel. Own kitchen, good fridge, many things available like at home. The studio feel very comfortable, and I liked a lot, the easy way of check in and check out. For sure my new favourite place in Cebu City.

ManuMo is in a great location. We loved it's proximity to supermarket, restaurants, laundromat etc. The thoughtfulness of the hosts with generous provisions of snacks, coffee and essentials.

The little insects (which bit me) in the room and not sure where they were coming from given that we were in the 19th floor. The bed was not very comfortable for two people and the fitted sheets keeps on coming off. Lack of a detailed welcome instructions. For example, being new to Cebu and unfamiliar with the area, we used Google to try and locate the nearest laundromat which directed us to the left hand side of the building which had no footpath, over some open sewerage and so on. On our last day, we discovered that if we have turned right from the main entrance of Baseline Centre (note that Baseline Premier is at the back of the Centre and is not the same as Baseline Residence) the laundromat and all the nice cafes and restaurants are just there. It was also very hot in the building and inside the lifts and it was a problem particularly when you are waiting for a lift (which can take ages) or inside the lift and it stops in several floors. Being on the 19th floor, it can be an uncomfortable ride.

The lifts were a bit slow, they probably need twice as many for a building of this size. Windows needed a clean to get the best of the view from 17th floor.

Nice building, secure entrance, good view, well-appointed apartment. Will be my go-to place for trips to Cebu from here on out.

Great location and they have all the amenities you would need in Cebu. You never have to leave your room!

No overnight parking in the building but there are options nearby.

Was a very lovely stay host very friendly. Room neat and tidy. Swimming pool very nice as well as all the shops around to get a quick bite to eat or make your own food in your room. Very recommended! The noise was a big thing for me and to be honest i did not hear much so had a great 2 nights rest.

Great place with a 24 hour pool and gym as well as access to restaurants, a grocery, and an all night mini mart. Wifi is strong, Netflix is available, and there is a desk to work from. The owner is a great guy, very personable and helpful. This is where I'll be staying from now on when I'm in Cebu.

The most convenient and exceptional place to stay. You'll get your money's worth and more. I will definitely book in this place again. Thumbs up also to the host. Thank you for giving me a pleasant pleasant place to stay in Cebu.

Elevator was a little bit too slow :) really i cannot complain about anything.

Location: 19th floor studio unit of Baseline Premiere Condominium, jusr beside Citadines. Everything you need is already in the building. You can use the gym and pool. They have complete kitchen wares, you can cook , and do groceries at robinsons supermarket, just at the basement area of the bldg. Mini stop, coffee shops, restaurants and laundry shops are all within the area. Its also easy to go around, the area has taxi alley. Malls are just 10-15min ride. We will definitely book this place, when we visit Cebu again.

Noise from the bars outside during weekend nights, but its bearable for us.

The building has a really nice and very clean pool. There is a small but nice little gym to work out in as well.
