The staff was excellent. They are very efficient, welcoming and gives you information that makes your stay better. They do their job so well you don't even have to ask questions or remind them about anything. As to the rooms, they were very clean, well maintained and the size is incredible. The rooms are much bigger than rooms in the same hotel category. The beds are super comfy. While they don't serve breakfast, the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants where you can have your meals. They also have their own restaurant on site.

The bedroom itself was clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful, they let us pay the 1000peso deposit later since we did not have cash with us.

The bathroom is not maintained well, so you can see mold in the corners of the showe and between the tiles.

Great studio apartment to stay in Cebu City. Located in a little neighborhood, this hotel is whining walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. You check in with a front dest just like a regular hotel so it is quick and easy. Rooms are spacious and have all needed amenities (Toiletreis, desk, chair, air con, etc.)

I like the room because it was very clean and comfortable plus we were at the 8th floor which was advantage because we're able to see the view of the city

When we arrive my husband wanted to get some shower but unfortunately there was no water but glad that the staff brought us pales of water to use

Just the cold aircon.. the room was fairly spacious but not sure if all rooms are..

1. No refrigerator 2. Only one keycard.. difficult if only one person goes down to get something.. always need help from a staff to tap a card for the elevator to go up 3. Shower is fixed.. it has no hose for easy washing 4. very slow wifi 5. Only one pillow per person.. and the pillow flattens like a paper when you lie on it.. cant sleep comfortably 6. No water heater.. you still need to ask for it 7. Food from the Cafe is not worth it.. bacon was cold and very chewy.. the spam was okay.. the ice tea was not good.. staff is not approachable..

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good.

The neighbours have a lot of roosters which kindly wake you up at 5am and continue all day long. However pretty standard for Philippines I am realising! We extended out stay and moved rooms, could not hear them after that.

The hotel room is spacious but theres no refrigerator and no daily refill of bottled water. They have a dispenser on the hallway but no hot or cold. Theyre kind enough to lend us an iron and ironing board

Das Zimmer war an sich ganz gut, groß und sauber. Die Frau am Check In war auch sehr nett. Ich blieb nur für eine Nacht und war zufrieden, bis der Check Out kam. Am Anfang wurde eine Kaution über 1.000 Pesos hinterlegt. Mir wurden am Check Out dann 200 Pesos einbehalten. Grund dafür: Ich habe meine Periode bekommen und nach dem Duschen ist leider etwas Blut aufs Handtuch. Natürlich ist das unangenehm, aber ich kann leider nichts für den natürlichen monatlichen Prozess. Für diese Flecken musste ich bezahlen. Hätte ich meine Schuhe damit geputzt, ok dann kann ich das nachvollziehen aber wegen meiner Periode finde ich das schon sehr respektlos. Die Putzfrau kam aufgeregt an die Rezeption und das Handtuch wurde ausgebreitet und diskutiert, während andere Personen in der Lobby standen. Ich fand das Verhalten richtig unverschämt…und laut Registration Form wird der Betrag einbehalten, den das Personal als angemessen empfindet. Das habe ich noch in keinem Hotel, egal wie teuer dieses war, egal in welchem Land, erlebt.

This hotel is absolutely clean! Booked a room for four and room is spacious. Very smiling lady at the front desk. Sadly they dont offer breakfast buffet. This is only for one night travelers. They are strict with the visitors, they only allow till 10pm , unless you will pay 400 extra charge (400 pesos/person) which is sad because bigger hotels they don't Make you pay for the visitors. And I think i will not recommend this hotel to my friends/family to those who wants to invite visitors into the hotel. But all in all. Clean hotel.

Clean and big bedroom and bathroom

Very friendly and efficient staff from check in to check out. Requested an ironing board which came within 5mins. The only improvement would be for rooms to have a bar fridge and coffee facilities but the Cafe on level 2 had excellent coffee anyway. The online pictures are accurate. Not a lot of street appeal but it's made up for inside. Many hotels in cebu are run down at this price point but the hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable, clean towels etc. Family room had a huge king bed and 2 singles. Excellent aircon. Hot water was endless (we had 5 people) and shower pressure really good.

Water from the shower would overflow on the floor from other side of the glass wall. It just needs to be fix. Other than that, it was a good experience.

That it did not have any channels on tv except the 4 channels from the Anttena so when around lunch it’s really hot and you just want to relax in ur room good luck Also it’s a very budget hotel if you can spend extra 10 or 20$ a day better off getting a 4 or 5 star hotel.

No fridge in the room

Room setup with three bed is perfect for larger groups. No fridge in the rooms is annoying because you can’t have cold water or drinks. Upon checkout we were charged for “blood” on a pillow case which was there already. Another room was charged for a “food” stain on the sheets. Can’t fight it because no one ever takes pics of a hotel room when checking in. Not calling it a scam but not friendly practices.

Room is huge except they don’t have ref, hair dryer and kettle for hot water. Staffs are slow to respond to inquiries. No phone access to their restaurant. When we ask how can we contact the Te Amo resto they told us to go to facebook and find their number 😆

The hotel was clean the staff was very friendly and professional and the prices was great But in bathroom there was leaking water all night there was no tooth brush or toothpaste or coffee or tea or hot water or refrigerator The hotel was to nice to be in that area And what really bothered me that they left note on table in the room that thy will not change the sheets or clean the room if we were staying for more then one day because there was no room service so I didn’t know if those sheets was changed from the last customer was staying there Will not go back there

The property is closer to the nearby groceries and some restaurant. Rooms are quite big.

Bathroom needs some progress especially on cleaning and draining water. The sink has no cover in the bottom. Also, there’s no microwave and small Fridge. It could have been a perfect hotel.

Good location and nice breakfast served on the 2nd Floor restaurant.

Twin room was a bit small for my liking.

Place is farely new so grabbing taxies is a bit of a hassle. Better to use a Grab AP if possible.

Nice little hotel in Cebu Mandaue area. Hotel was clean and perfect for 4 adults. It was close to shopping and eating places. We only stayed for one day before we headed for bohol

Staff are super nice, courteous and accommodating

No swimming pool Too noisy- staff did not inform us that there is currently constructions going on and it is right in front of our room!! Toilet tissues must always asked to the desk front, not enough supplies in the room. The bathroom floor is always wet after showers despite the divider. There is a gap underneath hence, water flows. Staff are suoer friendly! The room was wonderful but the area or location is not ideal to stay in.

On arrival they gave me a room right next to a massive construction site. Hammering and banging late at. night. When I asked them to change my room to one on the other side of the hotel they wanted more money. A cheap trick. When I told them they were getting the worst review I could write they miraculously found a quiet room for no extra charge. This building site is enormous and looks likely to go on for a few years!

The sidewalks were all broken with open sewers running though them, the streets were narrow and busy

There were a few ants in the room.
