The homestay was very comfortable. Whenever we had a question, the owner responded quickly and was always helpful. At one point, our bathroom door got stuck, and she immediately provided a solution. She was very kind and supportive throughout our stay. The view from the property was beautiful, and the house was exceptionally clean. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, plates, and glasses. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you so much!

Instruction to self check in is quite difficult to understand. Not very clear

Great location, it just above Dpulze shopping mall. Easy access and flexible check in. Host sent us clear instruction of check in details. All the amenities are provided, just need to bring own toothbrush and toothpaste. The place is free of clutter. Will return again next time.

One of the bad experiences my family and I had staying here... The accommodation was okay... But we were very disappointed with the owner's preparation, as they somehow forgot our booking. My family and I traveled a long way from Kedah to Cyberjaya, arriving at 10 PM. In the morning, I already text WhatsApp the owner, but there was no reply. When I called, it went to voicemail. I just wanted to ask about the check-in procedure. By the time it was almost 10 PM, my calls were still unanswered. Only after I WhatsApp text and ask again, stating that I had booked their apartment, did the owner finally reply. Not a very professional or friendly service. I went to the apartment's mailbox to collect the access key, only to be shocked that the key wasn't there. We suspected that the owner had completely forgotten about our booking. We had to wait almost two hours before the owner's representative arrived to clean the house. Finally, we were able to check in at 12 midnight😪. It was so exhausting. We couldn't even be bothered to get angry anymore.Really frust & spoiled There was no need to make up a story about someone else booking for a different date and then randomly walking in to take the access key to check the apartment. And then, when my family and I arrived, you could just tell people to leave the house? That story doesn't make sense. It would have been better to just admit that you forgot there was a guest who had booked your apartment and simply apologize. Guests would be more understanding if you were honest and said sorry. Please be professional next time. It's not that hard to be truthful, apologize, and say thank you.

The condo is clean. All the things we need are there.

If possible...put brighter light in the bedroom. The present one not bright enough which make our eyes uncomfortable when do reading. .

It’s extremely well located. Shops and eateries easily accessible.

There are few minor issues that could make a big difference like: 1. Bed side tables 2. Bed side lights 3. Frying pans that are usable on convection stove

The apartment itself and the location also good..so easy to find food just under one roof! Its a 1 bedroom apartment with 1 queen bed in a spacious room and another queen bed in hall..have very big and clean toilet..Owner also very proactive to send all the details very early and fast in answer my question..keep it up!looking forward to stay again here..Share some picture taken before check out..

Disclaimer : don't take this wrongly, it's not that i don't like anything, but this is personal preferences, maybe it's not even relevant to anyone. 1. Maybe can change to new and more quality, but still sufficient. 2. Provide 'qiblat' pointer to make your homestay more muslim friendly.

-bedsheet and pillowcase looks not so newly change -swimming pool staff and facilities not so guest friendly as the guard very annoying keep asking us not to be wet, but there is no carpet or air blower provided upon exit the pool area

The location is very strategic, near many restaurants and mall is just below the unit. The unit is also clean and tidy

The setup with 2 bed is perfect for a family of 4. The toilet is clean. Easy access to shopping complex.You can even watch midnight movie and going back to rest at homestay afterwards.Lots of shops and restaurant swimming pool also very well maintain by the management.
