Dane: okres najmu 6 dni, od 11 marca 2026 do 17 marca 2026. Cena 200 Euro za dzien pobytu. Przybylismy do "apartamenu" w Rovaniemi po godzinie 21, i tylko z tego powodu zostalismy. Zaraz po wejsciu uderzyl nas odor stechlizny. Mieszkanie, ktos oposcil niedlugo przed naszym przybyciem, zmywarka do naczyn jeszcze suszyla...a powinien byc dostepny od 16:00. Probowalem, zarowno przed przybyciem, jak i po, skontaktowac sie z zarzadca obiektu, jadnak bezskutecznie. Mieszkanie na 3 pietrze, bez windy, ze stromymi i kretymi schodami. Mieszanie "apartament?" brudne, mocno wyczuwalny odor stechizny w mieszkaniu!!! Mieszkanie bardzo ciemne, gdyz wiele punktow swietlnych ma przepalone zarowki!! Nie tego sie spodziewalismy, a chce dodac ze przyjechalismy z Ruki, gdzie mielismy apartamet przez 8 dni, ktory ocenilem 10 na 10. Ogolnie zdecydowanie odradzam !!!!! Ponizej uwagi wraz ze zdjeciami. Smrodu zdjeca nie ukaza, ale jego powody, tak. Malymi literami co jest podawane na booking.com przez zarzadce obiektu. Duzymi literami moj komentaz. The place was not cleaned before we arrived. The fridge had half eatin items and drinks, same in the presses. Re cycling cans and bottles left in press. The wardrobes were packed. The place was very dusty. No welcome or information sheet, no wi fi code or sauna instructions. It felt like we were in somebodies place in error.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2025It’s nice and about a 10 minutes Uber ride from the city center. Communication easily with Jaakko and our stay went smoothly. All the necessities are here and we had a lot of fun cooking here, especially the sunna was so 🤩

Reviewed Jan 7, 2025A large, spacious, and clean apartment equipped with all utilities: washing machine, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and the fact that it has a sauna is a major advantage on freezing days. It is very well located, close to the supermarket and the center of Rovaniemi.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2024Flat is clean and in a good location, close to grocery stores, petrol stations and 13 minutes walk to Rovaniemi centre. It also has free on street parking. It's got a nice small pretty balcony too. Flat has got all you need and Jaakko is very responsive!
Building hasn't got an elevator and flat is at second floor, so a bit tricky if you've got big or a lot of luggage
