Loved that everything was included for a comfortable stay. Everything was very well thought of. Thankyou! The kids loved the toys and playing in the huge yard.

Everything, it is the most homely beautiful place. It has everything you could need we were even left fresh bread and items to have for breakfast which was such a lovely touch and so much appreciated. You can tell it’s been well thought about what people would need in their stay.

Loved the location and the decor in the property, plus the little extras like wonderful breakfast provision and kids books/games were great

Would be great if there was a connection from the two seperate bedrooms to the bathroom, or an awning over that area as we got quite wet in the night going back and forth!! Plus there was a little bit of an ant issue in the main rooms but I know that’s hard to control!

Had everything and easy to stay. Loved the chickens and ducks too. Pets also had a good time.

What an amazing stay! Kylea was so accommodating and communication was excellent. The place was very clean and we felt right at home for the night, looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

When we arrived at the retreat we entered the code to the door and went in. The retreat was very well presented and the group were very happy with the retreat.

The kids beds have very hard mattresses with no cushioning. Not comfy.

Host did a great job for breakfast, it was a great surprise to see juice, cereal, coffee, bread, eggs and bacon there for us to use. This was amazing. The Unit had everything we needed including towels for the pool. Arrival was easy and inputting the code for the door was great. It was quiet even with the holiday camp 40m away. We were visited by a peahen and chickens which was a lovely surprise.

The kids were in a separate unit, so they had to leave their room and walk outside to get into the toilet in our section. Not a major issue as it was sunny and it wasnt far, but they did wake us when they came into use as the bathroom is off the bedroom. Main unit is ok for 2 but not for 4 as it was a little cramp but fine for a couple of days. But this a tiny home, but it was well laid out otherwise.

Familyfriendly accommodation and it was such a lovely place to stay. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Clean and tidy.

Beautiful house and location. Wonderfully clean and modern. Provided breakfast which was a nice surprise! Loved that it is right next to the hot pools and walking tracks.

Absolutely stunning tiny home, with everything you could possibly need. Being able to access the pools next door was brilliant. Loved it so much I would now consider downsizing to a tiny home of my own! Loved the ducks and chickens visiting in the morning.

The kids found the wifi connection to not be great - funnily enough I saw that as a bonus!

It was very comfortable and had everything supplied that we needed. It was private and had heaps of outdoor space for kids

Had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great water pressure, was just great.accurate description, great host communication.

You do have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, but this wasn’t an issue for us.

This was a fantastic stay! Kylea was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. We loved the complimentary bread and food that really touched my wife. I particularly enjoyed the morning sunshine, bird sounds, and the peaceful view – it was the perfect quiet escape, even without a sea view. The location is great, just a 5-minute drive from Countdown, and our room was very tidy and clean. Plus, having balls for the kids to play with was a nice bonus.

The only thing was that the two bedrooms weren't connected to the main living area, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal for us.

We liked that the Hot Springs Retreat was well situated in terms of everything we wanted to visit. It was very close to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui, as well as Waihi and Paeroa. It meant that we had a great variety of options every day without having to drive significant mileage. The accommodation itself was excellent. Kylea and her family run a phenomenal property: clean, modern, interesting architecture. We loved staying there and getting to grips with the tiny house phenomenon. It was a real talking point and made us realise what sustainable housing is all about. Thanks again to Kylea for her superb customer service and for sharing this wonderful property with us.

Beautiful stay in a gorgeous home and lovely location. Had all the amenities you could need. The bird life is incredible, from the tūīs, to faintails, ducks, hens and Miss P the peahen. The host provided us with complementary items which were so appreciated and delish! The access to the hot pools were an excellent add on as well no complaints at all would stay again!

Beautifully appointed with a scrumptious selection of’extras’. The accommodation is excellent and having access to the mineral pools is a wonderful bonus. You must include this in your itinerary!!

This property has everything you need for a great holiday with a Private setting close to the camp ground. The welcome items were fantastic to kick start our stay and we loved the tiny home experience! Can’t wait to stay again!

Modern facilities were clean, cozy and comfortable with a friendly host. Sapphire springs area was beautiful and pools were excellent.

The property is next to the Sapphire Springs Thermal Pools and includes admission to the pools on the day of arrival. The hosts provided generous breakfast provisions. The property is relatively new and very clean. There is a washer dryer available. There is ample grassed area and garden.

The accomodation is actually two mobile structures that adjoin a deck. We are a group of 4, two couples travelling together. There is only one bathroom. We found the accommodation too small for two couples to comfortably stay. It was tricky for one couple who stayed in the structure with a double room and a bunk room. They had to step outside onto the deck, then enter the other structure to use the bathroom, making sure no-one was in there.

Wonderful host and great location and setting.

The property was spotless. With every possible comfort of home. We loved the spacious lawn and gorgeous surroundings. The owner Kylea was great at communicating to us. We arrived to some lovely treats on the table including eggs from her friendly chickens. We will definitely be back. So close to lovely creeks and bush walks.
