キッチンの使い方がわからない。調理器具が清潔感がなかった。

한시장가 가까워 좋았습니다. 가성비 호텔로 호이안 3박 후 귀국 하루 전 날 한시장 쇼핑 위해 하루 숙박했는데 순수 휴식 및 잠만 자기에는 이만한 곳 없는 것 같습니다. 청결합니다.

없음.절대없음. 절대 추천안함.

모든게 더러움, 우리는 패밀리에 묵었는데 밤 11시 30분에 야간직원이 마스터키로 문을 열었습니다. 모두가 놀라 일어났고 우리 딸은 공포에 질렸습니다. 누구냐고 물었지만 아무대답도 없었고 컨시어지에 채팅을 보냈더니 본인이 실수로 그랬다며 나와 너만 방키를 갖고있다고 외부인 소행은 아니라며 해명을 했지만, 고객이 느끼기엔 직원도 외부인이다라는 점을 인지하지 못하는듯 합니다. 다음날 체크아웃할때 사과라도 할 줄 알았는데 직원들 그 누구와도 내용공유가 안되어있었으며, 저는 이문제가 분명히 범죄라는점을 말하고싶습니다. 체크아웃하며 내가 잘못 건드려 싸구려 꽃병을 깨긴했지만, 어제 있었던 일에 대해서는 간단히 사과만하고 마무리 지으려하고, 내가 실수로 옷에걸려 떨어뜨린 꽃병 배상은 왜 끝까지 받아내려했는지 화가나서 돈이 많음에도 끝까지 내고오지 않았습니다. 내가 과연 그까짓 20만동이 없어서 배상을 안했을까? 괘씸해도 도가 지나친 곳이고, 손님을 손님처럼 생각안하는걸 보니 매니저 보고있다면 그따위로 장사하지마시오. 다낭이미지 실추하는곳, 싸다고 위치좋다고 전부가 아닙니다 여러분. 여자들끼리 갔다면 무슨일이 생겼을까요? 절대 가지마세요.

Property was in an excellent location, close to lots of amazing restaurants, bars & cafes as well as Han market. Rooms were well equipped with full kitchen including utensils and washing machine and were charmingly decorated.

Unfortunately we had booked 2 apartments for 5 nights with the intention of being very comfortable there for a longer stay due to the facilities, however the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff did try to resolve the issue with mattress toppers but sadly they didn’t help much if at all so we decided after the first night we’d cut our stay down to 2 nights as we couldn’t sleep 5 on a mattress that hard. We had given quite a bit of notice in regards to this but as the staff there had to consult with their boss in regards to a refund and as a result we were only refunded 2 nights instead of the 3 we weren’t staying there which was quite annoying.

Qapartment Da Nang is a very comfortable properti to stay. The location is just few steps to Han Market which you can find anything you need as a traveller. The cleanliness, room size, the facility all in the good shape.

The service, cleanliness, and location superb. Very comfortable bed, hot water, and well apportioned kitchen.

Πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο. Είχε όσα χρειάζεται με υπέροχα vibes. Την επόμενη φορά σίγουρα θα έχω περισσότερες διανυκτερεύσεις. Μπορείς να πληρώσεις με μετρητά ή κάρτα.

Λίγο σκληρά κρεβάτια μόνο αυτό.

There is no breakfast at this property. Location is excellent, right in the center of every thing.

房間很大，裝潢很新穎，床偏硬，剛好是我喜歡的；地點很好，附近什麼都有，漢市場就在旁邊，超好買。稍微遠一點的就叫Grab，又方便又便宜。

只有大浴巾，沒有擦手巾或毛巾；房內沒有紙巾；第一晚馬桶間有菸味，顯然是樓下有房客在廁所抽菸。蓮蓬頭軟管已經快壞掉了，建議更換。熱水可能是使用儲熱筒吧，不能連續洗澡，熱水會不夠。

위치가 한시장과 가깝고 숙소도 청결했습니다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐옮기기도 편했어요!

위치가 정말 좋습니다.쇼핑하다가 피곤하면 다시 들어가 쉴수 있습니다.👍

방음이 잘 안되서 약간 시끄럽습니다.

한시장이 목표인 분은 무조건 이곳!!!

I liked the space as it was really spacious for a family of 4. It gave off condo vibes with its washing machine, kitchen essentials, dining table, and two bedrooms. The hotel is conveniently located near several Korean stores. The apartment building itself has a clothing, shoe, and bag store on the ground floor. Since they are sharing space, there isn’t a proper reception area; you have to pass through the store to reach the elevator, which serves the 2nd to 7th floors. One thing I really liked is that the toilet and shower are in separate areas. Basic amenities were provided, and we loved the aesthetic vibe of the accommodation. It’s also very close to Han Market, just walking distance.

Communication with the staff was very poor. 1 month before our arrival in Da Nang, we asked if it was possible to amend our booking (advance) and check in earlier since our flight was at midnight. They said it was possible, so I assumed they had made the necessary arrangements for us and we also agreed to pay the extra fee. However, a week before our arrival, I followed up about our accommodation and only then found out that our request hadn’t been accommodated because another guest had already booked the room and they never informed us. I was planning to book a different hotel, but the staff messaged again and assured me that there would be a room available for us, so we relied on that and expected to have a place to stay upon arriving early in Da Nang. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the staff seemed confused and surprised that there were 4of us. He told us the room was only suitable for 2 people. I was really disappointed, especially since we had just traveled from Hanoi and were exhausted. I don’t understand why they booked a room for 2 when they clearly knew we were a group of 4. Perhaps they didn’t want to lose the booking. The communication barrier made the situation more stressful, although the staff who assisted us upon arrival did his best to help. Since we had no other option, especially arriving in the early hours, we had to make do. One of my family members ended up sleeping on the couch, and they didn’t offer an extra bed or anything to make up for their mistake.

A mon arrivée on m'avais dit que le ménage serai fait environ tous les 3 jours, au final au bout de presque une semaine j'ai dû réclamer à ce qu'il soit fait. Odeurs de tabac par moment qui arrive par l'aération.

Perfect location ( near the Han river, Rong bright,…). The hotel is clean and very helpful staffs.

We didn't expect the entrance to be inside and a shop, couldn't find it even when we were standing in front of the apartment.

The staff was really supportive. Property is centrally located and the apartment is lovely. Overall, its a great deal.

Mình thích phong cách decor ở đây, phòng rộng sạch đẹp và giường lớn. Các bạn nhân viên hỗ trợ siêu nhiệt tình và thân thiện, cảm thấy dịch vụ ở ĐN rất tốt luôn ý. Các bạn còn hỗ trợ mình giữ hành lý nữa. Sẽ quay lại vào lần tới!

Vị trí gần chợ Hàn và nhà thờ con gà nên, đi bộ một xíu đã tới nên lý tưởng cho ai thích ở trung tâm nha. Bên đây còn hỗ trợ mình thuê xe máy với giá ổn. Staff thân thiện và luôn giải đáp các thắc mắc mình hỏi

The Apartment boasts an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Han Market. The room was more spacious than expected, and I appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate.

If I had to mention a minor downside, the front desk is located at the far end inside a luxury boutique on the first floor, which might be a bit tricky to find at first.

Excellent stay with reasonable price. This apartment was clean and nice design. Friendly staff :)

The room was beautiful, spacious, always fragrant. The staff here were also very enthusiastic. I booked the room early so I got a good price, worth the experience.

위치가 좋을 뿐 .. 숙소 내 평가는 그렇게 좋게 주고 싶지 않습니다. 침대가 엄청 딱딱했고 .. 샤워실에 조명은 들어오지 않았어요 ..... 바닥에 머리카락 등의 쓰레기도 있었습니다. 엘리베이터가 좁아서 오래 기다려야 했고요. 가방 가게 안에 체크인센터가 있어서 복잡 ... 짐을 맡기는 공간 = 가게 안이라서 보안에도 취약했습니다.

The apartment is really beautiful and shower was amazing. And they let us do an early check in. It was really helpful for us.
