Excellent location for city of Da Nang, Dragon Bridge , Han market . It’s a small hotel where guests are made to feel comfortable and very welcome. The staff are fantastic especially Zoey 6* , Vin 6* and Dan . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they are genuinely so helpful

The staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful. Stand out staff members were Zoey on reception the the two doormen, Dan and Tuyen, they were awesome.

The drains in the bathroom were very smelly at times.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this concept hotel! It has a perfect location right in the city center, making it very convenient to explore everything nearby. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a friendly and supportive staff that made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel when visiting Da Nang.

Mir hat der Service von allen Mitarbeitern sehr gefallen besonders von Zoey, Tuyen und Team Bay. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend and hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab eine Mischung vom westlichen und traditionellen Gerichten zur Auswahl

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour parfait grâce à une équipe exceptionnelle ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Seahorse Natalie. Tout était parfait, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l'équipe. Un immense merci à Zoey, la réceptionniste, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils. Toujours souriante et attentionnée, elle a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec une efficacité remarquable. Nous tenons également à remercier chaleureusement Dan Tuyen, le portier/maître d'accueil, pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Son sens de l'accueil et sa prévenance ont ajouté une touche personnelle à notre expérience. Il a été aux petits soins pour nous. L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont confortables et la propreté irréprochable. Mais c'est vraiment l'équipe qui rend cet établissement si spécial. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. ​Service & Personal: Das gesamte Team war außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Die zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. ​Hier hat einfach alles gepasst.

Geweldig personeel. Iedere dag heel vrolijk en dienstverlenend. Vooral de security! Het was een heerlijk hotel om in te verblijven. De kamer was ruim en super schoon. Alle ammendities werden iedere dag bijgevuld. Het bed was fantastisch. Heerlijk frisse en zachte lakens. Ik heb er heerlijk in geslapen. De badkamer was ook ruim en zeer schoon. Bij het uitchecken mochten wij ook nog aan een rad draaien. Daardoor kregen wij een gratis drankje to-go. Dit hotel is naar mijn mening het beste hotel waar wij in hebben verbleven. Chapeau!

Sporo zamieszania przy zameldowaniu, personel upierał się, że wydał już przy zameldowaniu kartę do mojego pokoju moim znajomym, którzy odbierali swój pokój wcześniej. Długo trwał cały proces zameldowania, za długo. Przy wymeldowaniu można zakręcić kołem i wylosować nagrodę, ale jest to słabo zorganizowane. Nagroda jest do wykorzystania od razu np drink w barze, ale jak się wymeldowujesz to często masz taksówkę ichnie ma szans z tego skorzystać. Nikt wcześniej nie informuje jak to działa. Poza tym po wymeldowaniu trzeba czekać aż recepcjonista sprawdzi każdy pokój samodzielnie, nie ma do tego personelu. Jak się spieszysz np na lotnisko to jest to słabe i do poprawy. Ściany w pokoju pomalowane w wyjątkowo dziwny sposób, np. Do połowy wysokości.

The staff were the best thing about the hotel. They were excellent, friendly and willing to help in every way. The location was central to everything and convenient for walking everywhere.

Wir haben das Hotel für 5 Nächte gebucht, mit 5 Personen. Ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmer+Balkon und ein Familien Zimmer + Balkon, beide mit Frühstück! Frühstück war vom Geschmack sehr lecker und ausreichend!!! Pool auf der Dachterasse war auch sehr schön mit toller Aussicht. Es war alles top!!! Sauber, Zentral gelegen, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter ( Uyen,Sam,Bao) vor allem der ältere Herr (Name hab ich leider vergessen 🫣) der für Koffer und Garagenzufahrt für Roller zuständig war, war sehr nett und lieb!!! Hatte immer ein nettes Wort auf Lager! 🫶 Preisleistungsverhältnis war vollkommen okay 👍 Würde das Hotel immer weiter empfehlen.

I was disappointed. After checking out, I realised I had accidentally left a couple of items in the bathroom. I called the next day, then sent my cousin there but once she arrived, she was simply told that nothing had been found. I understand that items can sometimes be missed, but I was surprised that housekeeping didn’t notify me before I checked out. On my last night, I also had a parcel delivered to the hotel. The front desk never informed me about it during check-out. I only found out because my friend told me the parcel had been delivered, and I had to make a trip back to the hotel about 2hrs after I had alr left to collect it.

Staff were super amazing. Facilities were great. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable.

Our stay at Seahorse Hotel was the perfect way to begin our first trip to Vietnam. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed—from recommendations and transportation to answering all of our questions. Like everyone else on the staff, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. Μοντέρνο, όμορφο, προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο. Ήδη απο την είσοδο νιώθεις ότι χαλαρώνεις για διακοπές. Τα δωμάτια ήταν μεγάλα, υπήρχε και κουζίνα για όποιον το επιθυμεί. Στον τελευταίο όροφο υπήρχε πισίνα με θέα την πόλη. Ήταν όλα κοντά για όποιον ήθελε να δει το κέντρο και την γέφυρα. Με κατι λιγότερο απο 2 ευρώ μπορούσες με grab να πας στην παραλία. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, οπως και ο κύριος που μας βοήθησε με τις βαλίτσες. Πάντα με χαμόγελο! Πραγματικά θα μείνουν στην καρδιά μου. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα.

Δυστυχώς μόνο στο πρωινό ενώ έκανα αίτημα για gluten-free επιλογές, υπήρχαν τα κλασικά που αποδέχτηκα πως θα τρώω στο Βιετνάμ, αυγό, μπέικον. Ευτυχώς ειχα ρυζογκοφρετες έστω να δοκιμάσω την μαρμελάδα. Επίσης πετσέτες δεν είχαμε οταν φτάσαμε, πήραμε έπειτα απο την ρεσεψιόν και την επόμενη πάλι μας άφησαν μόνο 2 μπάνιου. Ετσι δεν ειχαμε ουτε για πρόσωπο, ουτε για χέρια, οποτε με μια πετσέτα καθαρίσαμε τα πάντα. Δεν το αναφέραμε ξανα στην ρεσεψιόν, γιατί και την πρώτη φορά μας είπαν "είστε σίγουροι ", Επίσης επειδή και εγώ αναγκάστηκα να εξηγώ το πρωι τι σημαίνει χωρίς γλουτένη, οπότε κάπου κουράστηκα. Ομως το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο για οποιον δεν έχει αλλεργία.

Rooms were nice and spacious, staff were friendly and bed was comfortable.

Although there is a cafe downstairs, there are limited bars in the area so it would have been good to open this as a bar area in the evening with it being a hostel as well as a hotel.

The staff are absolutely gorgeous! The security are so fun and lovely. The room and view are insanely beautiful and location was out of the more touristy hustle and bustle

The hotel was easy to find. And had a massive convenience store located right next door. And the 2 door men were super nice and helpful

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that our room was not ready at the advertised check-in time, resulting in a wait after a long day of travel. While delays can occur, a clearer explanation and better communication from staff would have been appreciated. The check-out experience was equally disappointing. Before we had even left the property, the receptionist was encouraging us to leave a review. We were also provided with a list of staff names to mention in the review, despite not having interacted with those employees during our stay. This felt unprofessional and detracted from what should have been a genuine guest feedback process. I would also suggest that management focus on improving the guest experience itself rather than actively soliciting reviews before guests have even completed their stay.

Vị trí thuận tiện cho nhu cầu đi lại của mình. Xung quanh có nhiều nhà hàng ăn uống và dịch vụ. Tiện nghi trong phòng khá tốt. Bữa sáng khá ngon.

Mình đợi checkin khá lâu. Mặc dù đã được gọi xác nhận thời gian checkin trước nhưng mình đã phải đợi gần 3 tiếng. :( Khăn tắm khá cũ. Phòng hơi có mùi khi nhận phòng.

I don't know what the great scoring was all about. The design is nice and looks like the pictures but overall that us about it. I think some of their ways result from being a backpacker accommodation as well bitni feel like it shouldn't be hard to differentiate. If I book here why is my card not being used.

- we didn't check in online, so then the girls did it for us on a phone, not sure why they have those big screens on their desk and have an easy check in process - We were charged 3% extra for visa payment, which we weren't told about previously. We didn't have enough cash on us, - we had to pay with check in. - It was tired, decoration are falling off the walls - the bathroom floor was dirty in all corners - The vanity around the basin was filthy - the towels were old and frayed - it was noisy - the pool was only half full and I could not see it being pumped through any filtration, so just a stagnant half full pool - house keeping came in the late afternoon to do up the room The room needed to be checked by house keeping before we were allowed to leave when checking out

The location is great neighbourhood and easy to walk around much better than the main beach front. Great spa across the road. A local food , restaurants and coffee. Tyuen is the man . He is the best service staff member….they are all good but his personality and attitude to life is 10 stars. . Special mention to Winnie at reception and all the great staff that make this hotel a great experience.

The rooftop swimming pool was really nice and a perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. I definitely recommend this hostel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They were always smiling, professional, and made us feel very welcome during our stay. One staff member even surprised me and my friend with drinks while we were sitting in the lobby without asking for them, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely surprise.

Das Hotel können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet - wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen! Das Frühstück ist super lecker, frisch und hat eine sehr gute Auswahl. Probiert auf jeden Fall den Hibiskussaft 😉. Wir haben uns durch Zoey, Ha, Dan und Tuyen sehr gut umsorgt gefühlt. A cozy and welcoming place to stay. The front desk team were super helpful and polite. The location couldn’t be better — close to cafes, shops, and the riverside promenade. We felt very comfortable throughout our visit.

The breakfast was very average but it did the trick. The location of the hotel is very good, it is central.

The remote control for the TV in the bedroom was not functioning, so we couldn't watch TV in bed. A replacement remote was not actioned. In the bedroom, you can hear (predominantly during the day and early evening) the sound of water overhead. I believe this was from people in the swimming pool which was immediately above the room. Our room was not serviced every day, even though we put the "Make Up My Room" sign on the door handle. We asked for extra pillows and towels and we were told there weren't any available!!? The towels are old and off putting to use. We had to call Reception to request things and on many occasions, it was not actioned.
