Fridge is a mini so doesn’t fit much if you do intend to cook or store food. Just situation dependent.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025Lovely little studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen has everything you’d need and it was a nice touch having the milk available for tea & coffee. Great location - a couple of minutes drive from the town, botanical reserve, and Lake Taupo itself.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2025Steph was a wonderful host who had prepared a beautiful quiet space in a great location with easy access to the lake and town centre. We had all the comforts we needed with lovely quality bed linen/towels, a range of tea/coffee plus light breakfast. It made for a restful few nights stay in a beautiful part of New Zealand. Thank you Steph

Reviewed Dec 11, 2024Location was very good being near to the lake and city center. It was a comfortable, quiet and relaxing place to chill out while on holiday.
It's hard to say there we had very few issues or complaints. If I had to pick one I'd say the pillows could have been better.
