Demi's Apartments Near Athens Airport By SEM

Self check-in comodissimo! Letto comodo. Possibilità di sfruttare bene il salotto. Ottima accoglienza via messaggio, BRAVI! Parcheggio in zona senza problemi.

Nulla!

The accommodation was clean and well equipped. I was worried when I found out that I would be informed of the access code by text / e-mail as this has never worked previously, this time it did. The text was only sent at the earliest check in time, 15.00, so I had all day to wonder if it would work. Corner shop at the end of the road and a supermarket within 5 minutes on the main road. Relatively quiet location a bit of street noise and outside airport curfew aircraft go over head but this didn't bother me.

Parking. Booking.com states free public parking is available on site, it isn't!!!! I was charged E20.00 per night. Access to the parking area is very tight a Skoda Fabia fitted with care and the parking area itself is very small and I was surprised to see a second car parked in the space the second night, well done to that driver! Blinds in bedroom are not black out, a personal preference.

Loved everything about this apartment plus the hosts are incredible they message you everyday to see if everything is ok. Simply love it

The bed was comortable

Location was dissapointing, Consistant loud planes were very annoying We were told we could go a little earlier but when we arrived it was not ready. Then after our apartment A2 was cleaned the rubbish outside was still over flowing from the bins and it was not ready early. We were booked at 3pm and that is when it was ready. Do not promise it will be ready if it can not be, very unprofessional. Unfortunately, we will not be using this accomodation again.

Close to the airport. Clean. Staff communication was excellent.

Perfect for being close to the airport but for a longer stay would prefer more space. There was no indoor living area.

No frills, got what it needed to get done got done!

Hard to walk anywhere to get a meal, but we went to the chain pizza place down the road and were fed.

The property is in a great location, close to the airport and a great little beach town. The apartment was very clean and modern, very nice and well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. Remote check in and check out was easy. We would stay here again and would recommend. The price was also reasonable.

I can think of nothing.

Very close to the airport, very clear instructions, close to nearby bakery, very clean. Everything that a near the airport stay is supposed to be. Everything was ready for us and very clean which is 95% of the expectations from a near the airport location.

Communications regarding the parking could have been better, but it is very nice to have parking. It is near the airport both for good and bad. A tiny bit more expensive than nearby alternatives.

Clean & convenient comfortable

Great large clean rooms near the airport

The location and the host were excellent and super friendly. Arrived late and had very clear instructions how to come in. The apartment is spacious and clean and the host was extremely friendly and accessible via WhatsApp. A supermarket and bakery really nearby.

The bathroom and shower are a bit crowded. The airport transfer is an extra cost to bear in mind.

Stayed for a long layover. The location and apartment were perfect. Got back to the airport recharged.

Very clean apartment. Very comfortable bed. Very calm place. Very safe. Very kind owner and staff. :) We could enjoy cooking by shopping at the supermarket nearby. So lovely kitchen!!

We didn’t have a car. So hard to go to the very good restaurant near. TV remote controller or TV didn’t work. Unfortunately we couldn’t watch any. I hope this owner check everything in perfect conditions beforehand or weekly at least. But we could enjoy such happening. Good memory to meet the staff who came and tried fix it! So kind.

Close to airport. Clean,.

No hot water on the bathroom sink. Sink was also leaking underneath. We informed the management/ owners. They said they would look into it.

Great host at communicating , apt very clean and confortable. Price reasonable.

Location

Very spacy and comfortable We loved it Excellent team and guidance

Clean, organized, great host and communication!

Personal contact, close to the airport and Great restaurants nearby

Tutto ok.

Just a 15-minute drive from the airport, this place offers a spacious, comfortable environment complemented by friendly, helpful staff.

Missing body wash.

Apartment was clean and continently located near the airport. Great communication from host. Private onsite parking was a bonus

Loved the location. It was very close to the airport and the area is very quiet. There is a mini market and bakery within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean.

Easy check in. Great location relative to the airport. Super responsive host. Friendly. Kind. Perfectly clean and neat. Exactly what we needed. Will definitely use again if we need to spend a night near the airport. Thank you, Nick & Demi.

We booked three apartments at Demi's for our family the last night of our trip to Greece before flying out the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and communication with Nick about the stay was excellent. It was an easy taxi ride to a variety of nice places to dine on the beach in Artemida. One thing we particularly enjoyed at the apartments was the patio area outside where we could all sit and enjoy the evening together. Thanks for the hospitality!

we found the taxis very expensive, I'm sorry we didn't just order ourselves

Great service

Nick was very attentive even before we arrived and responded immediately to questions about the apartment before and after arrival. Loved the offer and took advantage of the free shuttle to the beachside restaurant for dinner.

Very close to the airport. We are a family of 3 with a 10yo. Perfect for an o/n stay before our early flight. Free shuttle to restaurants we great.

Shutter in one of the bedrooms was broken, however owner was very responsive and advised it will be fixed.

We used this place for a stopover and it was perfect for what we needed.

Nothing.

Excellent location, very clean and hospitable.

Very close to airport. Clean and comfortable.

Clean cozy apartment, friendly host, everything was good: wifi, kitchen, shower, beds, air conditioning, just 10 minutes ride to airport and to the shore line with the excellent restaurants and beach

I can not fullly answer this question because I did not stay at this location. Part of my family stayed here. They were pleased with the location, although some noise at night. It was very modern and clean, which is essential to us. They did not use the kitchen. I think for 8 people it was a bit crowded, enough bedrooms but living area was not quite open enough. Overall though we would give it good marks.

Noise at night and more open living area.

Great place for one night near the airport. The owber is very helpful and nice. Worth!!

We couldn't have been happier with Demi's Apartments. From the outset everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm communication to the size of the place, how incredibly clean it was, the facilities within the apartment and the comfort of the bed. All great. Super useful for flights out of Athens but also a really comfortable and spacious place to stay for a longer trip, between the city and the sea. We had supper by the beach which was a 5 minute drive away, couldn't have been better!

Very close to the airport (15 to 20 mins). Clean and new build. Feels very secure and safe. Single bedroom unit has very large kitchen/dining area and a large shower, so with a larger group, combining the two bedroom unit with the single bedroom unit works well to be able to use the larger kitchen for the group.

Two bedroom unit has a very small kitchen and shower (does have clothes washer in bathroom). AC in the two bedrooms but not in the entrance area or kitchen.

The owner Nick was amazingly attentive and responded instantly to all messages that we sent in what’s app. He arranged transport for us to and from the airport and made our stay very easy. The instructions on how to access the property were excellent. The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained with easy access to the airport.

Nothing. Everything was fine.

The apartment was really clean and we'll presented. A free transfer to a lovely restaurant was included.

All good.

We were close to the airport and before leaving we were able to walk to a bakery for coffee and a pastry. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. There was a complimentary car transfer for dinner nearby. This was a plus.

We did not have time but were unsure of what the location had to offer.

Location was great and very close to the airport. Hosts were very accommodating! Very clean, spacious and just what a couple would need for a few nights.

The coffee container was empty.

An excellent place to stay for a night near the airport. Extremely clean, and the communication with the property was excellent.

Very Nice and Comfortable, felt like home.

It was close to airport, the apartment is big and very well equipped.

The sink in the toilet was really small, we washed our face in the kitchen sink. The place could have been more clean. For one night after landing the place was ok

A short journey from the Airport. Easy to sort and everything as it should be. Nick was great host - in constant contact and helped with all travel arrangements. His recommendation of the local beach restaurant - with free transfers - was great. The food was excellent with friendly, helpful staff. Nice patisserie nearby for pastries and coffee.

Nothing. All as it should be.

Comfortable for two adults traveling with young adult children for an overnight ahead of morning flight from Athens airport. The host was very responsive and helpful and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

Not many walkable options for food. We were only staying overnight so the pizza shop and bakery were enough for the short time we were there.

Excellent location for Athens airport. Very clean and comfortable. There was a small kitchen, but we didn't really use it apart from the coffee machine (which was much appreciated).

No toilet paper in the apartment on arrival, but I sent the host a WhatsApp message and someone came around to bring us some straight away. Communication throughout was excellent, and I was very happy with how the issue was dealt with and resolved. Would stay again.

The property was a great price and it was very conveniently located right next to the airport. It was a nice clean apartment and I would recommend to stay here if you would like a place close to the airport.

Clean, spacious, close to the airport, close to grocery store and bakery

Casa moderna e comoda

Clean

It was actually quite expensive to get back and forth from there r to the airport so you could stay in a nicer location for the overall room plus transport cost. A shuttle was 30-35 euro so add in 70 euro to your total cost. In booking.com it says shuttle included (not available) and so I assumed it was free which it was not. The rooms were small. Beds very flat. No sitting area at all. Like a bad motel 6 in America.

Convenient location to the airport. Host was excellent and extremely helpful.

The stuff was very polite and responsive. It has all the appliances needed. Good wifi clean and comfortable shower. Close to the airport. Has a big supermarket in the area.

The communication was good.

The communication was good. but for being 7 minutes from the airport it is in a questionable residential area and an airport transport is offered for 30 euros. It is really hard to find and kitchen area needed some attention to cleanliness. The shower is extremely small. There is a washer but no instructions so too risky to use.

Nær flyplassen. Stor leilighet. Rent og ryddig. Meget god informasjon fra vertskap.

Alt ok

This was a phenomenal stay in a great location for what we needed!

We only needed a night's stay but the accommodation was great. Nick made sure everything was ready for us and as we arrived around dinner time was able to give us ideas for home deliveries. There's also a little shop around the corner.

We didn't have time to explore the area so weren't sure what was around.

Very friendly person, really nice and helpful

a bit noisy from 🛫

Everything was excellent except the tiny bathroom. Location, hosts, kitchen.

The bathroom was just to small.

Très bien

Convenient for our late arrival at Athens airport

Cramped rooms. Noisy neighbourhood with dogs barking all night and the planes start at 7am.

It was clean and safe.

It was nothing like the pictures on booking.com. It was so tiny - no living area, the tiniest kitchen, some wires hanging out of wall. Just nowhere as spacious and “nice” as the pictures. I was very disappointed.

Close to airport, clean, friendly staff

Loud with airport and traffic

Everything was perfect. The apartment has everything you need and more, nice outdoor area, close to the shop. The host is very friendly and helpful. 5 mins from the airport

The property manager Nick was so friendly and kind. Incredibly accomodating and helped us so much.

Location was perfect—very near the airport

All was good

Close to the airport, very kind and helpful host, great for the last night before flying back home. Comfortable beds, the apartment had everything we needed. Good value for the money.

Super close to the airport, close contact to the landlord

A little cold in April, and the noise from the airport... though it was not that bad. We had a good night's sleep.
