The fact that it was so close to the airport in the morning, the planes woke you up but that would be the reason why you would stay there so it was good that they woke us up, especially after a long drive from Macedonia. Also, like the fact that there was a coffee shop right across the street walking distance.

lugging suitcases up three stories without an elevator. Also, it was a little difficult to find. Parking was a little inconvenient.

A nice well appointed private Airbnb style apartment for transiting Athens International Airport for a fraction of the price of any chain hotel near the airport.

The curb appeal (climbing the stairs through the storage room from the rocky alley beside next to a commercial building) is not great.

The host was very responsive to emails and messages. Timely replies and accurate. He arranged a taxi for us from the property back to the airport. It was a very comfi ride and he is honest when he said the rate is competitive.

The location is hard to find with a third party cab, especially if you arrive at night like us. I suggest to people that want to rent the property to take the offered option and let the host arrange transportation. The screen door does not lock, it needs repair. the bathroom window is difficult to close. The place is clean but a fresh paint and small repairs will make it look cleaner.

Lekker dichtbij het vliegveld en prima voorzieningen. De bedden waren goed en het dakterras was geweldig.

Het ligt letterlijk onder de route van de vertrekkende vliegtuigen, maar dat is natuurlijk vrij logisch als je zo dichtbij het vliegveld iets boekt.

No nos ha gustado

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante. En primer lugar, la ubicación no es la que esperábamos: el alojamiento está a unos 20 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto y cada trayecto cuesta aproximadamente 35 €, por lo que el transporte supone un gasto adicional importante que no queda suficientemente reflejado en el anuncio. La terraza, que parecía uno de los puntos fuertes en las fotografías, era prácticamente inutilizable debido a la gran cantidad de insectos. La habitación estaba muy desordenada, llena de objetos y con una sensación de falta de organización y cuidado, muy diferente a la imagen que transmiten las fotos. Además, el alojamiento está situado junto a una glorieta con tráfico constante. Durante toda la noche pasaron coches sin parar, haciendo imposible descansar o dormir adecuadamente. En definitiva, el alojamiento no se corresponde con las expectativas creadas por el anuncio. La relación calidad-precio nos ha parecido muy mala y, personalmente, no lo recomendaríamos.

NO lift to the top floor only very narrow stairs this was very difficult with heavy luggage

Ich habe es kurzfristig gebucht, da wir eine Unterkunft zwischen unseren Flügen benötigt haben und war positiv überrascht!! Die Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön. Wir hatten zudem noch einen tollen Balkon. Es war schön modern, schlicht eingerichtet und sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wäre gerne länger geblieben, um es mehr zu genießen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen !

Très proche de l'aéroport (décollage avions) et d'un rond point à fort trafic, donc environnement assez bruyant en journée, mais très acceptable après 21h. (Double vitrage efficace)

The property is ideal to relax after a day of work. Facilities were decent, and the terrace is great to unwind. In terms of location, it is very close to the airport and taxis are readily available on apps.

I was expecting a higher standard of hygiene. Some general maintenance is also required to maintain the standard.

the location, very close to the airport 10min. we chose it for this reason. the area is safe on a main street of a commercial area. the owner scheduled the taxi pickup, which was very nice after a long trip we didn't have to think about how to get there. the taxi was very responsive keeping us updated on his arrival. 45min walk to the beach or take a taxi. nice restaurants along the beach. they had tea kettle and coffee machine👍

We booked 1 night for the Airport Luxury Stay prior to an early flight to Singapore and it was great. 12min drive to the airport, offering a taxi service you can book via whats app for €25 one way. Easy check in with lock box. The apartment is up 2 sets of stairs. Not a problem for us with the luggage but worth to be aware off. Huge terrace to sit and overlook the planes coming in. Apartment has all the amenities you need. Tea and even a pod coffee machine, hair-dryer and toiletry products. It was ideal for my two kids and myself and just want we needed the night before an early flight. There is a Café, Supermarket and a Pizza shop close by in walking distance which makes it easy to grab some food for a night. The apartment also came with a free bottle of wine, a small fridge with a bottle of water and ice cubes ( handy for the wine!) Would highly recommend this place for someone needing sth close to the airport for an early flight.

Two sets of stairs could be an issue for some people but for one night and being close to the Airport it was okay for us.

Le logement est globalement propre et fonctionnel

Il est très mal situé et très peu isolé, nous avons entendu des avions et les voitures/motos/chien pendant toutes la nuit, pour le prix ça fait beaucoup de points négatifs.

Exactly as the pictures! Very cozy room, clean and equipped with everything you need! Definitely recommended!

Well kept property near the airport. Well equipped with all amenities including a bottle of wine to welcome you! Ideal for overnight stay between flights.

Property is in the middle of highway did not see any market nearby. Guest should come prepared.

La facilidad de acceso una vez se llega al lugar correcto.

Llegué en un vuelo muy de noche y era mi primera vez en Grecia por lo tanto me costó encontrar el lugar correcto. Deberían de añadir una foto de como se ven las proximidades a la entrada, ya que no es fácil de ubicar a mi parecer.

Great option if you need an overnight stay near Athens Airport for a connecting flight. The room has everything you need—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with nice amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to find an adapter available too, which was really helpful since I didn’t have a two‑pin plug!

The only downside is that the airport transfer is a bit pricey compared to a taxi fare to central Athens, though it was very reliable and convenient.

Άνετο δωμάτιο μεγάλο με φως από παντού. Ήταν καθαρό και με αρκετές παροχές. Σε κοντινή απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο.

Το μόνο που θα ήθελα να επισημάνω ειναι οτι ενώ υπήρχαν οι εξτρα παροχες σε πληθώρα δεν ήταν εφοδιασμενες πρόσφατα με αποτέλεσμα να μην καλυφθούν κάποιες από τις ανάγκες μας. Π.χ. υπήρχαν χαρτομάντιλα αλλά μόνο 2 φύλλα, οι παντόφλες μιας χρήσης ήταν μόνο 1 ζευγάρι και εμείς 2 ενηλικες. Επισης ίσως επειδή κλείσαμε το δωμάτιο τελευταία στιγμή, δεν πρόλαβε να ζεσταθει ο χώρος με αποτέλεσμα να κρυώνουμε για 1 ωριτσα μέχρι να πιάσει θερμοκρασία το δωμάτιο.

I booked this location last minute for overnight stay as we needed somewhere to sleep. I had this booked under 3 adults (me, my husband and my son 9 yo). The apartment was like on the 3rd floor and it did not help with our baggages but it’s ok. The sofa bed was not ready to accommodate the third person. There were not extra linen so we can use (or at least I haven’t seen it) and that extra sofa bed was really stained and we decided we would all sleep in the queen bed - 3 of us. It’s close to the airport but I would not call it Luxury stay

Location is perfect to explore central Athens, breakfast is ok. Beautiful rooftop bar with view of the Acropolis and free drinks upon arrival.

The rooms on the lower floors need major renovation and do not at all reflect the pictures shown on the site. They should make this more clear during the booking process. Our room, for 3 people, on the first floor was super tiny, we had to take out in the corridor one of the chairs in order to move around the tiny space. A pity…I had stayed there before but on the upper floors and I did not expect this much difference.

Οταν φτάσαμε ήταν κατειλημμένη η θέση στάθμευσης του δωματίου από κάποιους κατοίκους της περιοχής αλλά μετά από επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες το πρόβλημα λύθηκε άμεσα.

Immaculately clean with comfortable beds & pillows. The property had a balcony & a rear roof top terrace area with nice seating.

The airport taxi is expensive €55 for 6 minutes travel time. I recommend you take the owners up on their kind offer of arranging a taxi at €25 which they helped with the following morning after I learned my mistake.

Great option for a layover stay! The apartment is close to the airport, which was super convenient. Just a heads-up—local taxi drivers may take a longer route to raise the fare, so it's better to use the taxi service recommended by the owner, which turned out to be cheaper and more reliable. The owner was extremely helpful and polite, and even helped us arrange our transfer to the airport. There's also a nearby restaurant that delivers to the apartment—the food was surprisingly good and perfect after a long day of travel.

The location of the apartment is close but actually is impossible to be reached in other way than taxi.
