部屋にマニュアルがないため、エアコンのONの方法がわからず、メイドさんに教えてもらうまでわからず、困った。 朝食時間も自分でWebで調べないとわからなかった。 WifiのログインがLASTNAMEと書いてあったのに、繋がらず、コンシェルジェに教えてもらったらFirstNameだった。 Wifiの速さは、画像転送には向いていなかった。

Reviewed Apr 22, 2025We stay in this hotel for 3 nights. The breakfast is very good. The room space was big enough. after we stayed two nights, the room begins to emit an odor caused by clogged sewers. I don’t know why, this is not good for stay.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2025The hotel is conveniently located not far from Pudong Airport, though it still takes about 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. Overall, the hotel was in good condition and clean.
I arrived at 11:00 PM after a long day of work and travel, only to find that there was no food, drinks, or even ice available. Nothing was offered, and the staff, like in many hotels in China, had difficulty speaking or understanding English. The walls of the rooms were thin, so you could hear a lot of noise, especially in the morning, as the hotel was full of children, which makes sense since it's close to Disney World. All in all not worthy of a 5 star level accomodation.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024剛裝修沒多久的新酒店，整體走比較極簡風的裝潢，感覺硬體7.5分，服務還沒拉到同一個水平，我入住的價格不低，以這個價位來看，應該還有很多改善空間。倒是因為新裝修設計的關係，插座很多，這點很加分。 感覺是商務酒店，不過，環保之餘，應該還是要照顧商務需求。盥洗用具得主動找服務人員要，預設什麼都不擺。小細節還是會影響住宿體驗的。 以我入住的價格來說，CP值不高，酒店外景觀倒是很雅緻，但附近沒什麼店家，特別是沒有便利店，出酒店區就是車子大馬路、酒廊具同行的同事說乏善可陳。 整體來說一般般，沒有特別推薦。

Reviewed Nov 8, 2024Facility looks clean and new. Bed sheets and bath towels are very comfortable. Hot water from shower is stable. Buffet breakfast is wonderful. Vegetables are fresh, three types of butter for toast, choices of cheese and ham.
Some staff understand English, but some totally don’t. The first night we arrived, we had a late dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. We ordered beers but staff didn’t bring them for a while. We reminded the staff but they seemed they didn’t understand English. It took time to get the beers.
