Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Gostei muito do apartamento, decoração simples e típica marroquina e tem uma "casa de banho para banho hammam". O "nosso duche" é uma cabine que construíram no quarto. Tem as comodidades todas, não é luxuoso, mas é limpo e tinha tudo o que precisavamos. A Fátima, que nos preparava o pequeno almoço, à nossa frente, no rooftop, e nos guiou até ao Palácio da Bahia, por ruelas da medina é excelente! Senti-me numa casa marroquina. Sempre nos sentimos seguros, apesar da localização e entrada ser mesmo no centro, no meio de tudo. Tudo o que foi pedido, foi respondido.
Às vezes a internet falhava, mas voltava logo.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026L'emplacement est superbe, à 50 mètres de la grande place de ( jamaa el fan ) , décoration manifique , confortable propre, une terrasse avec une cuisine et des canapés confortable, et un vue magnifique donant sur l'ancienne ville de Marrakech , petit déjeuner délicieux, personnel sympa, il fournit un transport depuis l'aéroport c'était très utile.
Pas d'ascenseurs, mais c'est évident, c'est l'ancienne ville.

Es acogedor, limpio y cómodo con una terraza (en la azotea) amplia, amueblada con cocina y canapé para poder disfrutar de las vistas que dan a las casas antiguas de la medina. El personal es muy amable. Volveré sin duda. La recomiendo mucho.
Subir las escaleras para decir algo, pero es una tontería.

Propre et élégant, il offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Son toit-terrasse aménagé avec cuisine et canapés permet de profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les anciens maison la vieille ville. Je le recommande vivement.

Tenía muy poca luz, la limpieza era escasa, había cucharas detrás del revestimiento de “madera” que hay en la pared, la distribución nada cómoda, te alquilan el apartamento con terraza y cocina y es para disfrute del bloque entero, hasta los de la calle pueden usar esas instalaciones. Lo peor fueron los insectos y las chinches de las sábanas, nos pica todo el cuerpo.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Tuve un problema con Booking que el propietario supo entender y hemos resuelto juntos. Nos ha regalado un desayuno, que Fati hizo con mucho cariño en la hermosa terraza. La ubicación es el corazón de la Medina. Las camas son cómodas y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días.
Es muy ruidoso, ya que da a una calle principal. Si tienes el sueño liviano quizás te cueste descansar bien, Marrakesh es una ciudad muy viva y la ausencia de ruidos externos dura muy poco.

Bisognerebbe migliorare alcuni aspetti interni della casa, soprattutto del bagno. Meglio sistemare il bagno in un unica stanza (quella della "sauna"), e migliorare la cucina con relativi annessi.

Propre la femme de chambre adorable serviable et surtout toujours souriante le hamman un gros plus . Mais ont a pas su le faire fonctionner 😂😂 tout est à disposition même les produits de toilette. Exceptionnel.
La literie . Mais c est typique du Maroc . Les lits sont très dur mais ont s’y habitue. Rien de négatif.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Hermoso lugar, bien decorado, con excelente ubicación, contaba con terraza en donde pudimos ver el amanecer y atardecer. El baño tenia jabón, shampoo y gel de ducha. Había tesitos Premiun de cortesía, lo cual aprovechamos para desayunar (solo compramos galletitas) ya que nuestra hija se levantaba más tarde. A los 3 nos gustó mucho el lugar 😃 También nos permitieron guardar nuestro equipaje el cual fuimos a recoger horas más tarde (sin ningún costo adicional) La encargada, fue muy simpática y cariñosa con nuestra hija 🥰
Las camas y almohadas son muy duras. La segunda noche usé un cojín del living y estuvo mucho mejor.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Marrakech. La chica que nos atendió fue súper amable y estuvo muy atenta todos los días que estuvimos alojados.
Las instalaciones del baño están separadas. El wc es un recinto muy pequeño, el lavabo esta en el salón y la ducha en la habitación. Quizás se podría mejorar la limpieza del wc y ducha, pero según nuestra experiencia en Marrakech donde hemos estado hospedados en diferentes Riads, este ha sido el mejor.

The stairs were a bit steep.

The area is very safe, and the property itself is beautifully decorated, offering everything you need for a comfortable short holiday in Marrakesh. We had the pleasure of meeting Hasnaa, the wonderful lady who takes care of the property. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakesh!

The beds are small and extremely hard. Worse is the 85dBs of sound coming through the nearby minaret by a detonated muezzin at 4.30 AM for about 30 minutes. Sleep if you can...

Reviewed Dec 27, 2024The location is excellent. The price is good for an accommodation in the heart of the medina for four people. The wooden decor is lovely. The owner had given clear instructions to reach the apartment. The cleaner lady is very helpful. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker and tv.
The entrance to the apartment is not great. Dragging huge suitcases upstairs to the second floor could be a tough task as stairs are narrow. Being in the heart of medina the apartment is extremely noisy throughout the day and night. One of the shower room walls had a leak through cracks in it, so you have to be careful while taking your shower. I would have personally preferred a working kitchen, better shower and toilet instead of the hammam.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2024Unit was clean and spacious and all to myself. Separate toilet and shower facilities plus another sauna room which I didn't get to use. Location is top notch as it is right smack within Derb Dabachi and Jema Al-Fna area. Rooftop terrace is a nice bonus too.
Took me a little longer to find the place as no signage outside until you get into a little corner after the tour offices on the side. Otherwise everything was satisfactory and well up to expectations.

It can get cold at night in winter, so make sure you put another layer on when sleeping.
