Private 2-Bedroom Villa with Pool & View in Kingston

The location was brilliant, off the Red Hills Rd near to my relatives, shops, transport and tourist attractions. Miss Charmaine who greeted us was exceptional. She left a good selection of snacks, cold water, ice cube, red stripe beer and soft drink in the fridge for our group of 4. She lives at the front of the property in a separate building. She was kind, friendly and made us feel at home. The property itself had two large rooms with AC, a nice little lounge which we hardly used because the outside area was perfect. The swimming pool was large and came to about waist height, I'm about 5ft 6 inches. So if you're a keen swimmer this pool wouldn't suit you. However, it was perfect for lounging. Whilst there, the pool cleaner came and also everyday Miss Charmaine would net out the leaves that were in the pool, if we hadn't already done so. There was a large outside grill/BBQ, which we didn't use. A lovely, sitting area with an outside fridge and sink. There was also an electronic basketball hoop game which I spent a lot of time on with my 8 year old grand nephew. The garden had Ackee trees, naseberry tree, banana and other fruits. Lastly the outside area has a shower and cabin style toilet, bide and wash hand basin.

We enjoyed our stay, nothing to complain about.

De accommodatie lag in een rustige buurt in de nabije omgeving van eetgelegenheden. Goed bed, slaapkamers met airco, heerlijk zwembad om nog even te ontspannen. Communicatie ging makkelijk en vlot. Parkeren kon op eigen terrein.

De deur van de badkamer ging iedereen keer open omdat het slotje/haakje niet werkte. Eigenaresse zou dit oplossen.

I loved how the space at the location was utilised to create a space that exceeded expectations and looks like the posted photos. I loved all the outdoor space plus the modern and well taken facilities; the host put thought into every aspect of operation.

La casa es encantadora y muy cómoda. El exterior de la casa es muy acogedor con la piscina y la zona relajarse. Lo recomiendo altamente

El unico problema que tuvimos fue que la cadena del bater no funcionaba muy bien pero el resto de cosas estaban perfectas

Det stod ikke noget om man skulle betale kontant men hende der har det var flik omkring det og vi kørte ud og fik hævet penge til hende der var dog problemer med de fleste atm maskiner så vi brugte ca. 1 time på at hente penge

Het hartelijke ontvangst van de eigenaars en hun hulp en flexibiliteit toen we onverwachts moesten bijvoegen vanwege een geannuleerde vlucht.

Het was ontzettend netjes en schoon. Alles zeer goed voor elkaar. Zwembad was heerlijk!

This property is located in a nice local, quiet neighborhood with a beautiful Mountain View! I felt safe and secure! The host was most precious and pleasant! The villa was clean and very nice!

The communication from Start to finish was amazing I was welcome the place was incredibly clean jus perfect 👌 and the mangoes 🥭 was jus the cherry on top

They is nothing to not like at this place you should try it out i will be goin back

Property was clean and quiet

The host refused to allow me to use the laundry area saying I had to be there four days and she was quite rude about it. She also hovered and watched us. She came to my room at 7 am and removed the key even though I had not indicated that I was ready to go. She also poured something in the pool and said we couldn’t use it. Beautiful place but this host made it unpleasant

Chermaine est une hôtesse attentive et très aimable. Ses unités ont tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable et tout l’équipement nécessaire est disponible et en bon état. La piscine est un must après une journée suffocante dans la ville. Situé pas très loin du Bob Marley museum.

Les environs du quartier peuvent apparaître difficiles aux voyageurs peu habitués à ces conditions - pauvreté, poussière, etc. Toutefois, aucun enjeu de sécurité n’a été vécu.

Amazing little hidden 💎 Chermaine is friendly and accommodates all guest requests. However, big or small Home from home Definitely will ne recommend this one to friends & family

I was told two different price. The bathroom door need improvement. The door for the shower is poor.

It was lovely clean secure the rooms were a nice size the whole please was 10/10 was nice n quiet the pool was nice n clean u could use the bbq just everything was perfect 👌🏽 lots little things for the kids complimentary, their juice, water snacks it was a perfect gesture from the host just loved it

The road leading up to the property pot holes are terrible

Loved the pool and the mountain view from the pool deck, the 2b/1ba layout, the water pressure, the privacy, the peace and quiet, the air conditioning, and the ease of booking. Eclectic decorative style and really loved the electric kettle! The adult and teen friendly toys like the rubber bow and arrow and the beach balls were a hit! It's a duplex with the co-host but you don't hear each other at all and the only thing shared is the laundry area which is accessed outside, really smart efficient setup for a family home shared with this self contained vacation rental unit we stayed in. Best place in Kingston! Co-host is a sweetheart and really welcoming and nice!

No ability to pay with card on website, payment option sent by PayPal was a higher price than the booking app amount, and it took several times requesting the cancellation of the PayPal invoice since I paid cash at check in to get the invoice actually removed (it kept triggering notifications to my email that I had a bill due until then). Other from that small fear that Booking would think I didn't pay and release the dates to others, we loved it here!

The ambiance was great,the host was warm and welcoming,place was quite,clean and really lived up to the name " Home away from Home" kids and I loved the pool. Definitely will recommend and return.

The name fit the place, i really feel like i was at home and don’t want to leave.
