Hiddem gem is truly a gem.The environment was beautiful and attractive. The hostess was amazing. The pool was perfect for my skin.I felt like I was home away from home. The location was ideal.I was able to call a taxi for pick up easily. It was worth the money and more.I plan to go back in the future.

I loved everything about Hidden Gem.

The place is clean and nice quiet.

I dnt like the place i love this place it's comfortable and peaceful .

Wonderful experience. Host was very understanding and accommodating. Location is easy to find and offered great security. Accommodations are well kept and updated. Great value.

My experience was great, definitely recommended 🥰

Unfortunately, I didnt get to stay at the property. My reservation was canceled the day before, as Charmaine, the host advised me that my 2 night reservation clashed with a 1 night reservation for another group of guests, who's booking clashed with what would be my first night of the reservation. Charmaine though made an offer to me inspite of this and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and advised that she would give me a 10% discount if I ever booked with them in the future. So that's ok I guess. I do appreciate the communication none the less that was highly commendable. So we will see what the future holds.

I went here for my birthday and it was indeed a gem. The ambience was breath taking , the place was clean and the customer service was everything. Big up you miss Charmaine, she made sure everything went smoothly. The location was perfect. I'll definitely be back!

It was very clean and spacious the bed was huge!!!!

Water pressure was a little low in the bathroom

Everything was impeccable. Process was smooth and straightforward. Great host, peaceful community, fantastic amenities. Was able to honour my request.

I had a great experience! Hidden gem was quiet, clean and situated in a good location in Kingston. Our host Charmaine was wonderful and she made us feel right at home & our stay enjoyable. There is a lush, well maintained garden. Outdoor spaces are visually pleasing and mentally soothing with multiple seating areas thorough out the property and to top it off a wonderful pool.

Omg this place is truly a gem. I felt peaceful and happy here. It reminded me of my family home back in the country of the parish st thomas. The bed is high and extremely comfortable.
