The property was extremely quiet, close to activities within Tegalalang (both walking and for drivers), the hosts were very accommodating and wonderful overall. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Tegalalang or near Ubud, well worth the price!

Del alojamiento en particular la cama y la bañera, la cama muy muy cómoda y la bañera para hacer un baño caliente súper bien también. Del personal, son super atentos y serviciales, limpian y te hacen la cada mañana.

No entienden muy bien el inglés, pero aún así te puedes entender con ellos.

The place is very quiet and peaceful. The room is spacious and comes with a bathtub and mini fridge. The staff were also very helpful with our luggage.

The room lighting is a bit dark at night. I hope they can install more lights, and the room would easily be a 10/10. Otherwise, it’s great value for money.

10 out of 10 rating! I simply cannot say strongly enough how SWEET and KIND and CONSIDERATE these hosts were. I think they were afraid that I didn't have food (my debit card wasn't working in the machines in the local town- nothing to do with the property). As a result, the host's wife kept feeding me fruit. They offered to help me fix my card. The locations is excellent and close to major attractions, ATMs, stores, etc. The property is beautiful and peaceful (much nicer than the hectic feel of the rest of Ubud). I will be coming back FOR SURE!

Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige und friedliche Lage sowie die Holzhäuser und überaus gemütlichen Betten. Auch die Betreuung und Freundlichkeit der Gastfamilie war außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Frühstück als Zusatzoption war ebenfalls kein Problem. Ebenso konnten wir über ihren Kontakt problemlos und günstig einen lokalen Motorroller mieten.

The room was amazing. In the middle of nature and rice fields, so silent and quiet. Everything was clean and ready for my arrive, and the host was really nice. I had an entire wardrobe for me, the bed was really comfortable, there was a little fridge with water inside, a bath tub and the view was incredible. During the night you can only hear the sound of rain, or the little frogs around the property. It looks like another planet to live in!! I’ve appreciated all the attentions and the details and everything was perfect.

It’s not really close from the centre, so you always have to take a grab to go somewhere, but it’s good for the traffic because it keeps the location so quiet, so it depends on what you are looking for.

A true haven to rest the soul, relax the body, and recharge your energy. The room is extremely cozy, impeccably clean, and very spacious, an environment that conveys comfort and tranquility from the very first moment. The gardens are simply beautiful, very well maintained, and perfect for moments of contemplation and peace. The staff deserve special recognition: always friendly, courteous, and smiling, showing care and attention in every detail. I truly felt welcomed, cared for, and at home. An experience I would gladly repeat soon.

I missed having a breakfast with a wider variety of options. I would suggest including avocado, fresh natural juices, homemade breads, and a broader selection of fruits. That said, what was served, although simple, was well prepared and tasty.

I absolutely loved my stay here. What a dreamy accommodation, and the staff was so so friendly. There were a couple of people working there and they were all so so lovely and kind, I only knew the name of one of them (Made) but everyone was so lovely. The rooms are big, so beautiful, super comfortable and big bed, and the views are just absolutely stunning. The place is located in a very beautiful area in Ubud where you are surrounded by rice fields, and the accommodation has a little private rice field in the premises which makes the views from the room absolutely stunning . Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

No window or any ventilation system in the bathroom. Would be nice to have the option to make a coffee or tea in the morning. But that was just a small inconvenience and it didn’t really affect my stay. :)

La cabane est spacieuse, très confortable et au calme ! On est à 2 pas des rizières de Tegallalang et 20 minutes de voiture de Ubud, mais loin de l’agitation de la ville ! Les propriétaires vous accueillent avec un grand sourire et sont disponibles. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse en bois est simple mais copieux, parfait !

Nuova struttura immersa nelle risaie. Posizione tranquilla lontana dal caos di Ubud e perfetta per raggiungere le meraviglie intorno. Grande ospitalità dei proprietari, famiglia locale davvero speciale e accogliente. Possibilità di massaggio in camera. Risveglio con profumo di incenso indimenticabile. Sarni e suo marito sono persone adorabili, gentili e disponibili. La stanza era spaziosa, così come il bagno, e il tutto era molto pulito e nuovo! La colazione era abbondante e abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la comodità dei letti e dei cuscini, oltre che la vasca da bagno e la possibilità di mangiare fuori in un patio all'aperto dedicato a ogni stanza. Purtroppo ci siamo fermati un solo giorno per via dei nostri piani di viaggio, ma sicuramente consigliamo questo posto!

Purtroppo la nostra camera era vicinissima a un pollaio, quindi alle 5,30 di mattina i galli e le galline hanno cominciato a cantare ininterrottamente... questo comunque non dipendeva dal nostro hotel, però è da tenere in conto: se avete bisogno di riposare chiedete magari una stanza più distante dal pollaio, se c'è la possibilità.

Posto incantevole immerso nelle terrazze di riso di Ubud distante 10 minuti dal centro della città. La struttura è a conduzione familiare e non avremmo Potuto incontrare persone più gentili.

Die Lage war toll! Sehr verkehrsruhig und man ist zu Fuß nur kurz unterwegs zu den Reisterrassen. Ansonsten sehr nettes Personal und geräumige Hütten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Mitarbeitenden sprechen nicht so gutes Englisch, man kann sich aber trotzdem gut verständigen.

Everything was fantastic! We both enjoyed our stay at Uma Ulun Dugul Ubud. Wonderful stay, highly recommended. The view and the sorrounding area is 10/10.

This accommodation is owned by a family that rents out a very nice, pleasant, and clean wooden cabin with a spacious bathroom and a large stone bathtub. There was absolutely no smell of dampness or mold! They also did our laundry for a small fee. Their son was very helpful when our scooter broke down. We definitely recommend this place! If we get the chance, we will come back! :) Thank you!

Very nice area within walking distance from the Tegallalang rice fields. Welcoming host and staff. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Whilst there was a sink and fridge, there was no kettle, no cutlery and no glasses. These would have made the stay more comfortable as there was no breakfast and restaurant facilities. The booking mentioned a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. Not a big issue for us but the description of the facilities need to reflect what’s there.

I had a wonderful stay at Uma Ulun Dugul Ubud. The location is truly magical, right in the heart of nature with stunning views all around. What made my experience even more special was the amazing hospitality — the hosts were incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It’s a very quiet and clean place! We really enjoyed soaking in the bathtub. No unsolicited mosquitoes, feels very private. In a walking distance to the Tegalalang terrace

Super friendly owner and staff. The room is clean and the place is beautiful. It is in a quiet area. At first, I was hesitant to book even though it has a good rating but not a lot of reviews. I am glad we decided to go with this one.

The property is beautifully situated on a quiet road about a 10-minute walk from the main road where there are restaurants and the larger rice terraces. An ideal place to relax and enjoy! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our accommodations - all in excellent condition. As a family of five, we rented three rooms and they were all well equipped with very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was huge and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. The owners hosting the property were very gracious and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for looking after us so well!

A brand new family hotel, with amazing Balinese style bungalows, great beds, and a garden and rice terrace in your window. The owners were very nice, warm and attentive. Quiet location but next to 'Happy Bali Swings' and close to all the attractions of Tegallalang. My favorite though was the trail that starts right next to guest house - unlike the fields in the touristic attractions, this is a real country-side, living and breathing with activities.

We had a wonderful stay at these newly built villas, a family-run business that makes guests feel welcome. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating. The villas are situated in a village, just a short walk from stunning rice terraces, including the famous Tegallalang Rice Fields. Though there is no restaurant on the property, ordering food via Grab was easy and convenient. If you need a bit of luxury and a nice swimming pool, I recommend visiting Tis Cafe or other places nearby. Everything in a 15 minutes walk distance or a short Grab ride. The property itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was a fridge and a hair dryer available. We were pleasantly surprised by how much value we got for the price—it exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was served directly to our terrace. Enjoying a delicious meal in complete privacy while overlooking the rice fields growing on the property was a truly unique experience.

This property is located in a village, so be prepared for a very early morning wake-up call from roosters. They start at 4:30 AM, and unfortunately, my earplugs didn’t help. So if you are a light sleeper, be prepared for this natural wake-up. It's a family-owned business, so communication is a bit different than in a large hotel. Be respectful and remember to smile :)

It would be helpful to provide some refreshment facility for making tea/coffee, perhaps a toaster or a microwave. The location is 20 mins walk from any shop, so these facilities would be helpful. They did provide them on request.

The location is nice, as shown in the photos. It is situated within the rice fields. The people working there are nice and welcoming. The entrance can be a bit confusing as you need to go inside from the main road to find the reception. The rooms are separate from each other with clay roof. They provide large umbrellas for the rainy season. However, because it is within the rice fields, sometimes flies and grasshoppers enter your room, which you can't prevent. The bathrooms are nice and clean, with a bathtub, shower, towels, body wash, toothbrush, and toothpaste provided. The fridge contains two mini Coke bottles and water bottles. The bed is comfortable, and the room has a long mirror. The accommodation is conveniently located close to the rice terraces and T.I.S. Café. Although they provide breakfast, I didn't have much time to enjoy it.

The only downside is that the main (bed) room uses very tiny, yellow, and dim lights in the four corners, making it difficult to attend a WhatsApp video call or a business meeting at night. You can change the video call background but can't change the room lighting. This low lighting can also compromise your privacy if your trip is meant to be secretive, as others in the video call can easily identify that you are not in your regular (living) room with bright, cool daylight.
