Malheureusement l'endroit était pas hyper propre et on a eu à faire à un rat qui grattait sur le toit donc toute la poussières dans ma valise.

Un hotel muy bonito y muy completo con todo tipo de servicios, el masaje balines que nos hicimos fue increíble, ojalá repetirlo. El desayuno estaba bien.

Tenían opción de comer o cenar, pero debido a la falta de personal solo nos pudieron ofrecer desayuno.

La ubicación está muy bien. Cerca del centro, pero alejado de todo el ajetreo. El entorno natural era maravilloso. Tener vistas al valle al levantarte era increíble, tanto desde la habitación como de la piscina. El ruido de los pájaros, del agua del río... Todo eso magnífico. El personal del hotel era en general muy amable.

Lamentablemente el sitio esta muy descuidado, y es una pena teniendo el entorno que tienen. Este hotel, con unos pequeños cambios, podría ser fácilmente un 10, pero las instalaciones, escaleras, baños, camas, es todo bastante viejo, que no pasaría nada, pero no parece tener mucho mantenimiento. El suelo tanto de la habitación como de la piscina estaba despegado. Hay telarañas y polvo por muchos lugares. Cuando limpiaban la habitación, era básicamente hacer la cama. Ya está. No cambiaban toallas, no limpiaban el baño... o al menos, no fue notorio para nosotros. De verdad que el sitio tiene mucho potencial y las personas son amables. Si lo cuidaran un poco más, hicieran mantenimiento, limpiezas profundas, etc. sería un hotelazo.

La ubicación era muy buena para estar tranquilo

La cabaña donde nos alojamos estaba asquerosa y en muy mal estado (viga rota, cama arreglada con cinta adhesiva y hundida, literalmente) como colofón, encontramos hormigas dentro de los gofres en el desayuno del último día. En la primera que nos trajeron, que entendemos puede ser un descuido, pero en los que trajeron de reemplazo también había hormigas. Esto nos hace sentir que hemos estado comiendo insectos “fuera de carta” en el desayuno a diario. Entendemos que es un entorno natural, pero que las instalaciones estén sucias y mal conservadas y la comida esté contaminada de insectos no es aceptable.

El paisaje es de cuento, la ubicación perfecta para ir en moto a los arrozales, piscinas de Cretya,templos ,casacadas y muchos sitios más. La piscina tiene mucho encanto y suele estár vacia,el desayuno está bien.Pero lo mejor es despertarte con monos enfrente tuyo,y dormir con los ruidos de animales .Para nosotros que fuimos en plan mochilero un gran lugar que volveríamos.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear,y las instalaciones están un poco abandonadas,con un poco que pusieran de su parte en arreglarlas y mantenerlas sería el lugar perfecto de vacaciones. No esperes grandes lujos,si estás acostumbrado a hoteles europeos no vallas a este hotel,si eres de camping y naturaleza te lo recomiendo.. Un consejo a los dueños ,restaurar todo y cuidarlo porque solo con el entorno tenéis una joya,

Le uniche cose positive sono la bella vista e la piscina. Ho scelto questo hotel proprio per stare in tranquillità, lontano dal caos di Ubud, ma alla fine mi sono trovata a prendere Uber e taxi tutti i giorni perché nei dintorni dell’hotel non c’è assolutamente nulla. Il personale, inoltre, parla pochissimo inglese, rendendo difficile comunicare. Una vera delusione.

Una grande delusione. L’hotel è immerso nella natura e la posizione è molto bella, ma la gestione è pessima. La prima camera era in pessime condizioni: bagno, WC, vasca e doccia non funzionavano e c’erano spifferi vicino al letto. Solo dopo numerose lamentele mi hanno cambiato stanza. Colazione molto povera e diversi extra a pagamento. Inoltre, nonostante sul sito fosse indicata la possibilità di pranzare e cenare, il ristorante era completamente chiuso, anche in alta stagione. Essendo l’hotel isolato, questo comporta ulteriori spese per taxi/Uber e ristoranti. Peccato, perché la struttura e la natura circostante avrebbero un grande potenziale.

La piscina es increíble

Estaba todo MUY sucio. La mosquitera de la cama estaba rota. Todo el techo de la cama estaba lleno de bichos muertos. Toda la estancia estaba sucia. Los baños estaban extremadamente sucios y con humedades.

Peaceful and green scenery. Rooms overlooking the beautiful swimmingpool are spacious. They only offer breakfast, otherwise you have to go to the main street to find food or you can opt for grab delivery.

Lo que más nos gustó fue lo amables que fueron todos con nosotros, las vistas también eran increíbles. También se esforzaban mucho en el desayuno y el café estuvo buenisimo! Además nos ayudaron con el alquiler de las motos, lavar la ropa y agendar taxis, los precios eran justo y no abusivos. Volveríamos a repetir sin duda!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is beautiful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect escape after busy days exploring Ubud. The staff were genuinely friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.

That the timetable of breakfast is not flexible for excursions. Most tours start at 7:30 or 8:00 and that depending on who is on duty you can have more chances of having breakfast adapted to your tour or not. Some guests were very noisy at night and leaving the facilities very dirty

WLAN funktioniert selten bis gar nicht. !Das Zimmer mit Badewanne sollte definitiv renoviert werden! - zum Glück bin ich wieder in ein Bungalow gewechselt. Vor meiner Tür wurde jeden Morgen um 7 Uhr gefegt und war somit mein privater Wecker ;)

An affordable resort style accommodation. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast! Away from the main city peaceful.

I didn’t appreciate the staff’s behavior. The lady at the reception tried to overcharge me and doesn’t want to refund the full amount. The equipment was not clean, and the location was also not good

Lovely welcome and staffs, location very quiet that's nice to relax, the breakfast included was correct and the cleaning in the room was nice.

The advertised services were not available: We requested a massage on two consecutive evenings, but no therapists were available. The spa does not have its own massage staff on site, as the therapists come from outside providers, which significantly limits availability. The restaurant is listed among the hotel's amenities, but it is actually closed and only operates during breakfast hours. We booked a taxi to our next destination through the reception. Although the address was provided to the driver, we ended up having to use our own GPS to guide him. Fortunately, we still had mobile data available.

The rooms need repair as they are quite old and not in good condition. Most of the wooden furniture has woodworms inside.

Lenyűgöző dzsungelhangulat, ami teljesen elvarázsolt minket. A szállás robogóval mindenhez közel van, mégis csendes és nyugodt környezetet biztosít a pihenéshez. A szoba tiszta, kényelmes, minden igényt kielégít. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Egyszerűen imádtuk ezt a helyet!

The experience was truly awful. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible, especially compared to all the other places we visited in Bali. The hotel is far from Ubud and very hidden. To get from reception to our room, we had to descend approximately 100 steps with our luggage. The view shown in the photos was obstructed by trees. Inside the room, the bathroom was dirty, and the ceiling above the bed was stained. It was all very disappointing compared to what they advertise on their app. Even if they had changed our room, the location and amenities wouldn't have changed at all. We decided to change hotels that same day and found much better accommodations for half the price.

Alquilamos dos villas junto con amigos. A pesar de que solicité con antelación la mejor villa para mí, ya que era un regalo por nuestro aniversario, finalmente de las dos villas me asignaron la peor. Además, el nivel de limpieza en todas las villas fue insatisfactorio. Visualmente, las habitaciones pueden parecer limpias, pero al observar con más atención se nota una gran cantidad de polvo y suciedad. En el baño la situación es aún peor: las paredes estaban simplemente sucias. Se trata de una limpieza básica que no es difícil de realizar si el personal realmente presta atención a estos detalles. También resultó que la cena o el desayuno en la piscina, tal como se muestra en las fotos al momento de la reserva, requiere un pago adicional de casi la mitad del precio de la villa. Esta información no era evidente de antemano. Como comparación, anteriormente me alojé en otra villa en la zona de Ubud: era más pequeña, pero limpia, y el desayuno en la piscina estaba incluido en el precio, siendo exactamente el mismo costo de alojamiento. Quisiera destacar especialmente la situación con el desayuno. Solicitamos con antelación que el desayuno se sirviera a las 8:00, ya que a las 8:30 debían recogernos para una excursión. Sin embargo, el desayuno se sirvió más tarde, por lo que tuvimos que desplazarnos por nuestra cuenta a la excursión. Teniendo en cuenta el estado de las villas, el nivel de mantenimiento y los inconvenientes ocasionados, considero que al menos el desayuno en la piscina podría haberse ofrecido de forma gratuita como compensación.

L’hôtel a l’air abandonné. Attendez vous à devoir louer un scooter juste pour aller manger car il n’y a rien autour. La salle de bain est toujours mouillé, il n’y a aucun rangement. On a eu de la pluie dans la soirée et l’eau rentrait dans la salle de bain. Le restaurant est fermé le midi et le soir pour X raison donc il faut toujours aller à l’extérieur

Die Unterkunft ist sehr alt hat nichts mehr mit den Bildern auf Booking com zu tun. Der zweite Pool ist überflutet und abgesperrt und die Anlage ist ziemlich zugewachsen und ungepflegt. Der Whirlpool war nicht vorhanden.

Staff was very accomodating -although it's nice to maybe not have 1 song on repeat (Gayatru Mantra) ;)- but they were very quick to arrange a 1/2 day tour + a scooter. Breakfast was good and tasty. The pool is fantastic.

It's a bit of a walk down to the lower houses, so it's also a climb to go up.. but other than that it's really nice. Something to consider is a place in the bathroom to put your toiletries. There is no place for them so you keep putting them either on the ground or in the bedroom.

Il bagno non aveva la porta, prsticamente dividiva dalla camera solo meta parete. Anche un po da ristrutturare.

Petite maisonnettes en plein cœur de la forêt, avec piscine. L'endroit est idéal pour ceux qui veulent se reposer au calme et en pleine nature.

Hébergement un peu éloigné du centre d'Ubud mais c'est le prix à payer pour se retrouver au calme de l'agitation de la ville, très bruyante et embouteillée.
