It was a very cozy and warm place to stay, it felt like home, but even better!!

Nothing, I really loved it all!

We had a wonderful stay at TINH with a very cosy room, extraordinarily helpful staff, amazing animals to pet, and the most delicious coconuts with espressos to start our mornings. Yen and her husband were lovely from check in to check out an the stay felt like hidden tranquillity amid the busy roads around the town. Having a coffee in the seated 'library' area with the peaceful music playing and a cute dog (we miss you Sasa!) and cats was like being in a Studio Ghibli movie.

Nothing within the control of TINH, and there is no impact on the accommodation at all, but be aware there is some road development going on in town. I'll stress that this *did not* create any noise in our room at all, though, but it is something to be aware of for driving around.

Well the kitchen had utensils but they seemed extremely old and rusted . Could not use them comfortably . Also the cleaning lady was too over friendly like ? Maybe that’s how it is here but overall it’s a decent stay.

Everything was great! Great value and stay. Would do again. You can rent a scooter here for typical price.

This is a bit of 50-50, but the location is not the most ideal. Naturally, it depends on what you are looking for. However, you almost always need to get a ride or use your scooter. Nevertheless, most likely you'll be renting the scooter anyways to explore the island, so it's not a problem.

It was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful, clean, lots of cats, good food, helpful staff. 10/10 experience.

The only drawback was that we had to carry our luggage ourselves to the second floor, but even that was worth it when compared to the experience we had. :)

A peaceful place, surrounded by the cutest garden and animals. Rooms are clean, fully equipped and so cute! Staff is kind and attentive, they helped me with a problem I faced and supported me through my stay. I definitely recommend this place :)

It is a homestay, so expected a decent stay.

We stayed at this homestay in Phu Quoc for 2 nights, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience that affected our trip. Firstly, on arrival, we had to wait around 45 minutes just to be allotted a room. We had plans to visit the night market, but this delay disrupted everything. During this time, the staff seemed confused about payment methods, and instead of handling it professionally, the owner spoke rudely when we asked for an update, asking us to “go sit” while she continued her discussion. This gave us a very bad first impression. Secondly, the AC in our room was not working. Despite informing them multiple times, they initially asked us to “wait for it to cool,” which never happened. It was already late at night, and we were extremely tired. Instead of offering a proper solution, they asked us to shift rooms just for one night and move back again the next morning—which was very inconvenient given our early plans. When we requested a room change for the full stay, we were bluntly told: “Either change for tonight or check out.” This was quite shocking and unprofessional. The communication throughout was very rude. We even received messages pressuring us to shift rooms immediately or check out, despite already informing their staff of our decision. Another issue was with a rental scooter we took from them. The key cover was already damaged, but they accused us of breaking it and asked us to compensate. Even after we explained, they were adamant. Later, they said they wouldn’t charge us only because of the AC issue—not because they accepted the truth. Additionally, basic services were lacking: Dinner orders were not accepted after 7:30 PM, which is highly inconvenient for tourists., though mentioned dinner served upto 9PM. When we contacted them at 10:30 PM regarding island tour bookings (which they themselves had suggested), we were told very rudely not to “disturb” them after 10 PM as it was their sleeping time.

Naprosto kouzelný hotel Mnoho vyžití mimo koupaní na pláži - kulečník, paintball, pingpong, pickleball, králíčci, arkádová herna, karaoke, bazény... Nejlepší byla obsluha, každý vás zdraví, každý se na vás usmívá... Snídaně byly velmi rozmanité a každý den se měnili. Byli jsme tam přes týden a s námi jenom 11 dalších pokojů, takže jste přes den téměř nikoho v celém resortu nepotkali. Úklid pokoje každý den (ať jste chtěli nebo nechtěli :D ) Málo lidí během týdne (ne o víkendu), takže na všech atrakcích bylo volno.

Jediné, co nebylo úplně ono bylo jídlo v restauraci. Bohužel menu je velmi přizpůsobené evropské stravě a i když jsme si dali něco vietnamského, nebylo to na takové úrovni, jako když jdete do kterékoliv vietnamské restaurace v okolí. Poslala bych snídaňového kuchaře i na večeře. :) Také vše v resortu zavírá do 22 hodin, což je zase pochopitelné, protože se jedná o rodinný resort převážně. Stavba vedle hotelu probíhá do 22:00 a venku byla slyšet. Jakmile jste ale na pokoji, není slyšet vůbec nic (villa Penguin) Pláž je prostorná a příjemná. Byly zde celkem velké vlny, což byla pro nás zábava, pro rodiny asi ne. Jeden den bylo až moc odpadků v moři, jinak vždy jindy dobré.

The place is very good and Yen is a very good host. Everything is nearby from this location. Rooms are clean and perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The space looks exactly like in the photos, which I always appreciate. The room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the jungle that made the atmosphere very peaceful. Everything was clean and well prepared when I arrived. There were also very cute cats around the property, which made the place feel even more cozy and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place surrounded by nature.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. The room could be cleaned more often — during my one-week stay there was only one cleaning, and this was not communicated in advance. Another thing that surprised me was the security deposit of 1,000,000 VND that I was asked to pay on arrival. It was returned after the room was inspected, but the process felt a bit uncomfortable. In most hotels the room check usually happens after the guest has already left, so this experience felt a little unusual.

Clean rooms, amazing staff, superb decor. Feels like a small oasis in the city. Food and drinks in the restaurant is amazing

Das Hotel ist schön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet! Der Staff ist extrem freundlich ( Ausnahme ist die Managerin). Gutes Essen.

Die Toilette ist nicht auf dem gleichen Boden wie das Schlafzimmer, für ältere Leute nicht geeignet! In der Beschreibung des Hotels steht dass ein Flughafenshuttle angeboten wird, was jedoch abgelehnt wurde! Zimmerreinigung nur 1 mal in sechs Tagen. Das Hotel ist abgelegen in einer einsamen Gegend.

The place is cozy, well maintained, unique and well run. There are different types of rooms so it's difficult to generalize, your experience will depend on which room you book. Owner arranged scooter rent, they wash your clothes and I'm sure helps with anything else you might need.

Wi-Fi isn't great, sometimes it's good, most of the time it ain't. Location is okay if you rent a scooter, otherwise there isn't really anything around that you can walk to. In rooms that share walls with others you can hear everything.

Очень круто продуманный номер: идеально разделены зона сна и зона для жизни/готовки, всё оборудовано действительно всем необходимым для комфортного быта. Всё супер-чисто, уютно и современно. Сервис на высочайшем уровне! Пользовались услугой стирки, вещи вернули идеально выстиранными, выглаженными и сложенными. Отдельное спасибо за это. На всей территории отеля нет назойливых насекомых, постоянно проводят обработку, и это реально чувствуется и очень радует. Персонал потрясающий, все очень доброжелательные, с отличным английским. Администратор (большое спасибо ей!) помогла забронировать спа и столик в ресторане, чтобы красиво отметить мой день рождения, всё прошло просто волшебно, остались самые тёплые воспоминания. И да, котики на территории, это отдельная история 😻 Все ручные, ласковые, мурлыкают и позируют для фото. Они добавили ещё больше уюта нашему отдыху. Однозначно вернёмся сюда снова! Рекомендую всем от души ❤️

Очень атмосферное место, с душой и собственным неповторимым вайбом! Очень отзывчивый персонал, потрясающие завтраки, а эти котики живущие в отеле лишь дополняют его атмосферу. Дети были в восторге! Находится немного в отдалении от так называемой цивилизации. Мы ездили в центр города на такси, это не дорого. Пешком тоже можно дойти, но далековато, конечно. В целом это не доставляет особых забот, так как когда приходишь в номер, то оказываешься в уголке уюта и умиротворения. Порадовала абсолютно функциональная кухня. Мы покупали морепродукты на рынке, готовили и ужинали в отеле. Вечером на первом этаже эдакий чилаут, где можно посидеть со своими напитками и едой или просто почитать книжку, пообщаться, или заказать коктейли и закуски в баре. Мы остались в полном восторге от пребывания в этом гест-хаусе!

Только немного не поняли, как происходит уборка. Мусор мы выносили сами, а вот остальное как бэ не делал никто :) Не сильно критично, так как мы были всего 4 дня.

Уже с первых шагов на территорию гостевого дома оказываешься в особенном оазисе, где атмосфера мгновенно настраивает на спокойствие, внутреннюю тишину и душевное равновесие. Здесь действительно удаётся выдохнуть и отпустить суету. В номерах есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного, даже длительного проживания: плита, посуда, чайник, мультиварка, холодильник, СВЧ-печь — продумано до мелочей. Но самое главное — каждый номер словно отдельный арт-объект, настоящий бутик-отель. Чувствуется, что хозяин вложил частичку души: натуральные материалы, тёплые фактуры, гармония в деталях — всё очень атмосферно, уютно и со вкусом. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — вежливый, внимательный, по-настоящему заботливый. Здесь искренне рады гостям, и это ощущается с первых минут. На территории также есть кухня и бар, где можно вкусно и с удовольствием поесть, не покидая уютного пространства комплекса. Мы остались очень довольны проживанием. Единственный небольшой нюанс — петухи под окном по утрам, но даже они не смогли омрачить наше пребывание и скорее добавили местного колорита 😊 От всей души желаем хозяевам гостевого комплекса процветания, вдохновения и благодарных гостей. Сюда действительно хочется вернуться.

Супер персонал милый, пытаются решить все вопросы, аренда байка у них тоже хорошо, вечером спокойная музыка

Сначала думал что расположение не совсем удачное. Но на самом деле очень удобно, с этого места вам доступен весь Фукуок, хотите на север 25мин, 5 мин до центра 30 минут до Юга. Без байка тут будет очень тяжело, так что вам хозяева предоставят байки по хорошей цене. Сам отель очень прикольный и утопает в зелени. Номера двухэтажные, похожи на деревенские бунгало. Всё есть необходимое для жизни, можете сами готовить итд. Я отдыхал с женой и сыном 6 лет, нам понравилось. Очень приятные эмоции от данного отеля. Сейчас переехали ближе к югу в большой отель с территорией и бассейном, но мы и планировали пожить в разных местах в течении месяца. Думаю в следующий раз мы обязательно сюда вернемся👌🏻

Номера немного старые, можно было бы лёгкий косметический ремонт сделать. Но в целом всё хорошо, в этом даже есть свой вайб))

I have booked this room after going through thenice reviews in booking.com. This place totally disappointed me. My let downs are 1. The board and narrow pathway. Realised that it is a homestay not a hotel. 2. There is nothing like a lobby. You sit in an open area, Staff will come and talk to you and take you to room 3. I got room in first floor, The stairs were steep and found it difficult to climb with luggage 4. Then you have to cross another wooden passage , both entrance have leaves on both side, which will make your body dirty while crossing it. 5. While walking on this passage, the Fancy light will hit your head for sure 6. Now in the room,The curtains are thin and white, will not stop light, very difficult to sleep during daylight hours 7. There is not food served as room service. When you bring food from outside you have to eat in common kitchen area, because plates , spoon etc not given in room. I asked for a tea bag and sugar sache for making a black tea. They said no. 8. They will not clean the room and change the linen everyday like in the hotels. 9..Morning 7 am I went to the cafe downstairs for a cofee, Found only a cat sitting on the desk. 10. In the toilet, The flush button and health faucet was difficult to access as they built a wooden stand just above that. Some body tried to make this place good looking, But they totally forgot what customer comfort is. The stay here spoiled my mood during my three days trip in phu quoc. If you are pet lover, you may like the place as there are many cats and Dogs in the premise.other wise it is more of a dormitory from the service perspective.

We really liked the room we booked. The Sunset Studio room is large and perfect for two people. We liked it so much that we re-booked for an entire month. The owners are very kind. Yen is an excellent communicator and runs a busy homestay. Her and her husband are polite and friendly. The grounds are tranquil and clean, a small oasis off the main street and hustle bustle life. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed to cook (which we enjoyed very much). There are many windows with beautiful views that overlook the backside of the property, giving views to distant mountains and greenry, just beautiful. Natural sun light pours in making for beautifully sunrises. There is a large patio, too, with comfortable seating for stunning sunsets. The bed is very comfortable. Quality bedding and soft pillows allow for a wonderful night's sleep. Two air-conditioning units in this room and strong wifi, which we needed since we're digital nomads. Tihn House offered room cleaning frequently, which was nice too. There are friendly pets on site. A few friendly cats and a sleeping sweet dog. Laundry is offered as well as they have a cafe downstairs with many, many charging ports for devices. Clean, comfortable, and complete. I highly recommend Tinh House

Wonderful place. It reminds me of Bali because of greenery and village style wooden interior. The owners and staff were VERY nice and friendly. You can rent a scooter, a laundry service is available. There is a cafe and plenty of space to work outside. There's drinkable water available for free. We could cook there. The wi-fi quality was good. There's a good gym in a few minutes walk from there Very comfortable and calming space. The room is spacious and just like the photos - so nice and Instagrammable. We had a great time there and enjoyed having so many cats around. I would definitely recommend this place for both short and long stays to anyone and stay again if return to Phú Quốc

- It's a bit far from beaches and main street, but no problem with a scooter - Cleaning could be a bit better - Having a toilet on the first floor balcony wasn't very convenient, but fine for us We got tomcats once, so please don't open windows with a light inside in the evening. They fly at the light like butterflies

A fantastic place! The room is spacious, the WiFi is fast and reliable for work, and the food and drinks are delicious. But what truly makes this stay special is the amazing host, her family, and the staff, who are always there to help and make you feel at home

The best place to stay in PQ in my opinion. The rooms are great and the outside patio with all the plants is magical. Amazing work by the host family!

Gorgeous, spacious place to relax. Friendly cats, lots of greenery and very nice breakfasts. Lots of cafes nearby.

Location was a fair way from where friends were staying so would suggest hiring a scooter or bicycle.

The team is the best team in the world. Everyones spr helpfull and spr cute andbi loved them! The owners will tell you the best places to go, areange the wcooter, taxi, everything you need. Cats are uniwque and protect you from other not wanted animals around so respect them! And sapa the dog- so great! The place is so clean and perfect. You have a lot of sun and air flowing. Comfy and perfect! Will come back

The only thing i could not be happy about is the location- near the busy street. Dong get it wrong- you will not hear anything when you are inside the property. It looks marvelous- full of green plants and quiet but keep in mind it is in the city. At first i wasnt happy about that but on the other hand when you go to the beach, you see how touristy it is so its really nice to be around locals. The restaurants are better here:) 10min on the scooter to beautifull beach is not a lot!

Amazing value for money! It's such a beautiful and calm place, a true Oasis! It feels very personal and you can tell the love for detail! Drinks and Food are also amazing!

I was woken up by the chicken next door both mornings at 5 and couldn't go back to sleep because the roosters kept crowing... I'm particularly sensitive with these things though :)

The garden atmosphere was so relaxing and energizing. It felt like a magical getaway.

I really like this place because of the ambience and it is very comfortable. I also like the food provided. This is my second time here.

The bathroom was not exceptionally clean, but you have to be used to it in Asia. For guests staying more days, it would be lovely to have more options for the breakfast. But not such a problem. Paying a fee for early check OUT was our first time (we left the room for the airport before 6:30). Was a surprise for us.

Owners are both great people! Whole house is an oasis of calm and relaxation. Great appartments and food. Hihgly recommend to stay here when you will appear in Phu Quoc. Best choice!

Very green, nice place. The hosts were so nice and helpful. They offered us to rent almost a new motorbike at a good price and upgraded our room for free because of our long stay. We were appreciated by their efforts to make our stay like home. We have a really sweet and cozy dinner with another guests organized by the host. And also they were as kind as cooked for us delicious crabs for our request. The place is full of cats and kittens, so adorable, wanna adopted all of them :D The location is in the centre of the island, but without transport, it's not easy to get to the best place. The breakfast is tasty just a small variation of dishes. The wifi probably not the best one, but it was possible to work. I definitely can recommend this place for those who wants to stay in quite, peaceful place, loves animals and don't need an access for a private beach.

In our kitchen and bathroom, there were a lot of tiny ants, sometimes they ate our food))) Mosquitos were quite annoying, better to use repellent all the time

A lot of decoration, wood and nature. Feels very quiet and relaxing but also super central location. Great staff and owner, will come back!

Mattress a bit hard

If you want to wake up and go to sleep with the sound from the jungle in a green oasis - in the middle of the city, this is the place! Super cool and original design of the whole place, both in the restaurant and the rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff that serve very good breakfast and food in the restaurant. They offering scooter-rental, that is a good option to go to the beaches around, and just 10 min drive to the centre. We stayed in the 2-floors apartment that is highly recommended. Perfect place!

A big green area at the center of the house with natural sun light. Nice decoration with the combination of books, plants. Delicious foods and drinks. Free breakfast. Excellent staff.

A bit weird when you have to pay in advance. Everytime when the guest want to order more then it's gonna take time. The incandescent bulbs might consume more power. Another option that save energy can take into the consideration.

it is a little sanctuary on the outskirts of the city, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It looks very nice and tropical with all the plants and animals. The owners are really kind, friendly and helpful.

We didn’t like the city/location. Loving animals (and not being allergic) is a necessity considering the dogs, cats and rabbits out there.

Tinh House, a serene retreat tucked away from the bustling main road, became the highlight of our Vietnam trip. The cozy coffee shop entrance, rooms with the garden view, and the warm hospitality of Yen and Sang made it a true home away from home. Perfect for tranquility seekers, the presence of friendly animals adds an extra layer of joy. It's important to note that Tinh House is a homestay, not a luxury hotel, but its unique charm surpasses expectations.

The whole garden concept was really peaceful and well decorated. Lots of house animals which was cute. We liked the kitchen and the bedroom which was upstairs. They have a coffee shop on the ground floor, i was expecting morning coffee during breakfast but its ok.

The shower gel wasnt enough. AC was right on top of the bed which was noisy and direct cold.

This resort is a haven for animal lovers. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, the cocktails are excellent, and the breakfast is simply delicious. The owners are remarkably kind and speak fluent English. Additionally, the option to rent scooters on-site is very convenient. The chambermaid was extremely diligent and took care of our room every day. The communal spaces exude serenity with numerous plants, cats, dogs, and even rabbits. Moreover, the apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, dishwashing, and even laundry. In my opinion, I would rate this establishment 11 out of 10!

The cosiest, most comfortable stay I've had in all of Vietnam. The place was beautiful, relaxing, with great facilities and very close to the centre. The staff are helpful friendly and despite our zero Vietnamese, they did their best to communicate with us. Our host Yen was super accommodating, we had 4 delays with our flight and arrived very late in the night- close to midnight, but she stayed up for us to check us in. Beaches are 15 minutes away, and they provide rental motorbikes for reasonable prices. I will definitely come back to stay here when I visit Phu Quoc again!
