El alojamiento está genial, tiene diferentes habitaciones privadas con todas las necesidades. Algunas con vistas a la piscinas y otras no. A mi me tocó sin vista a la piscina pero me encantó para tener intimidad. El baño y la habitación muy limpio y cómodo. La piscina y alrededores genial. El desayuno no está incluido pero tienen menú por 100k, un poco caro.

La ubicación no es la mejor. Está lejos del centro aunque por los alrededores hay negocios locales. Es recomendable alquilar una moto que el mismo alojamiento te lo propone, pero no olvides llevar el carnet de conducir INTERNACIONAL, sino, no te la alquilan por tema de seguro, entendible.

Jolis bungalows, dans une magnifique végétation bien entretenue. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et confortables. La piscine est sublime et très propre et ferme à 22h ( génial quand on rentre le soir!). Le personnel est tellement gentil, il y a un service de laudry et de location de scooters. Il y a un supermarché juste à côté et la ville et son night market sont à 10 minutes en scooter. C est un très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande.

SWIMMING POOL WAS CLOSE TO OUR ROOM. WE WERE WOKEN UP AT 7AM TO SCREAMING KIDS IN THE POOL. IF POSSIBLE REQUEST A ROOM FURTHER AWAY FROM THE POOL IF YOU WISH TO SLEEP IN

As a Muslim, having a nice well known Halal meal restaurant right in front of this hotel is a very big advantage.

The 5% charge if payment made via credit card. This never mentioned upfront in the booking confirmation.

La piscine est les extérieurs sont cool. Nous avons été surclassé dans une petite maison et ça nous a fait très plaisir. Nous avons pu louer un scooter pour pas très cher.

Je ne dirai rien pour les insectes car ça fait parti du jeu. Par contre nous avons retrouvé des petits caca de souris dans la salle de bain et j’ai retrouvé quelques sous vêtements avec des trous … nous l’avons surpris le soir d’après en train de manger les sachets de café offert dans la chambre. Donc pour ça pas top.

The villas we stayed in were very nice, clean, and definitely worth the price. The charges were surprisingly low for the value we received. We did not book a luxury stay, but the experience exceeded our expectations for the amount we paid. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the Vin bus for travelling to VinWonders and Grand World. A supermarket is located right next to the property, and there is also a restaurant nearby, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Điều hòa chưa đủ mát mặc dù đã để 16 độ trong 2 giờ đồng hồ nhưng chưa làm mát được đến 26 độ. Theo nv thì lý do là vì trời quá nóng. Nên cải thiện chất lượng điều hòa. Khách luôn phải dùng kèm quạt, nếu không sẽ rất nóng

If you’re planning a peaceful stay in Phu Quoc for at least 7–8 days, this place is a great option. The rooms are excellent for the price, and the swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. For activities, it’s best to book tickets for VinWonders, Vinpearl, and the Hon Thom Cable Car through Fla Village—they offer better discounts compared to other travel agents and even the official ticket counters. The property is centrally located on Phu Quoc Island, which makes getting around quite convenient. Sun Town is in the southern part of the island, while Grand World is in the north, and both are easily accessible. A bus stop is located right next to the property, and you can take Bus No. 17 to reach Grand World. Phu Quoc Airport is also very close by. Public transport is reliable, with buses running every 10 minutes, making travel smooth and hassle-free. Overall, the place offers a very peaceful and comfortable stay. However, this is not for party people or those looking for a happening, nightlife-heavy atmosphere—it’s ideal if you prefer calm and relaxation.

Staff was kind and place was really nice. Very tropical vibes.

The location is good

No staffs to support . They close the reception by 7 pm and after that noone is available to help you with any issue. They don't understand English properly and so they give improper response. No cleaning is done to the room or no new towels are provided even if you stay for 5 days. Not worth the cost. Waste of money

I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. The team was professional, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it to others.I have been traveling the world for two years; the only time I feel sad is when I leave after staying somewhere.

Прекрасное место для отдыха 🌿(31 марта по 6 апреля) Очень уютная, зелёная территория, тишина и ощущение полного расслабления. Номер чистый, стильный и комфортный. Персонал — невероятно внимательный и доброжелательный, чувствуется искренняя забота 💛 Отдых получился именно таким, как хотелось — спокойным и душевным. С удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Всё великолепно, кроме местоположения и по карте даже не понятно, что это такое захолустье. Но такси решит эту проблему в остальном пешком можно только купить фруктов. Классный бассейн и номер великолепный: просторный, уютный, атмосферный)

Fla village is a great place go stay.. The lady greeted us very well and her humour is supab..! The rooms, the pool, the entire property is very great..

The key.. It created a bit inconvenience as sometime it was not getting open..

Personal muy amable y simpático. Habitación muy amplia. El baño bien, es un wetroom, es decir, la ducha no tiene mampara, pero para nosotros no fue ningún problema. La piscina genial, sobre todo poder tarde un bañito al final del día.

Her thoughtful gestures truly elevated our experience—before we went snorkeling, she even provided spare bread so we could feed the fish and enjoy a closer, more memorable interaction underwater. It’s this kind of genuine hospitality that makes a lasting impression. The hotel’s location, while slightly away from the main tourist hubs, turned out to be a significant advantage. It allowed us to explore authentic local markets, experience the indigenous culture more closely, and shop at much more reasonable prices compared to the typical tourist areas. Overall, a warm, welcoming stay with a unique and enriching local experience.

Lovely pool and great price point. Easy to explore rest of island from this resort. Rooms were great and staff were friendly. Food was good at the restaurant.

Location is not easy to explore from on foot. We usually like to do this where we stay, and found it difficult from this place.
