Coup de cœur pour l'hôte. Sa gentillesse, son accessibilité, sa disponibilité ! La maison était fonctionnelle et équipée. Plage et transport à proximité.

Wow, Wow, Wow.... the apartment was amazing. Roshni was an excellent host who exceeded our expectations. She went over & above to make our 4wks as pleasurable & memorable as possible & was always on hand via call or text to also check in with us & make sure everything was satisfactory...thank you so much! Over the 4wks it was left cleaned & presentable by Emily who was always polite & friendly. Each time she came, a laundry wash was always hung out 🙂 The location was as mentioned, 2mins walk to Pereybere beach and great places to eat. We have also fedback to our friends & family about this place too.

It was really wonderful. Very spacious..each room has it own toilet..bathroom and a nice balcony... I highly recommend you all to do your stay and spend a luxurious place at low cost

Nice placel truly exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to the incredibly helpful, humble, and genuinely nice owner. The warmth of their hospitality made a significant difference to my stay. The location is another standout feature, being very close to the beach, which was a huge plus for relaxing strolls and enjoying the seaside atmosphere. What's more, the rooms offered excellent value for the price. They were not only clean but also boasted a very nice decor, adding a touch of charm and comfort to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay near the beach.

Alles, was das Herz begehrt! Zur Ankunft hat die Vermieterin ein Baguette, Eier und 2 Dosen Bier bereitgestellt. Eine super Geste! Ausserdem hat sich mich 1x auf ein Essen to go eingeladen und wir immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Selten so versorgt geworden. Das Appartement ist super groß, sauber und hat sogar einen Wasserspender. Ich kann es vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Preis/Leistung unschlagbar.

Everything was perfect, apartment is very clean, modern, spacious and well arranged. But the most incredible part is definitely our host. She’s absolutely the best we ever had on any travel around the world and we traveled quite a few times. We are still very touched by her kindness and availability, thanks for everything again. We already recommended to all our friends and family your place :).

La climatisation dans l'une des chambres non fonctionnelle. Sinon rien a dire tout était parfait.

From start to finish, I liked everything. To start with, the host (Roshni) requested me to contact her through Whatsapp so that she could send us maximum information to access the apartment and facilities available there. The apartment was very cozy and had all necessary facilities that we needed. The swimming pool was very nice and enough big. I requested to accomodate extra guests and Roshni accepted for no additional charge. Upon arrival, Emilie made some gateau piments for us. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Got a late checkout also. I will definitely recommend and will look forward to stay there again. Thanks a lot Roshni for everything.

Nothing much except that one air-conditioner was not functioning properly but did not affect us that much. Please get the air-conditioner repaired or changed Roshni.

Climatisation insuffisante dans chambre master.

It was our second visit and as expected, it was really nice. The host is always sweet and caring, and ensure that we check in and check out smoothly. All the details about the place is shared beforehand to avoid any problem. The place was really clean and spacious. We had all amenities and kitchen tools required. There were many board games (we really enjoyed playing scrabbles for sure). There was no neighbors to disturb us and it was a quiet and calm place to be. Everything is within proximity (beach, food, shopping, SuperU). The place is really value for money. We will definitely come back again.

The property was so close to the beach, and was perfect for our family. The apartment was spacious with ample space to feel comfortable . The hostess was amazing. She really understands the concept of hospitlaity.

Getting to the apartment was easy however the road on the one side needs repair and the neighbours overhanging palms need a trim. The exterior of the complex could do with a little spruce up.

The apartment was so warm and welcoming, the hostess is so accommodating for early check in and late check out. Ideal for our family group, teenagers had own rooms and bathrooms. Little one had lovely play room and toys.

The direction to the location seemed difficult for taxi driver to locate

Apparemment propre et spacieux . Au calme, proximité de la plage et des restaurants. Excellent rapport qualité prix Le propriétaire nous à fait livrer un repas complet avec boissons. C'était délicieux.

Alles, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Wir bekamen super Informationen per WhatsApp wie man es findet, das Appartement ist super mit allem, was man benötigt, 2 Gehminuten von dem Public beach (einer unserer Lieblingsstrände auf der Inse) entfernt. Jede Menge Restaurants für alle Geschmacksrichtungen in Fußweg Entfernung. Wir verbrachten eine Woche da und ein Tag war schöner als der andere. Das beste aber ist die Vermieterin Roshni, durch sie hatten wir ein ganz spezielles Willkommengefühl, was wir noch seltenst auf unseren Reisen erlebt haben. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen:)))

La ubicación, la terraza. Era amplio y luminoso. Cocina bien equipada, aunque muy usado. La atención de la propietaria para que tuviéramos lo necesario

No me gustó nada del apartamento. Las fotos estan muy mejoradas por lo que es la triste realidad.Muy viejo todo, decoración pesima. Las camas no tenian sabanas de arriba y la colcha se veia manchada. Tuvimos que buscarlas en un trastero, por suerte las encontramos. En la piscina no habia ninguna tumbona

Die Nähe zum Strand, 7 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Wohnung hatte massive Wasserschäden. Es roch nach Schimmel und Moder. Da helfen auch keine Duftstäbchen. Zum Teil gab es schwarzen Schimmel an verschiedenen Stellen. Unserer Meinung nach gesundheitsgefährdend.

She already sent us the location and everything we need to know about the house in advance and ensured we have an easy check-in. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and we also had board games (we really enjoyed playing scrabbles for sure). There was no neighbors to disturb us and it was a quiet and calm place to be. We just missed having a later check-out. Next time we will request for one.

Only the pool need to be clean except everything was ok

Mrs Roshini was excellent. I received messages on the property and location well in advance. There were 3 bathrooms and each had all their own amenities e.g hair dryer , toiletries etc. There was 7 of us and enough supplies! There was lovely welcome package that included a bottle of wine. Mrs Roshini also let us have a late checkout, cleaned the flat and let us take a shower when we returned from our trip. And if that was not enough, she bought us some pastries to take away . The apartment was spacious and facilities excellent.

Mrs Roshni has provided a video to get to the accommodation but it was a bit challenging to find the property . Note it was dark and rainy on arrival hence did not make for an easy trip :(

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! 🏡✨ Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway, and we truly enjoyed every moment. 🌿☀️ The host was fantastic—very responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We especially love how homey and cozy the apartment and the cute little outdoor seating, and how close it is to the beach only a few minutes walk away We highly recommend this villa and would love to return in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Complimentary breakfast was provided the next to last day. We enjoyed it. Apartment was very spacious, orderly and clean. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of rum, snacks and slippers.

The fridge was not clean when we arrived. There were jars of spoiled condiments and a leftover bag of caked shredded cheese. The parking area under the apartment had an open space so I parked there. However, I had omitted to read the instructions about the parking which stated to park on the street. The next day, my car was chained in and I had to call the neighbor who chained in the parking space and he opened it up so I could remove the car; not very welcoming. Moral of the story: pay attention to the host’s instructions.

The place is located in Pereybere and is close to all main beach in North coast like Grand baie and pereybere beach. If you want to explore north cost the place is recommended. The area was also close to great food shops. You can walk or take a car to visit the place. The place has 4 bedrooms all with ACs. There were all amenities required for tour stay like iron , washing machine , toaster , cutleries. The place is in quite area with lovely balcony. We got snacks on our arrival and even free breakfast on one of the days we stayed.

Pereybere is a very busy area compared to Flic en flac. The road is busy in the morning and it took us sometime to get out of the place at times. We only stayed for 3 nights so not much of a problem. There is no on site parking which the host has clearly mentioned but we failed to read it. You can park on road and it is safe.

We had a very warm welcome. The host even prepared a local snack for us! This place is a must with friends/family or even a nice vacation date. Will re visit again !!

We have never been entitled in any of our previous rentals to a welcome such as that received by our host. She was available at all times and even came to visit us. We had enough bed linen, towels, even beach towels were available. there also were more than enough crockery and cutlery which you don't have in other places. Having cleaning included was also very nice. The apartment is located in a dead end street and is very quiet. Parking was available in the street.

Large apartment on the first floor of building. Easy 5 minute walk to bars / beach /restaurants and the bus stop. Regular buses running into the evenings to Cap Malheureux and Grand Baie. Lovely housekeeper who made a light meal for us on arrival, also she came in one morning to cook us a breakfast. Some lovely goodies in the fridge on our arrival and some Indian sweets delivered during our stay. The owner was very prompt in communications and also allowed us a late check out on our departure for our night flight. Great boat tours available from Grand Baie organised by local tour operator in Perybere. Excellent air conditioning. Good supermarket close by.

Nothing to dislike

Such a nice host who is available all the time. She left us treats at the location and also stopped by to drop baked goods for breakfast! Really impressed with the appartement which was super private and very quiet and relaxing We had a lovely time ☺️

It was very new and clean. It was very near the beach. The showers had hot water and the beds were very comfortable. The owner also left some juice and chips for us as a welcome gift.

There was some issue with some electric sockets and also the piping in the sink. But the owner immediately got the electrician and repairman to attend to the problems. Now all resolved!
