L’emplacement est très bien , c’est tellement l’emplacement idéal pour les touristes puisque que c’est à quelques minutes de la plage

La mujer trabajadora que nos atendió. Estuvo muy atenta a nuestra llegada y nos dios todo tipo de facilidades, lo que agradecimos mucho. La ubicación estaba muy bien.

El alojamiento no estaba muy limpio (cocina y cuarto de baño). Nos encontramos una cucaracha cada noche

Accueil plus que sympathique, le propriétaire est disponible et fait en sorte que le séjour se passe au mieux. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire dans l’appartement, une literie confortable. Et je tiens à souligner la propreté des lieux. Merci pour ce séjour ☺️

A mon arrivée accueilli par Monsieur sehhar Gopal le propriétaire qui aurait cru que l'accueil et la gentillesse de ce monsieur a rendu mon séjour agréable et Madame Rekha femme de chambre et aussi cordon bleu hors paire. Un endroit formidable très proche de l'arrêt de bus pas loin a pied de Grand baie un karaoké juste dans l'angle a la sorti franchement quoi rêver de mieux la tranquillité qui règne Alors si vous comptez venir en vacances a ile Maurice et que vous choisissez perebeye le prix est abordable les chambres spacieux et très propres. Grand merci à toute l'équipe bon e continuation

Great location, host was easy going. Great value but could do with a make over, iron and ironing board. Overall good as cheap and cheerful.

The apartment is amazingly well equipped with all what you need, the location is very near from the beach and supermarket (5 min walking distance). The owner is a very nice and welcoming guy. Honestly, my wife and I will definitely come again.

Lage sehr gut, schöner Strand und Supermarkt schnell erreichbar. Vermieter brachte frisches Obst vorbei.

Möbel in keinem guten Zustand, für kurzen Aufenthalt aber kein Problem. Ventilator macht sehr laute Geräusche, dies stört beim schlafen.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the place was quiet. Everything was close, the seaside, the shops and even restaurants. We were satisfied with the staff and the owner was always responsive.

The furniture needs to be replaced.

La femme qui nous a accueilli était d’une grande gentillesse et souriante. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir à Baleau Villa pour un prochain séjour à l’île Maurice. Logement très bien situé, tout à proximité.

Super séjour à villa baleau. Emplacement on ne peut plus central. Tout à côté et une mention spéciale pour la personne sur place qui est d une gentillesse rare. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire du lieu via message sur le site . À l année prochaine.

Un très bon accueil de la personne qui s’occupe des lieux Rekha. Elle nous a fait un repas à notre demande et il était très bon. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et merci à ma gentillesse de Reka.

Location was really good. Really nice personelle, house keeping lady was so nice and friendly. We loved the seating outside. Check in was really good.

Sheets were with yellow stains on it, needs to be replaced. We had one cockreach in our room but they had spary for those, so it was okay. You can hear other apartments air cons so lound. Dirty walls and windows.

Great location, nice and clean room! The hotel was a minute away from the supermarket, car rental office and the restaurantsl! The housekeeping lady was very nice and helpful. Would visit again!

So close to the store and the beach! That was really nice. The bed and pillows was so good that I didn't need to use my own. Travel by myself and it felt safe to stay here.

We booked a double room and arrived in an even bigger room. Place is close to the beach and easy to access. Close to groceries store, bus stop and main road. Owners organized transport from airport which was super. Great affordable place in a great location with attentive owners. Rooms has fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Would easily recommend to anyone staying in Pereybere. 🤙🤙

The location of the villa is great. All amenities are nearby, specially the famous pereyber beach.

location is good, near the beach and supermarket. there are different rooms and basically are clean and comfortable

it would take more organisation, the host and the stuff are very kind, but continually messaging for everything. I had to change room without prior notice, it has been bad.

Only thing to like about this place was it's proximity to WINNERS supermarket.

Taxi driver could not find the property - eventually saw a sign when we were right on top of it ! Nobody was there to meet us. Keys were left on a table in an unlocked room but we had to find it first. Owner sent a few messages via Whats App which is USELESS if you are outside and have no WiFi access !!! Too many bits of furniture, most of which were not fit for purpose and just cluttered up a small room. No washing machine in kitchen as stated in description of studio. Air conditioning did not work and there wasn't anyone to contact. Cupboards were too small and doors & drawers would not shut properly. Only 1 towel left for the two of us. We were told that apartment would not be let out to anyone until our stay of 19 nights had expired but found someone (Eddie) in there, when we checked it on Saturday the 4th of March - he moved in on the 3rd and knew nothing about our booking until the 8th of March Owner threatened to have me arrested for damages to the apartment in a message via Booking.Com on the last day of our holiday - could it get any worse ? Demanded the keys be returned on the 8th, when they had already been left with Eddie on the 4th. A very DODGY person and a big DISGRACE to Mauritius - there's one everywhere and we found him here !

Very close to the Pereybere beach, dive shops, supermarket and car rental. I stayed for more than a week and it was ideal for me. The owner was very helpful and they even offered a free laundry service. Felt like home away from home.

Furniture was not the newest and the drawers wouldn't always work properly. Cockroaches and ants in the studio, but they provided a spray to control them.
