im still waiting for someone from head office to get intouch regarding the fact that i had no lock on my door for half of my stay aswell as no wifi connection in my room which was needed for work. No soap in the kitchen, no tissue in the bathroom, broken plug socket. almost 100 euros for a bed and shower.

Es un albergue moderno y bastante cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado para llegar al centro o a cualquier lugar con transporte público. Pude dejar el equipaje luego del check out sin problema. Volveré!

Tivemos um problema com a fechadura automática de acesso ao prédio. Precisamos esperar quase 30 minutos até que alguém que estivesse dentro abrisse a porta, e não tivemos nenhum retorno do responsável pelo local. Após o ocorrido, fomos informados de que o problema era causado pela bateria, que demorou cerca de dois dias para ser substituída. Durante esse período, os hóspedes deixaram um pedaço de madeira na porta para permitir que todos pudessem entrar e sair, o que deixou o prédio completamente sem segurança.

Apart from actually everything fitted I particularly liked the design. Though there's no reception the admin on the service line is a real person and super helpful. It's located very central, close to the most frequented areas and public lines.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, the host and guests are very friendly, technical support successfully solves problems. Highly recommended!

Lieu bruyant, système d'ouverture électronique compliqué et bruit énervant, personnel de ménage bruyant, pas de rideau sur une grande partie de la fenêtre et donc pas d'intimité et impossible de dormir le matin à cause de la lumière, douche difficilement utilisable, lumière horrible...

It has tram and metro stations very close to the property. The price is also very cheap and there was airconditioning which was nice to have during a heatwave. It was quiet, possibly because there were not a lot of people staying at the hostel during the time we were there.

The rooms smelled stuffy and even though we ventilated the smell stayed. There were hairs in the cabinets that weren’t ours and there were still things from a previous guest underneath the bed. There was one time where we tried the access code a few times and it didn’t work and then another guest had to help us out.

Good shower pressure, hot water, AC in room. Quite close to the metro.

The room was quite dirty, especially the carpet and the curtains were filthy- never washed I think.

Unkompliziertes Selbsteinchecken, alles mit Zahlencode. Das Zimmer sauber und das Doppelbett sehr bequem. Die Lage war für uns super, der Preis für eine Nacht im Doppelzimmer nicht zu toppen, Restaurants, Kneipen und Bushalte fussläufig.

Toll war, dass es bei der Hitze eine Klimaanlage gab. Leider war sie bloß so furchtbar laut, trotz Ohrenstöpsel.

It was clean, nice and quiet. The location is perfect. It was such a pleasant surprise.

Nothing, but just a small suggestion, it would be great to put the curtains on the upper window. Otherwise, it's great 👍

Only having one men's and one women's toilet for more than 10 rooms and the men's toilet was always dirty.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station und des Westbahnhof. Die U-Bahn-Station ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist ideal für eine Übernachtung. Es gibt Dusche, WC, Küche und einen Essbereich.

The room is big and clean, overall it’s comfortable. There are shops near by. Cafe, restaurant and markets.

Only one bathroom for men and one for women with 9 rooms. The showers also only 2 and no hangers to hang your towel and clothes. Locations a bit far from downtown 25 minutes by using public transportation. However it’s 7 minutes away from metro or tram stations. One more disadvantage that no iron available 😬

Good location and easy check-in.

The room is uncomfortable due to the climate control. The air conditioning is obsolete or broken, using outdated analog dials, and it only blows mild air. With an entire wall made of glass, a high ceiling, and cheap plastic curtains that absorb heat rather than block it, the room becomes unbearably hot during the summer. To make things worse, the only way to open a small window is to move the curtain, entirely exposing your bed to the inner yard where neighbors have a direct view. Having also stayed here in the winter, I can confirm the unit fails as a heater, too.

Die Klimaanlage hat einen Tag und eine Nacht nicht funktioniert, vielleicht war ich aber auch zu dumm, sie einzustellen.

Kousek od Wien Westbahnhof.

Velmi hlučné, a to i po půlnoci. Nepříjemné. Udělat s kancelářských prostorů hostel asi úplně nefunguje. Není tam žádné odhlučnění. Chyběl fén na vlasy. Při plném obsazení hostelu by asi bylo dobré uklízet koupelnu a WC častěji. Nebylo to čisté. Příliš mnoho lidí na dvě sprchy.

Man, booking had very bad rates for this one, however was great. Price 30 euros per night. Near to an station, bars and restaurants. Near to Hofburg. Of course is not a 5star room, but for the price I dont blame it. Also nice decoration, and good enough.

People were rating this as very bad, but is not, there is only 1 toilet for mans and 1 toilet for woman's, maybe have a 3rd one would help a lot!

Attendre devant la porte pendant plus de 30 min que le code de la porte arrive. Le numéro de téléphone renvoie sur une IA avec laquelle il faut insister de longues minutes pour obtenir le réel numéro pour l'assistance. Les rideaux ne cachent pas totalement la fenêtre.

На таку кількість кімнат мало 2 дешевих і один туалет( В кімнаті панорамне вікно ,яке тільки наполовину зашторено,вся верхня частина відкрита на обозрення для вікон напроти.

Vybavení pokoje jak z kanceláře 80'. (Nábytek, žaluzie v oknech, umělé květiny).Nepříjemný tmavý strop, který optický zmenšuje prostor. Málo světla a vzduchu. Při každém odchodu z pokoje je potřeba použít kod na uzamčení.

The location is good, and the self check in is easy. And, with all of the problems, they did refund my stay.

So much. - The heating in the room (in the end of may) was broken and constantly on. - when I asked about this, they first said nothing could be done. then sent a repair man, who did nothing. - other guests had the code to my room and opened the door while i was there. - there is a big kitchen with separate shelves per room. A guest stole and ate my food from my shelf - one of the showers was impossible to access because the door handle was broken - the other shower was dirty and had no shower gel. - the ‘quiet room’ was on the courtyard where people continually passed by or stood smoking etc.

This was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights- amazing location, personnel, communicateion before and after the check-in, I can not recommend this place enough. Very quiet, nicely furnished and a welcome basket was such a sweet addition, a very thoughtful gesture.

it's a digital "hotel", the codes I've been given didn't work, so I could enter the building I was calling the hotel, no answer the hotel contacted me back the next day and admitted I was provided wrong codes, offered a refund and I still didn't get the money back and the hotel is not responding to my messages anymore

Air-conditioning not functioning and heating non stop, no solution from the staff, even a fan is not possible, empty shampoo bottles, disgusting toilet (1) for 9 rooms, missing facilities in the kitchen, alcoholic guests fighting at night in the commun area, one of my most horrible stays ever.

La cucina poco fornita , ho dovuto mangiare fuori tutto il tempo del soggiorno! Sicuramente qualche attenzione in più alla pulizia degli spazi comuni e sopratutto nei bagni ! Si può migliorare

Rein gar nichts

Nichts - das Zimmer war total verdreckt. Es stank mach Rauch und es war super sehr schmuddelig. Wahrscheinlich war nach der Reinigung jemand im Raum und hat Party gemacht. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Ich musste mir dann nachts um 23:30 ein anderes Hotel suchen. Das war teurer und ich bleibe auf den höheren Kosten sitzen. Die Erstattung erfolgte zumindest schnell.

Alles. Es war so super. Echt tolles Konzept das man in einem Hostel alleine ein Zimmer hat und bad und wc teilt. Es war sauber und der check in total einfach und unkompliziert. Habe dann verlängert und konnte im selben Zimmer bleiben. Super Kommunikation.

Poor security, did'nt feel safe. They gave my room code to another guest who walked in!!! Big red flag. Very very bad. Thank Goodness I was awake. One shower, two toliets fir entire hotel.

The location is very good.

This hotel has serious problems — everything is automated and it clearly doesn’t work. My issues began when another guest was given a code to my room and walked in during the day, waking me up. The system had reassigned my room even though I was still staying in it. A few days later the exact same thing happened to another guest. I was lucky to be in the room at the time, because my money, documents and belongings were all there. It didn’t feel safe and it left me in a terrible mood. The girl who was mistakenly given my room was very upset, she had just got in from Syria, so was tired. Also, on the day of arrival, the codes are sent out at 3pm (not two hours before), and the email finally arrived at 3.34. So, I was sitting outside waiting half an hour after I was supposed to check in. After a phone call to the remote manager, I was promised a partial refund, unsurprisingly, I'm still waiting for it. I don't mind the paper thin walls, or the fact that there were only two toilets for everyone, its the automated locks and codes that are a real issue. Take your passport and money with you whenever you leave the room.

Ubicado a 40min del centro andando y a 20min en transporte público, en un barrio tranquilo y con buena oferta gastronómica. Tiene cocina común y puedes dejar el equipaje.

No hay personal y el sistema de códigos en las puertas da errores: nos costó mucho conseguir cerrar nuestra puerta y varias veces quedó abierta. El personal tarda en responder y por las noches varias veces gente se quedaba fuera y tenía que aporrear la puerta de la entrada para que alguien le abriese. La limpieza era escasa: nuestra habitación estaba sucia (suelo con restos, cajones sucios...). Estuvimos 4 noches y no entraron a limpiar. Solo hay 1 WC de hombres y otro de mujeres, y solo hay 2 duchas. Mucho ruido al estar en un bajo: gente pasando por el patio molestaban por las mañanas. No hay persianas. NO volveríamos.

The hostel is about a half-hour walk from the city center, and about a 3–4 minute walk to the station to catch public transport. I liked the cleanliness of the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the hallway.

To get from the building’s hallway into the hostel hallway, you need to enter an access code (a second code after the one for the building entrance), and this one was incorrect. I arrived at the hostel around 11:00 PM, when no staff members were available, but luckily I ran into another guest entering the building who gave me the correct code. That’s not acceptable, especially since it didn’t happen only to me. It also happened to other visitors, and hearing someone banging loudly on a door at 10:00 PM (understandably so) is not okay. This happened on multiple days, and as a woman I admit I didn’t feel very safe, since I couldn’t tell whether it was another traveler or someone trying to get into the building. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear every noise; I could hear my neighbors talking at a completely normal volume. The smell in the room was also an issue. The bed linens were clean and neither the pillows nor the sheets smelled, but there was a constant odor of a stuffy, unventilated room, even though I aired it out for at least 30 minutes every day.

Kapıyı calan temizlik görevlisi sonrasında sorun yok 10a kadar zamanınız var dedi ama sonra bavulumu bırakmak icin yer var mı diye sormak icin yanına gittigimde beni tersledi ve bir dakika dedi sonra yanına tekrar gittim ve bavul koyma yerini sormak icin daha sormama izin vermeden 9dakika icinde checkout yapmanız lazım diyerek bizi tersledi bu olayları son gün yasamamız hic iyi olmadı acilen calısanlara bir misafirperverlik dersi verilmesi lazım!!

La comunicación fue muy clara y prolija. La ubicación es muy buena conectada por Metro y Train a 100m. Si te manejas caminando podes hacerlo queda a 30/40 min el centro con las principales atracciones. La limpieza y orden , el sistema de acceso es seguro. Te dejan toallas secador y de cortesía agua y algo para comer (maní en mi caso). Alquile habitación individual.

Bueno en realidad no es que no me gustó. Pero la habitación para uno tenia una cama mesa de luz y un banco...demasiado pequeña. Los baños (inodoro) había uno solo para todos los quartos a veces se encontraba lleno... pero nada grave. Las duchas son separadas y ese espacio cuenta con bachas .

The room and bathrooms were clean and the details were provided in time and everything was well set. The location was the best just a hop over from the metro.

We were given the wrong access code for the hotel entrance and when we tried calling the property no one picked up our message or responded to my message on whatsapp. We had to wait for other guests to get the access code. It was stressful and annoying and we talked with other guests and they had also faced the same problem. The lights in the hallway were turned off and it was very dark. The curtains were really big and it was difficult to move them

Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht ok, was die sanitären Anlagen betrifft : für die Zimmeranzahl es waren 9 und 4 Kojen gab es nur 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen wobei eine defekt war.

The rooms are cozy and well-equipped. There’s a fridge, kettle, capsule coffee machine, microwave, dishes in the kitchen. Everything was clean.

Would be great to have more toilets. The place is pretty loud- you can hear a lot in the room.
