Listing is misleading. Washer/dryer was locked in a room with a broken knob they accused us of breaking. We asked for it to be opened and never happened. We asked for a partial refund of 20% since the door was never opened and we couldn’t use the washer and they refused. We deliberately booked the place because we have a newborn and toddler with us and need a washer avail. Not having a washer made our vacation very difficult. Don’t book here. They are liars and don’t take care of their guests. Plus, the place smelled like sewage.
