Amazing 2 ROOMS design apartement Loft

Very spacious, comfortable accommodation. Easy to parl nearby. The balcony was nice in the sun. Very close to main square and restaurants.

Our only issue was that the lift door opened in a way which then blocked the front door of the apartment. The space was quite tight and this did make it tricky to get our pram in and out.

This was a wonderful stay. Beautiful location. Safe and quiet town. We were a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the Menin Gate. Attended the evening Remembrance Ceremony. Beautiful town. Lovely apartment!

Great location and bigs space for a family. Wonderful style with some old charm.

Some walls could use a wipe down but nothing bad. We also didn't know what floor we were to go on but that could have been just us super tired!

The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. It was a very short walk to the Menin gate and the centre of Ypres.

I've used this property before, it's a brilliant place and ideal to use as a base to explore Ypres and the Battlefields, a very short walk to the centre of Ypres. The facilities are first class and very comfortable, it is my first choice when I visit Ypres and will use again.

Just for awareness, if you need parking it is about 100m away (its free) but it is does get busy.

The apartment was clean, tidy and had all the equipment we needed for our stay. Easy, free parking nearby. Perfect location for walking around Ypres. Close to everything. Really easy to find and access.

Ik miste enige instructie met betrekking tot bijvoorbeeld het afhalen van beddengoed. Verder een map met mogelijkheden in en om ieper. Welke restaurantjes, bezienswaardigheden en must sees, welke loopgraven en leuke weetjes. Telefoonnummers van arts, politie, etc.

Cute apartment in a great location. The apartment has everything you could need, including a wireless speaker to listen to music on. Free parking nearby. I was there to ride my bike and was in the heart of town with easy access to the bike route. Close enough walk to the shops and restaurants.

Stairs steep ( 2nd floor ) but there is a lift. Slightly tricky to find as property is opposite the address street which appears to start at numbers 4 onwards - this is number 1.

A lovely modern loft apartment. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect for 4 adults to stay. Great location, only a short walk from train station and a couple of minutes to the main square. Would definitely stay here again

Felt really lucky to find this apartment! It has everything you need and is a pleasure to stay in at the end of a long day. Both bedrooms had really large double beds and were very comfortable. We parked on Minneplein, which was free and just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Location was perfect for all the great local restaurants and bars, they’re all within walking distance. Would highly recommend. Thanks amazing 2 rooms!

Huge and spacious appartment in the centre of the town close to all the attractions and restaurants. Lovely outdoor seating area and the most comfortable bed. The lift to the appartment was an added bonus.

The apartment was spacious and it was great to have the lift to get to the top floor. Great location close to city centre.

Lighting was very dim with yellow light bulbs. Kitchen could be more organised. Pillows not comfortable. Shower does not drain properly and fills up while showering. You’d expect an apartment such as this to have a washing machine.

Heel mooi, ruim appartement. Mooie ruime slaapkamers, fijn terrasje. Volledig uitgeruste keuken en propere badkamer! De eigenaars hadden blazers voorzien: Dit was heel attent (maar hielp jammer genoeg niets).

Het was die dag 32 graden buiten. De temperatuur in het appartement was verschrikkelijk. De verduistering van de dakramen werkte nergens, waardoor we de warmte niet konden buiten houden. ‘s nachts de ramen wagenwijd open gezet, maar geen vliegenramen, dus vol muggen 😞 Het was een hele korte nacht… Bij andere temperaturen had dit een vrijwel perfecte logies geweest, maar jammer genoeg in deze omstandigheden niet. Sorry!

The apartment was in a good location. We were able to walk to the station and a supermarket. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful stay.

Parking was OK once we knew where. The nearest street is permit only, which we only discovered from a local resident.

The apartment is stunning! Very spacious with beautiful views. Both bedrooms are large with very comfortable king size beds. Communication with the host was very professional and the check in instructions were clear, thank you!

Amazing high ceilings

Lovely spacious apartment with very easy self check in. Very well equipped. Highly recommend. Very close to the centre of Ypres which is a beautiful town with a very interesting history. Very pleased we visited.

Gorgeous apartment, located in the heart of the city. 5-8 mins walk to the cathedral, tourist information, Flanders Fields Museum, some shops, and good restaurants. Also, just 10 minutes to the Menin Gate. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. A separate toilet from the shower room was helpful for a family of 4. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, through the glass door and up the stairs. There is, though, a self push button lift to help with those who would have trouble climbing or carrying luggage. It's just a shame the weather wasn't nice enough to have breakfast on the balcony. Could just imagine a perfect morning out there.

Beautiful property in a great location

Clean stylish and comfortable, bed very comfortable and the kitchen had a dishwasher, great shower and outside area to eat, great location.

Iron wasn’t offered and the outside temperature was around 24oC so the main bedroom was very warm. There was no fan available so didn’t sleep well which was a shame, accommodation is up several flights of stairs but a lift is available. Be warned if taking your own car to do some research in to where to park, 18 hours after parking on the street below we received a parking ticket for 25 euros.

The location was great in town not far to walk to the menin gate if you were doing the historic areas Great value for money for the area. Comfortable well-cleaned and got a lift if stairs are difficult for you. And it's even got an outside area if you wanted to sit outside. I definitely would stay again

A brilliant, light and open space - for such a reasonable price. The bed was amazingly comfier than my own! We stayed at multiple locations across Belgium on a tour of the country and this was by far the best.

Apartment was amazing. Perfect location to reach everything. The owner was very helpful. We will be back as one night was not enough. We didn't want to leave. Definitely recommend this apartment

Everything Abu the property was amazing the landlord was a very good person my check out was meant to be at 12pm but they have changed my flight time till 8pm and he left me to stay I will definitely recommend this house and I will go back in the future
