Very nice pleasant rooms where one can cook and even do laundry. The Balkons was amazing. Everything was there. The hosts were a great people who are willing to help clients.

The room is conveniently close to the metro, and the organizers were very cooperative when I accidentally took the shared key with me. However, when I entered my room, it didn’t smell clean at all—it had a bit of a sweaty smell, so I had to keep the door open to air it out. The shared toilet was few sometimes messy, with beard hair on the mirror and unflushed waste (other guests). If you're looking for a cheap option, it works, but cleanliness may be an issue in this shared setup.

The bed was comfortable and outside is a nice place if the weather was good

I stayed only one night so it was ok, but you don’t get any room key to lock the room when you leave it. There is sauna in the description and the host said that they mention extra payment for it on booking but at least on mobile version I couldn’t see it. The wifi was not detected by my phone in the room I stayed at. All wardrobe shelves were locked in my room, not for using. The common spaces of the house are rather messy and full of personal stuff of the hosts I guess, there is some camera in the kitchen? The apartment is a little far from center.

The hostess was so sweet and helpful! I absolutely loved the experience and will definitely book another room there 🙂

Nice place, forest wiew, kind owners, very clean room and bathroom. Small Patio near forest.

1.We were in summer, weather was hot, and it was very pitty - impossibility to open window. For us it was stuffly during the night. 2. Discription in booking.com. I recomend for future guests read discription very carefully. Because really in our disposal was 12m2 room. Bathroom is shared for 3 rooms. To use fridge and dishes - you need to ask owners. Discription in bookong.com gives another impression.

Basically all was super nice. As advertised, it's quite far from Helsinki centre,but the metro takes you there in less than half an hour. Finding the house was a bit tricky in the beginning (until we found the instruction message ;) )

Welcoming host. Very nice location, about 15 minutes from center. Clean sheets and towel. Did stay for ine night, which worked perfectly for me.

The tap was broken and the shower was not working properly there was mould in the bottom of the shower and on curtain and the place smells

Located in nice neighbourhood, let me get a sense of the daily life of locals, yet easy to go to city centre. 10 min walk to metro and supermarkets. Direct bus to airport. Hosts are helpful and accommodating. Shared bathroom just next to room, both are clean and have enough space.

Would be nice to have a lock for every room so I don’t need to lock up my things in suitcase when leaving the room.

It was a very lovely and quiet neighborhood. Close to the metro station (cca 10 min walking). The accomodation was great, i had a room with double bed, lots of space for my stuff, towel and shower gel included, acces to the bathroom and kitchen. The owners were nice and sweet, very helpful, asking about my trip, giving me advices.

Very clean, very quiet, very good sleep and rest!

Bedsheets was fresh, bathroom cleanliness was maintained well, unfortunately I didn’t have time to try sauna. Owners family very nice are friendly. Hope I didn’t disturb much anyone because of my very specific working schedule. Price/quality ratio is great!

Keyan and Jaso are the best hosts I've ever stayed with! They went above and beyond my expectations and made me feel like home. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. Extra points for the super cozy bed! The location, the vibe, the welcoming that I experienced staying here will definitely make me want to come back everytime I visit helsinki. The bus stop and supermarket are all very close-by and it was one of my most pleasing experience to stay here. Cheers!! <3

I had an amazing time at this place. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They created a cozy atmosphere, shared some useful local tips (which were a lifesaver for me as a Helsinki newbie), and even shared a delicious dinner. The metro station and bus stop to the city are within walking distance, making it very convenient. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay with wonderful hosts, this is the perfect spot!

Lovely family renting the rooms

The accomodation looked really nice and the hosts were super kind and helpful. It's environment is a nice, calm urban area, but you can get to the city centre easily by metro.

Spacious clean and neat room, walkable distance from the train station, beautiful view to the back yard, well equipped big washroom with hand shower, helpful owner.

The coziness and the Nice host. Sauna is also avaliable.

They have a baby. But it was Not too loud.
