Un entorn increïble i un personal molt amable! Hem estat molt a gust! Ideal per anar d'excursió al parc Tayrona un dia i tornar!

La ubicación es excelente, el lugar es fresco, las personas que atienden son amables

Los colchones no son buenos, falta algo de mantenimiento especialmente en los baños, en las duchas, el ruido de la calle aunque entendible se podría mitigar con unas puertas que cierren bien

Kim et sa famille ont été extrêmement gentils!! Ils nous ont reçu chaleureusement dans un endroit paradisiaque. On était les seuls hôtes. Après deux jours dans le parc Tayrona, se baigner dans la piscine chaude, propre et grande c'était un régal !! C'est incroyable cette piscine. La grande chambre, le lieu entouré de végétation, les lits confortables, tout annonçait une nuit de rêve. Jusqu'à qu'on aille se coucher. Le chien a aboyé de minuit à 2h du matin. On s'est réveillé par ses aboiements incessants juste à côté de notre chambre, impossible de le faire taire. Sommeil coupé, car en plus du chien, le plafond en métal fait résonner le bruit de la pluie, et si on ajoute le bruit de camions et bus dans la grande route principale en face... Comment vous dire, nuit horrible. Le lendemain on a vu que le chien avait pris les chaussures qu'on avait laissé dehors, on les a retrouvé loin avec les lacets déchiquetés... Bref, on était tellement pressés de quitter cet endroit après la très mauvaise nuit qu'on venait de passer, qu'on a oublié de payer les boissons qu'on avait pris la veille ( 3 bières et 2 cocas), on s'excuse pour cet oubli, on va essayer de contacter l'établissement pour leur faire un virement. Dommage, le lieu était vraiment incroyable, sans le chien (que pourtant on a trouvé très mignon à notre arrivée), j'aurais donné une note de 8.5.

Le chien, le bruit de la route en face et le fait qu'on rêvait de se laver les cheveux après 2 nuits dans le parc donc dans la mer et la piscine de l'hôtel, mais malheureusement pas de shampoing à disposition.

La verdad el hotel deja mucho que desear. En primer lugar, no es apto para personas con limitaciones físicas y algún tipo de discapacidad, ya que debe recorrerse a través de gradas que son supremamente altas, situación que no es informada en la presentación. En segundo lugar, no es un lugar apto para el descanso, ya que la primera noche que allí pasamos, celebraron una fiesta con sonido bastante fuerte que duró hasta altas horas de la madrugada. En tercer lugar, ofrecen un servicio de restaurante que cuando las personas encargadas de el esta disponible. Un día que quisimos almorzar allí, no fue posible porque las encargadas se iban a playa a Palomino, dejándonos a la suerte de tener que buscar otro lugar para almorzar y cenar. La comida tampoco es buena. En cuarto lugar, es discriminatorio frente al turista nacional y el extranjero. En los dos primeros días que estuvimos allí, no había nadie que hiciera aseo, pero frente a la llegada de turistas del exterior, apareció alguien a hacer el aseo, y ya el restaurante funcionó sin contratiempos. Lo mismo pasa con el.mantenimiento, el cual requerimos por el taponamiento del sifón de la ducha, y tardaeon tres dias en atender el requerimiento. Por último, se sabe que es un hotel amigable con la naturaleza, pero eso no significa que los bichos, especialmente las hormigas, deban estar presentes en las habitaciones. Además es un hotel muy costoso, para las instalaciones, qué se encuentran muy deterioradas y el servicio que prestan.

The host was very kind and helpfull. They let me keep my stuff there while I was in the Tayrona National Park and offered water and a shower to refresh when I came back. The place was very quiet and had a chill atmosphere.

Es un paraíso Me encantó todo

Gyönyörű kerttel körbevett, rendezett környezetben elhelyezkedő szálláshely, nagyon közel a Tayrona NP bejáratához. A szoba nagy és tágas, az ágy kényelmes, a légkondicionáló, TV, Wi-Fi jól működött. A medence csodálatos volt, több d.u. is élveztük. A személyzet/tulaj kedvesek, segítőkészek, bár nem beszélnek angolul. A szálláshely területén vendéglő is működik, bár egy alkalommal mikor vacsorázni szerettünk volna semmi nem volt elérhető így a szomszédba kellett átmennünk.

- A szobában nem volt hütőszekrény. Egy kisebb hütő jól fogott volna. - Meleg víz egyáltalán nem volt elérhető. Ez nem zavart annyira, tusolásra alkalmas volt, bár 5 nap alatt nem tudtunk hajat mosni. - A szálloda előtt elhaladó főútról elég sok zaj szűrődött be a szobába éjszaka.

Me encanta lo limpio, cómodo, las areas comunes son hermosas y muy bien cuidadas. Quien atiende usualmente es la dueña a quien agradezco por preocuparse y encargarse de cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. Nuestra cabaña era de ensueño por la vista desde el balcon, y la bañera al aire libre. Es mi tercera vez visitando este hostal y no decepciona. En toda la puerta pasan buses hacia cualquier lugar al que te quieras mover, tiene la entrada principal del parque Tayrona a 5 minutos en un vehículo, 30 minutos a pie. Por ser temporada baja por las lluvias no contaban con el restaurante disponible, únicamente para desayunos programados previamente, pero cerca hay un centro comercial, restaurantes (the coconuts no falla) y varias opciones para comer. El area es tranquila y segura.

Zeer leuke plek om te overnachten als je een trip gaat maken naar tayrona national park. Het hotel ligt op 5 minuten afstand van de ingang. Is loopbaar! Verder hebben ze een lekker restaurant en een heerlijk zwembad!

Hygiëne van de badkamer( sterk verouderd) en de fellen verf hingen aan het plafond. Na een klein opknapbeurtje waarschijnlijk weer een toplocatie. Toch prima betaalbaar en slaapbaar

Mooi zwembad en mogelijk om te ontbijten en dineren bij het hotel. Dichtbij Tayronapark. Erg rustig, mooi aangelegd.

De kamer sloot niet goed dicht, waardoor er insecten binnen kwamen. De douche was koud. Ook was er geluidsoverlast door de ligging aan de drukke weg. Personeel was behulpzaam maar sprak bijna geen Engels.

La piscine est très belle et rafraichissante. La chambre est d’une bonne grandeur.

Le bruit des camions la nuit nous a réveillé plusieurs fois, c’est presque comme si on était dans la rue avec eux. La salle de bain n’est pas fermée, ce n’est pas toujours plaisant selon les circonstances … Il y a manqué d’électricité et nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir la porte ou les fenêtres (pas de moustiquaires) alors la chaleur était insoutenable pour dormir.

We loved the friendly staff, location and the room and pool. The view from our hut was beautiful and the place is kept extremely clean and looked after. Alires was a lovely host who made us feel extremely welcome, she was very kind and sweet.

Such a beautiful stay the accomodation and rooms feel like you are in a jungle oasis, also a great location right near the national park entrance

The wifi did not work in the rooms

The property was just a 30-minute walk from Tayrona, which was perfect as I didn’t need to rely on public transport. For the price, it was excellent value! The pool and surrounding area were great for relaxing, and I really liked the aesthetics of the place. The host was incredibly helpful and made my stay very comfortable. I’d 100% recommend this place, especially if you're planning to visit Tayrona National Park!

Only a couple of small things to mention—there was no bedside lamp in my hut, so I couldn’t read at night, and some shelving would have been useful for organising my clothes. Other than that, everything was great!

Good location near to El Zaino entrance to Tayrona.

We were told that there was a private pool party the evening we stayed. We therefore could not use the pool whilst party ongoing. Additionally the restaurant and bar were closed, meaning we could not eat dinner or breakfast. After a day of trekking in tayrona park, having no access to food meant we were very hungry. Additionally loud music from pool party till 3am meant we barely slept. Cold water in shower. Holes in mosquito net. Asked for a discount given the stay and told that this was not possible. Would not recommend.

We were welcomed with very good service; they immediately showed us to our room, explained the rules. The room had everything we needed and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was good. The best part is its location—you don’t have to walk from the bus like you do with other hotels. We usually don’t use pools, but this one looked clean, and we liked it. Plus, they helped us with directions to other places.

The only downside was that the mattress felt a bit strange.

The photos are outdated, there was no water at times and when we did it was a bit dirty. The room didn't appear as it did in photos and bathroom was a bit dirty

The staff is kind and if you go up the stairs leading to the highest rooms, you can get a nice view of monkeys around.

The rooms could be cleaner and the bed lining needs to be renewed. As it is right in front of the main route, it is quite noisy at night.

I loved how peaceful and accessible everything is, it's so close to Tayrona! The staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and it was such a great place to get away. As a female solo traveler I was nervous but this place was great.

*this review is for the whole area, down the entire street* bring extra power banks! When I came there was a lot of rain and we lost power a few times. While there is a generator sometimes it is not all of the time. And again, the entire street/area lost power due to the storms, not just this accommodation.

There were gaps in the door and walls so lizards, spiders and other bugs could easily get in and no mosquito net. There were droppings inside the room and especially on the shower head. Bad lighting. No hot water and the outside bath was full of leaves and dirty. There was no atmosphere or many other guests at the time.

It's an absolutely beautiful place. The staff are all very kind and helpful too. I wish I stayed longer. Also the food in the restaurant is fantastic.

Nice pool, nice rooms and super friendly and helpful staff!

The hotel is located next to the street and you can hear the noise of the traffic very well. The breakfast portions were rather small.

I loved the service here. The staff were diligent and attentive. Everything exceeded my expectations, especially for the amazing cost.

All area was amaizing, beautiful garden, pool, perfect restaurant, very delicious food for good price, drinks and so on.. the staff was very friendly and they were really helpful.

The beds were quite creaky and the wardrobes were damp and musty

I stayed at the glamping bungalow. It's simple but enough for spending a few nights. The balcony with the view is amazing! Aside from the view, it is a great bonus to the room to enjoy the sunrise or listen to all the birds. The shared bathroom facilities were nearby and clean The people who work here are very friendly and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my time there. I enjoyed reading a book in the pool and you have plenty of space around the pool to relax. Beds hammocks and chairs. Food is good, cocktails cheap and good and you can choose to use the spa facilities on the properties.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. We went for tayrona for one night and there really helped us and kept our bags. The facilities are also great, the restaurant, the pool and the bus stop in front of the hotel. We stayed here again after Tayrona because we liked it that much. The accomodation is also very nicely decorated.

The small rooms is very small and especially the bed is to tight for 2 persons. The small room also gets very hot. The bigger room is much better.

The traffic noise

Very nice spot with a great pool nice hammocks to chill by. The room had an outdoor bath ( no hot water) but it was still very nice to sit in and clean the Body after a long day at the park. I was one of the only guest at the time but the owner took the time to chat with me and share stories. She is a lovely person. Highly recommend the pizza casa it was delicous

The property has beautiful grounds and you feel like you are at one with nature. The swimming pool was a nice place to cool down after a day of exploring. Loved seeing the wildlife in the areas ! We even saw a family of monkeys one day in the tree. Well located to access Tayrona park. It was unfortunately closed during our visit. The breakfast was nice too.

It is by the main road which means it’s easier to access but you can hear the road at times. Not a massive problem and it didn’t effect our sleep.

The pool is really nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. Its located in the nature and its beautiful. They gived us a lot of informations about the national Park and in 3 minutes of bus you get to the entrance.

The only down is that there is the main road leading to the park passing next to the hotel and its noisy.

Stunning. Such lovely staff. Beautiful rooms and pool area. Restaurant is delicious and huge menu! Beautiful stay, would highly recommend! Also so many fruit trees and you can help yourself to Mangos!

I was there in low season so I was almost the only one there. Which I loved as it was super quiet:) I had the swimming pool for myself! The facilities are great, the pool area is super relaxing and you can eat as many mangoes as you wish since they keep falling from the trees :) The restaurant on site is good and has several options.

It looks nice but is right on the side of the highway. The property across the street has a big retaining wall and basic reflects back all the super load trucks that are accelerate or air braking right in right. We were far back and couldn't sleep even if the noise cancelling machine at max. The shared room is basically on the highway so I don't know how they slept.

We were have a nice romatic dinner and they dogs on the property started barking, and no one at the hotel stopped them for almost 30 minutes. The little white one was terrible. Then in the middle of the night starting barking for hours. Super super terrible experience here.

The pool, the gardens and the staff.

We finished the lost city trek and the hotel had no water, so we couldn’t shower, wash our clothes or use the toilet properly. We booked this as a relax following the walk so were disappointed by this. It seems to be a regular thing based on the access to the water (according to the staff it has to do with the filling of the pools). There is loud traffic noise, the room was hot and the toilet doors wouldn’t close properly but the above was the main issue.

It was very beautiful and relaxing..staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was a lovely distraction after a long day in the park

Super quite, we were the only ones. The pool is really clean and lovely for swimming. I had a nice massage there. The little cabin is super cozy and has a mosquito net!

The bathroom could be a bit more clean.

Excellent staff and comfortable rooms. We stayed in the Bungalow with a fan, which was nicely built and cleaned. The staff is very kind and gave us exceptional service, especially David, who works in both reception and the restaurant. The included breakfast has a nice variety, and all meals were delicious. Lastly, the wi-fi worked perfectly in the reception and restaurant, a must during our stay.

We paid for a 22qm room and when we got there they had put us is a 8qm room without a proper view like advertised. The next day I asked for a better room which they did then give us. It was the room we had actually booked. Laundry service is veerryy expensive here and they were not very helpful when I asked for a place to hang up all the wet clothes I had from rain on my suitcase. Just kept saying I should get laundry service. Took super long till we agreed on a price for the dryer. Breakfast is waaay too early. 7-9 am. Who the hell wants to have breakfast so early on vacation. I think they should extend it till 10am. There are very few places to go eat near by btw. The room and balcony wasn’t that clean. I had to ask for someone to come clean it. The bathrooms were old. Definitely need some renovation. And NO HOOKS anywhere. Couldn’t hang up my towel for a shower or in our room. It’s such a simple thing, they should add some. You have to walk up soooo many stairs all the time. For Bathroom, to go to breakfast,etc. It’s exhausting. Generally I was kinda disappointed.

The dog was cute. Close to the park entrance. The cook was very kind and helpful.

Where to start… Even if the reviews seem nice don’t trust it. There were several problems but I will start with the biggest and come back to the others after. First of all the mattress of our bungalow (the Venus one) was completely used/broken and needs to be changed, it is impossible to sleep on that: the springs of the mattress enter in your back and there is a hard part in the middle of the bed making it impossible to move. Moreover the hotel is right next to the Main Street so during the night you can hear the trucks as if there were in your room. As we had booked 2 nights we went to the reception on the next morning to ask to change room or to find a solution for the mattress. The girl of the reception said that we would look for a solution for the next night when we would come back from the Tayrona Park in the afternoon. First she told us that none of the other rooms was available (I still have a hard time to believe that since I saw the keys on the outside of certain of the rooms but anyway) and that we would change the mattress but she then noticed that the other mattresses were too big for the bed. She offered us then to pay 60,000 pesos more for the night to get a better room but we didn’t want to pay as it was not our fault. When she called the landlord to ask to switch room without paying more she replied that this was out of question and that actually the room had just been booked and offered us to go to a dorm room without getting any discount or compensation. This is a scandale seen that we even accepted to go to a dorm while we booked a private room in counterpart of a discount seen that the dorms are cheaper and she didn’t even wanted to talk to us in person… When I asked to talk to the landlord directly, she didn’t pick up the phone anymore, that is outrageous! We thus decided to leave the hostel and the receptionist was so kind to give us our money back for the second night.

Location is very good for the national park + the hostel is beautiful! The food was also very good and nothing was overpriced! The male staff member (can't remember his name sorry!) was very nice and helpful - he let us store our bags overnight when we stayed at the Tyrona park which was an added bonus!

Completely understand the location we were in, but just to be aware you will be sharing your room with lizards and insects haha + we sat to have a few drinks at 6 o'clock (planning on having food around 7/ half 7) and was told that there was no liquor/ cocktails, despite being able to see bottles of spirits in the bar. Then told we had to order food straight away as the restaurant would get busy and orders would back up.... we were literally the only 2 of 4 people staying there that night. The waiter shortly left after we finished

The place itself is very beautiful, with a pool and spa available onsite

The staff were not very attentive. There is only one very small coffee machine, and staff do not monitor it, so both mornings I had to ask them to refill it and wait. The room was nice but also smelled very damp. No hot water
