L'host ha sostituito l'appartamento all'ultimo momento con un'altro di dimensioni molto più piccole mantenendo lo stesso prezzo. Ci siamo dovuti sistemare in uno spazio che non era adatto.

Location is great.

Dirty unit. Bathrooms are gross, water pressure is very very very poor, the pictures of the unit that I booked did not match the unit that we got to stay. We arrived at 8 pm ish at night and message the unit the day I booked it and asked if they can have the AC turned on for us an hour before arriving and was told that they'd do it, sadly that did not happen. So no word of honor at all. We only stayed overnight to sleep over to catch an international flight early morning. We were there for more or less 10 hours only.

I did not like it

The property was hard to find. Host was very bad. Never answer the call. No responses. Toilet was locked with key to use. Place was in traffic location. The unit is for very low budget person. Poor unit.

Way of entering is very easy

Some white chairs were flimsy and my mother and grandfather almost fell. Needs sturdy chairs and maybe atleast 7 chairs. No lightbulbs on the ceiling. Just lampshades but was not that bothersome as we just went there to sleep

The outside doesn't look promising but inside the establishment is nice. Complete with everything you may need. You can even cook. Beds were sufficient and plenty more to spare.

Outside building could use new paint, some cabinets need fixing

On the positive side, when the Wi-Fi was not working initially, they did help us and provided a different connection, which we appreciated.

We only stayed here for one day while waiting for a night flight, so we mainly needed a place to rest and work during the day. Unfortunately, the property did not match the photos. The house looks much better online than in reality. The sofa was dirty, the upstairs bed was dusty, and the bathrooms were below expectations in terms of cleanliness and condition. There also seemed to be some lack of organization. We were knocked on the door several times and received multiple messages asking whether we wanted breakfast the next morning, which felt unnecessary and a bit disruptive. Overall, manageable for a very short transit stay, but not somewhere we would choose for a longer visit.

Location was ideal and I enjoyed having a balcony!

No negative comments; it was spotlessly clean and facilities were as described just a cupboard door in the kitchen was loose but just normal wear-and-tear bits

They change our location and hotel to a different which is smaller and congested.

The property is not like the pictures. The overall quality was disappointing and we were not able to sleep. The waterpump was very loud and annoying. The host told us to turn jt off which helped but we could still hear everything from the street and the neighbors. The building was dirty and neighborhood not good.

It's about 2 kilometers from the airport, perfect for a transit stay before a flight.

Convenient Location to airport

Stay at this particular place for second time within a week period the first time the water pump was broken and kept cycling non-stop. we let the staff know and when we returned a week later it was still mal functioning. We just un plugged at night time so we could sleep without the interruption

Very comfortable room with a great bed and very clean, in a safe and well maintained complex. Very close to the airport. Great value. Good communication with the host.

The shower has almost no hot water. The sink has.

Appartamento duplex molto carino, fornito di tutto con DUE bagni,uno al piano di sotto e uno sopra. Appartamento indipendente, cmq lo staff, molto cordiale, si trova in un altro appartamento, sempre sullo stesso piano. Vicinissimo all' aeroporto e a Centri Commerciali Consigliatissimo

Blízko letiska. Mali sme let skoro ráno, ked bolo narocnejsie nájsť dopravu, tak sa za 15 min tam dalo dostať aj pešo. Byt bol priestranný, vhodný aj pre 4 ľudí. Zariadená kuchynka. Dobrý internet. Bola aj možnosť sledovať Netllix, ale my sme len prenocovali. Byt je vhodný aj na dlhšie bývanie. Neďaleko sa nachádzali dve nákupné strediská, reštaurácie,... Odporúčame.

The place was clean, and the overall setup was cute and well arranged

The only issue was that the bathroom tap water didn’t work, and I’m unsure whether the kitchen tap water was functioning. Other than that, everything was fine.

The accommodation was very clean and the location is good.

A little maintenance job to be done on toilet and sink. Power point in the toilet downstairs need fixing as this is hazard

The price was great, very comfortable and we felt like home! Location was great too.

The place was honestly a bit difficult to find, but other than that it was great!

Der erste Eindruck war gut. Das Appartement ist recht geräumig; es war bei der Ankunft liebevoll vorbereitet und sauber. Fernseher und Internet funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten das Appartement für acht Personen angemietet, es waren aber nicht ausreichend Teller und nur ein Topf vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, fast alle Sitz- und Liegemöbel waren durchgesessen, die Klimaanlage in der oberen Etage funktionierte nach zwei Tagen nicht mehr, es fehlte ein vernünftiger Besen und in der unteren Dusche ein Duschvorhang.

I like that it is spacious and clean. The size is good for a family stay. It feels homey. The bedroom upstairs was enough for everyone. It has kitchen utensils you can use. It offers free toiletries like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but I didn’t see any toothpaste. I am not sure though if it was a dishwashing liquid or a hand washing soap that’s on the kitchen sink. It has hot and cold shower. The security guards are pleasant, friendly and helpful. The location is good, near the airport. The (property) unit staff on site was a little nice, but not the one who came to check what was causing the noise, he seemed a bit hostile at first. Although there was no swimming pool, they offered an alternative for it.

1. False claim/advertisement. It doesn’t have the swimming pool which is the very reason I chose it for the family. The kids really wanted to swim but they couldn’t because it wasn’t available. They could have just removed that option from the property details for the moment. 2. It was noisy. Something was broken and it kept making noise I couldn’t get any sleep for the whole first night I was there which was one of the ultimate purpose of my stay. 3. The staff communicating with me was not so helpful at all. Sounds defensive but not solution-oriented. It didn’t feel like helping you with your concerns, not so service-oriented. 4. The water pressure for the shower upstairs was too low. 5. The shower and toilet has no curtains separating them. 6. It didn’t have anything for you to hand your clothes on like hangers and a hanging place like a closet or something. 7. The alternative offer for the swimming pool was good but it was poorly communicated —could have given the instructions clearly in the very beginning of the offer. We couldn’t receive the response immediately due to poor mobile data service which is on me, nevertheless, if it was given clearly at first, we wouldn’t have to end up taking the kids to a beach instead.

Room 501. There are several areas where the facilities could be enhanced for a better experience. The ceiling in the main bathroom downstairs is currently exposed, and the upstairs toilet appears to have some functionality concerns that may need attention. Additionally, it seems there are some challenges with water drainage on the property. We've also noticed that the towels are not drying effectively, possibly due to an excess of fabric softener. Furthermore, there appears to be a presence of black ants on the premises, and a broom for sweeping would be a useful addition. Lastly, it seems that both slippers provided are left-side, which might be something to consider for improvement. The property needs renovation.

Staff were friendly, Very good location to the airport. The flat is spacious and the price is good.

Easy access to everything—very close to the airport, shops, and restaurants. The unit was very clean, and the host was very accommodating. The AC cools quickly and efficiently. 👍 We were satisfied with our stay and will definitely book again in the future.

Given just one tiny blanket as our “quilt” to sleep in, the showers stunk had to leave them running 10 mins to get the smell out and the downstairs toilet was just a no go, power also went out twice and had to go tell a neighbour who helped and got the maintenance involved. The price on booking.com was highlighted at £15 sneakily there was £12 of fees on there which consisted of cleaning fees, it would not have costed £12 to clean up after us… waste of money your better of staying further away from the airport and getting a grab in

lack of information about their non-functional elevator and the room was located on the 5th floor. It was difficult for us to carry up and down our luggages, the reason why one of our luggages' handle was broken.

Never got to stay there as when i arrived I was told my room was on the 5th floor but the lift was broken down and would have to walk up the stairs. Immediately booked into another hotel the owner of the property did give me a lift

Close to Mactan-Cebu Airport

They just instructed us through messages to go to the apartment directly, apartment was opened already and no one was there. We just went in. We were on the 5th floor and the worst part? the elevator did not work we have to carry all our heavy luggage to get there no staff, nobody! The corridor smells cat poops! The towel provided looks like not a towel for us. Bathroom, hand basin looks dirty. The blanket that is so thin is good for ONE person only, ended up sleeping with no blanket. No hot water in the shower in the ground floor. Really unpleasant stay, couldn’t sleep properly due to AC noise and street noise. I hate writing this but that’s the experience I had in this place. I use to stay to the hotel next door but they were full. Unfortunately

There’s a pump of some description on the balcony which is very loud and starts intermittently. We were able to unplug it over night to stop it from making noise as it was too much to be able to sleep if you’re a light sleeper.
