Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, es hat alles was man braucht. Tolle Lage, nah zum See und in die Stadt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this place enough! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and equipped with every single amenity you could possibly need. One of the absolute highlights was the beautifully maintained, lush garden—a perfect green haven to relax in. The entire neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quiet, offering a serene, verdant setting. The location is unbeatable :  * Just a stone's throw away from the gorgeous lake. * Extremely well-connected and convenient for reaching both the historic center of Lausanne and the UNIL/EPFL campuses. A special thanks to our host, Noorlyne. Even though she was away traveling during our stay, she was incredibly accessible, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We would love to come back.

Es war alles wunderbar und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt richtig geniessen! Top Lage ist sehr schnell am Strand und aber auch am ÖV.

The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and cozy. It is very close to the lake so it is easy to go for a swim. Our host was very kind and helpful, she gave us useful information with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay at Noorlyne's house!

Bardzo dobre warunki, cisza, spokój, z dala od ulicy. Mały basen do ochłody w gorące dni. Możliwość urządzenia pikniku w zadbanym ogródku. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. 4 minuty do autobusu 10 minut od plaży

Very nicely decorated with taste and high standing, nice wood floor in the bottom leaving room, bright enough even if half underground level, the owner is extremely nice, kind and helpful! Very close to the lake (10-15 min walking) and close to metro station (5-10 min walking).

The bedroom might feel a bit underground like with small windows on the top of the wall only, but at the end it was not too troublesome as the livingroom is enjoyable and going to the lake too!

A very welcoming host who went above and beyond and was great to communicate with. Lots of good tips regarding places to visit. The apartment was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable.

We were welcomed extremely friendly. The flat is perfectly thought through with no wishes left. Highly recommendable with the distance to traffic and noise while being comfortably close to public Transport.

It is an impeccably designed, well thought-through appartment in a sous-terrain of the owner's house. The owner is very welcoming and available for questions. The garden and pool are bigger than we expected. There are two large sitting areas in the garden, and the pool comes with long beds, towels, and a shower. We also got a welcome bottle of wine as a surprise. Premium, really.

Nothing that we didn't like. Some attention points. Please, read the policy carefully. The pool is very deep and may not be suitable for children. The location was comfortable for us and close to the lake and a beach, but it's about 15 min walk to the nearest supermarket.
