Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Es gibt auch einen direkten Bus nach Ouchy. Preislich war das Hotel okay.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Der Garten im Innenhof war sehr schön und gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das kleine Frühstück hat uns vollkommen gereicht und war ein sehr gutes Oreis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Der Teppichboden im Zimmer. Ein kleiner Vergrösserungsspiegel im Badezimmer wäre schön gewesen.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Das Hotel befindet sich etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums von Lausanne und kann mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus) vom Bahnhof Lausanne in 20 Min. erreicht werden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber eher klein. Das Frühstück entsprach meinen Erwartungen.
Das Zimmer war eher klein. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist dies nicht unbedingt ideal.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026For a 3 Star Hotel it was good value for the money. The rooms are very, very clean despite an older Hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor with the little balcony and room was quite warm - summer months would be very warm - but also a fan in the room. I was at a Congress for two days and the location could not be better. Staff were very, very friendly and helpful.
Pillows were excellent but bed a little too hard. With windows open you do hear people talking/walking outside and normal street noise. TV had only one channel working.

Génial pour les personnes qui n'ont pas fin au lever et big déjeuner 20.-. Parking souterrain 22.- tellement appréciable, surtout que nous allions au match charity all stars 2026. Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Hotel ist an guter, ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell am See und in der City. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein schöner Garten mit romantischen Lichtern lädt zum verweilen ein. Parkplatz, sogar Tiefgarage im Hotel ist ideal.
Schade, dass es keinen Barbetrieb bietet.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026I chose Tulip Inn as I was attending a company do at the Palais de Beaulieu, hence a brilliant location just a few minutes walk away. Staff very efficient. Nice breakfast. Quiet. Clean room and bathroom.
I would have liked some more warmth - the welcome was always a bit mechanical. Also, the staff needs to know about local eateries and transport (I was sent to totally the wrong bus). Pillows awful.

Lors de la canicule, les fenêtres dans la chambre étaient grandes ouvertes et la chaleur était insupportable. Il n'y avait ni ventilateur ni climatisation donc j'ai vraiment eu très très chaud... Le matelas du lit n'était pas très confortable non plus; trop fin...

They were also very good at keeping in contact and giving us advice about how to enter the hotel after hours after our flight was delayed.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Outstanding staff. David and Angela were super and so hospitable. Everyone was kind. The lobby and garden were soooo nice and comfortable and cute. Free water in the lobby was nice. Loved the overall experience.
There was no air con in the rooms, so it was miserable sleeping at night - but had a nice room. Just need fans that blow cold air. Granted it was a heatwave, but was extremely warm in the room. That's France in many hotels, it seems.

We stayed only one night but it was a horrible experience ! We went to this hotel this summer with a heat wave and they were providing only an old noisy fan with only 3 speeds! The room was in the 1st floor but because of the inclination of the street it was actually in the street level and from window every one could see us inside! The view was a parking garage! So we couldn’t open the window at night! We had the winter bedsheets with a winter blanket! The bathroom has very old amenities and a very bad lighting! Also bad was the bathroom ventilation. The room was so warm we couldn’t breathe! Also in the room it was just one small fridge with no water inside, we had to take it this on our own from reception. There was no coffee machine or tea inside the room! I have to mention that when we arrived they said that only the superior rooms had aircondition and we had to pay extra CHF30 to Upgrade. Also the bathroom had no shower gel and we had to ask for a new one. Also I ask to iron and had to go to the meeting rooms they had with my dress to iron! Very uncomfortable and unprofessional I have to say from the hotel. We had the small breakfast, juice, coffee and croissant were really bad! No quality at all!

Nell'estate più calda di sempre l'hotel non ha aria condizionata. Abbiamo sofferto un po'...
