the place we stayed at recently. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the owner was super helpful. One thing that didn't quite work for us was the lack of Wi-Fi - understand that issues happen, and she did try to help and resolve it. Overall, would still recommend, thanks for the hospitality!

There was no electricity in the complex only for one night . We woke up to no water the morning of check out without a given explanation for both the water and electricity. There’s a pub a few houses away from the complex and they play music till the AMs everyday. Place was not very clean

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025I like that it is clean, very clean in fact. Smelled quite fresh when we walked in. The host is absolutely amazing and extremely friendly and welcoming. She is so sweet. The place is as you see it in the pictures. it felt like a home away from home.
The loud noise from the club across the road (beyond the control of the host). We also didn't have water when we woke up (taps were dry) but the host went out of her way to get us bathing water which I really appreciated. The cups in the cupboard need some washing.

The noise from the nightclub down the road was overwhelming. No fault of the property, but the level of music was too loud.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2024The property is located in a safe neighborhood and is within a gated complex. The apartment was very clean and smelled good upon arrival. The host was very attentive to my needs and even let me borrow kitchen materials I needed to make my stay more comfortable. The apartment was the perfect size with plenty of space for my things. The bed was extremely comfortable. I got great rest there and can't wait to come back! Bonus there is a venue down the street that plays great music on the weekends.
The fan could be a bit stronger especially for the summer months

It feels like home when staying in this apartment because you can cook and save on getting takeaways during the stay. It has all the things you would find at home.
Only the load-shedding is a miss, but at the same time, it's a national disaster. Hopefully, with time an alternative can be provided.
