While the house itself was lovely and safe I did not enjoy the rubbish, lack of street-lights and atmosphere of the neighborhood

The place was within their property, but totally steerage and it was like having a little mouse to ourselves including back veranda with a braai area. It was just perfect for what we were looking for.
