* Great central location, making it easy to get around Nice on foot. * Friendly and welcoming staff. * The continental breakfast was definitely the highlight of my stay. They made fresh pastries every morning, and you could actually smell them coming up to the rooms when breakfast was being prepared, which was lovely. There was also a good selection of meats and cheeses, fresh orange juice, and coffee made for you. There weren’t any eggs, which would have been a nice addition, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. * The room and hotel were generally clean enough.

* The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. Being right in the centre meant there was quite a lot of street noise at night, and early every morning there were rubbish trucks, street sweepers and other street noise. I found it difficult to get a consistently quiet night’s sleep. * The hotel also felt quite stuffy, as though there wasn’t much fresh air circulating through the building. I regularly had to keep the balcony doors open in my room to get some air. * I paid extra for a Deluxe room with a balcony, but unfortunately the room didn’t feel particularly “deluxe”. The balcony was extremely small — roughly a metre by half a metre — so it wasn’t really usable as a balcony and functioned more like an additional window. * The room could also have been better maintained. The floor didn’t feel particularly clean, and there were quite a few scuff marks on the walls and water marks around the bathroom where towels had been placed. * Overall, I expected a little more for the price. I paid around AUD $1,000 for three nights, and given that the hotel is marketed as a boutique property, I was expecting a more polished and comfortable experience.

The apartment was located inside a basement, it was very damp, there were cockroaches and mold, the hot tub didn't work, there was no fridge, it smelled bad, the shower did not drain, the "terrace" was just a basement's opening to the outside where other residents of the hotel could look at us. The cockroach that we found died outside and the ants took him away.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par une forte odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, avec une climatisation poussée qui donne malheureusement davantage l’impression de tenter de masquer le problème que de le résoudre. Pour les personnes sensibles, et notamment asthmatiques, c’est un point qui devrait selon moi être clairement signalé aux clients avant leur séjour. Mais le plus difficilement acceptable reste la découverte, à proximité immédiate de la baignoire et du lit, de pièges anti-blattes, dont l’un contenait une grosse blatte. Lorsque nous avons interrogé le personnel, il nous a été expliqué que l’hôtel était ancien et humide et que les chambres étaient effectivement équipées de pièges. Que des mesures de prévention soient mises en place est une chose. En revanche, faire séjourner des clients sans les informer de cette situation et leur laisser découvrir un piège contenant une blatte dans leur chambre en est une autre. Au regard du prix demandé, c’est franchement peu banal et particulièrement désagréable. Je tiens malgré tout à souligner que le personnel est gentil, disponible et serviable. Malheureusement, cela ne peut pas compenser une chambre marquée par une forte humidité et surtout la présence constatée de blattes nécessitant la mise en place de pièges. À ce niveau de prix, je trouve la situation franchement honteuse et indigne de ce qu’un client est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel. En l’état, c’est un établissement que je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander, particulièrement aux personnes sensibles à l’humidité ou asthmatiques.

L'emplacement dans le centre historique. L'architecture et le design de l'hôtel. Une ancienne demeure du début du XXe siècle, à la quelle s'est mêlée une belle décoration d'art nouveau qui n'a point heurté les plus puristes d'entre nous. Nous avons pris 3 chambres dont 2 avec balcons donnant sur les belles rues étroites de la ville. Trés propres. Le personnel était au petit soin et très agréable. Merci pour les lunettes trouvées dans nos chambres pour observer l'éclipse et les chapeaux offerts. Une belle attention que nous avons tous beaucoup appréciée. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour profiter de l'authenticité de Soller et de sa magnifique vallée. Ici le tourisme n'est pas le même que dans le sud de Palma, nous le savions et nous comprenons encore mieux pourquoi ses habitants tiennent autant à préserver ces lieux. Si vous êtes en voiture à la recherche d'un point d'attache calme et paisible pour visiter le nord de Palma, c'est l'adresse parfaite.

La chambre parentale aurait été parfaite si la salle de bain offrait plus d'intimité.

The end of the bed was in front of the wardrobe , in order to get into the wardrobe you had to sit on the bed open the doors until they touched the bed , you couldn’t open the doors fully which made it difficult to see you clothes and pack into the wardrobe, and empty it.

The location is unbeatable (though if you are driving keep in mind parking anywhere close during the day will be a nightmare), hotel is beautiful, and the rooms were very nice and clean.

The coffee machine was not working, and the shower was broken, unfortunately neither was fixed during our stay.

The all concept. The hotel is right in the middle of Luna Calle the most charming and beautiful post card of Soller, just few meters from soller tram. Super clean extremely handy for couples that want explore Soller. Perfect place. Highly recommended. Sandra

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und das Haus hat Charme.

Unser Zimmer lag neben einem Hauswirtschaftsraum und der Schleudergang der Waschmaschine war doch recht unsanft. Die ausgebrochenen Bodenfliesen waren nicht gerade schmeichelnd am Fuß. Die Betten waren frei beweglich, was praktisch für das Housekeeping ist, sorgte in der Nacht für ein nerviges Umherrutschen des Bettes. Auch wenn wenn ein TV im Urlaub nicht groß genutzt wird, so sollte er wenn vorhanden auch ein vollständiges Bild erzeugen können.

Das Frühstück hat die Erwartungen erfüllt, es gab alles was man zu einem guten Frühstück braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum von Soller, aber doch ruhig abends.

A basement converted into a bedroom with no proper conditions. In the morning, we found a huge cockroach in the room. The bathroom had no door, only a velvet curtain, and the shower had no enclosure or screen, so the entire bathroom flooded after every shower. Exposed plumbing and electrical wiring were visible throughout.

Location was perfect just next to main square.

Our room was on third floor so plenty of steps to climb each day, room was fine did have air conditioning which was definitely required as weather was hot but would have preferred a room with small balcony.

Pokój był w przyziemiu. Dla nas to nie był problem, bo i tak byliśmy na jedną noc i przejazdem, ale uważam że taka informacja powinna być jasno opisana.

. Pequeno almoço muito pobre para o preço do alojamento (apenas pão, croissants, compota, queijo, fiambre, e umas miseras fatias de melancia, e espetadas de uva), e sem cuidado de reposição . Inexistência de porta na casa de banho, apenas uma porta de correr com traves, e uma cortina (sem qualquer tipo de privacidade) . Casa de banho muito pequena . Restauro do Edifício muito fraco, com tetos já a necessitar de manutenção, e com elementos de má qualidade, que não dignificam a traça original do Edifício . Reposição do papel higiénico falhou, e a partir de uma certa hora não há ninguém a quem recorrer . arrumação, e serviço de café/chá no pequeno almoço inexistente. O cliente, é que tem de arranjar lugar, e ir pedir as bebidas . algum ruido durante a noite (eatávamos no 2º andar), mas normal pela localização do Edifício, junto à praça principal de Soller

Locatie 100m van het centrum en 100m van een fietsenverhuur. Ruime kamer en goed ontbijt. We hadden normaal een kamer met balkon op de 2e verdieping, maar kregen een zeer ruime kamer met bad en douche op de 3e verdieping. We hebben midden onze reis gevraagd om toch te wisselen naar de kamer met balkon. Dat was geen probleem. Onze ingepakte bagage werd door het personeel verhuisd. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren propere en het hotel heeft een charmante, authentieke uitstraling. Ligt in de winkelstraat en is een goede uitvalsbasis als je de bergachtige kant van Mallorca per fiets wilt ontdekken. Goede elektrische fietsen gehuurd en zelfs tot in San Lluc gefietst. Daar gevraagd om de fietsen wat bij te laden tijdens het eten. Dit was (in juni) geen probleem. Mooie streek, veelzijdig en enkele typische, mooie dorpjes in de buurt. Deià en Valdemossa zijn zeker een bezoek waard. Terugweg is bijna volledig bergaf, batterij hoeft dus niet gespaard te worden als je er naartoe fietst.

Er was in het hotel niet echt een ruimte om de fietsen te stallen en op te laden. We kregen een verlengkabel en mochten de fiets opladen in de ontbijtruimte. Daar moesten ze natuurlijk op tijd weg zijn. Is niet evident als je laat terug bent met de fiets. Nadat ze geladen zijn, moet je ze dan verplaatsen naar een gang in de kelder (tenzij je kamer 101 hebt, dan kunnen de fietsen in de kamer). Er is namelijk geen lift. Enkel deze kamer is in de kelderverdiepingzonder trappen. Ik heb voedselallergieën doorgegeven op voorhand, maar er werd geen glutenvrij en sojavrij brood voorzien. Gelukkig had ik eigen brood mee. Dit werd wel voor me afgebakken.

Super Standort, leckeres Frühstück - klein, aber es hatte alles. Bequemes Bett und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Tolle grosse Dusche und das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet.

Grundsätzlich ist das Bad originell gemacht. Doch als Sichtschutz hat man nur einen Vorhang vor der Scheibe. Dieser ist nicht allzu breit und man sieht durch. Das war etwas gewöhnigsbedürftig. Grosses tolles Bad, aber leider zu wenig Stauraum oder Möglichkeiten, etwas aufzuhängen.

Good location and nice street

We felt like we were catfished slightly - the reality doesn’t look like the photos. The property is in effect a glorified hostel. The room was so small the wardrobe door didn’t open properly because of the bed. The door handle felt like it was always about to fall off. The bed was deeply uncomfortable my partner had back pain after sleeping in it. There were gashes in the walls and the wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom. To top it all off there was no bathroom door which is hilariously unpractical - you could see the loo sitting in the bed. I asked the receptionist if we could have a beach towel (a fairly standard ask). She went to check and then said housekeeping said no. She was fairly abrupt and not apologetic at all - it’s a small ask to lend some bath towels should a hotel not have beach towels. Save your money and go elsewhere.

L'endroit et la chambre m'ont beaucoup contrarié. J'ai oublié un pantalon, je n'ai pas réussi à joindre le personnel ni par téléphone ni par e-mail. Je me suis déplacé. La serveuse du petit déjeuner a simplement dit qu'il devait être parti avec les draps. J'attends un retour. Éncore aujourd'hui.

Hotel tres bien situé. Personnel disponible pendant les horaires d'ouverture, ensuite par messagerie. Propre et calme. Accepte les chiens, cest top :) Nous on gardé un sac pour nous permettre de randonner plus leger, super, merci beaucoup

Prachtig ingericht hotel direct in het centrum van Sollér, we kregen een gratis upgrade naar de honeymoon-suite welke erg mooi was. Het ontbijt is goed en het personeel aardig.

Il bagno non separato dalla camera da letto, nemmeno una tenda. Non è accettabile previa prezzo richiesto e probabilmente non è nemmeno a norma . Sicuramente in Italia non è a norma.

Emplacement qui est à la fois un point fort (plein centre) mais aussi un point faible (très compliqué pour se garer et accéder à l'hôtel).

J'avais déjà séjourné dans l'hôtel l'an dernier et j'avais demandé la même chambre cette année. On m'avait dit que c'était bien noté et la veille j'apprends que ce ne sera pas le cas. Chambre sombre, plus petite. Wi-fi qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de personnel à l'hôtel après 16h. Ptit dej moyen.

The staff was lovely, always helpful with all our questions. We had a late check-in and it was very easy to follow the instructions. Everything went good. The location is fantastic, 10 minutes walk from the car parking, and in the middle of the city. The building is historic and it is beautiful, with art in the corridors. Breakfast was really nice.

There is no lift in the property, or at least we didin't see any. This was not a problem for us but it could be problematic for people that cannot do the stairs that easily. The upper rooms have small windows, not a problem of course, but next time I will ask for a room at first floor, with bigger window and balcony! The beds are a bit hard, so if you have some back problems it is not ideal.

L’hôtel est très agréable et idéalement situé en plein centre-ville. L’accès pour récupérer la chambre est simple et pratique. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied en laissant notre voiture en périphérie du village ; il faut simplement prévoir un peu de marche avec les valises. Le personnel était très accueillant et attentionné. La chambre était belle, spacieuse, propre et confortable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Die Lage ist sehr lobenswert - man ist direkt in der Stadt und hat super viele Möglichkeiten von dort aus Soller zu besichtigen bzw. dort essen zu gehen. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr angesprochen. Das Bad ist zwar mit keiner Tür direkt vom Schlafzimmer getrennt gewesen, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Bucht man ein Doppelzimmer muss einen bewusst sein, dass man zu zweit nur eine Decke bekommt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir aber auch eine zweite dazubekommen.

Bestemt. Skønt by hotel med den mest fantastiske beliggenhed. Rammerne, rustikt og charmerende. Morgenmad dejlig, og til fair pris.

Nous avons été surclassé et avons bénéficié d'un balcon/terrasse avec une vue sur les collines et les toits. Petit déjeuner copieux, généreux et diversifié.Les lits étaient confortables. Etonnant l'accès à l'hôtel via une porte en bois et fermée en plein centre ville.
