Breakfast was lovely. The bed and pillows were totally awesome. I got a pic of the mattress!!! Air con was nice as was so hot. Location easy to walk to from the centre. We took the old train there and then the old tram to the port the next day. Was fun.

No pool, but its a cool old house. Door to room was hard to shut. You could have more advice on what to do around town.. I dont need to ask or go through 100 flyers. Just have the things to do in a book there with instructions how to do them. That would be handy.

Très bien placé en plein centre de la ville, parking à proximité, chambre charmante et confortable ! Excellent petit déjeuner et propriétaire disponible à tout moment par message en cas de besoin... je recommande vivement et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir :)

Cute, historical building. Room was large, with all of the necessary items you’d expect in a hotel room. Staff was very hospitable and helpful. Regret not staying more than one night. Comfortable bed. Great air conditioning. Easy to get to Port de Sóller.

If you’re physically impaired this may not be the place for you since there’s no elevator. But not to worry if you have a good amount of luggage. The staff were very helpful with that. While the shower was perfect for me, I can see taller / larger people might think it’s too tight.

The staff were incredibly helpful and even helped us to contact a popular restaurant for a reservation when we could not make calls from our phones. It is located in a convenient spot but also very quiet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La chambre était très agréable et l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement cinq minutes du centre. Nous étions en scooter et il était très facile de se garer à proximité. L’hôtel est très bien équipé et nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions, comme l’eau et le café mis gratuitement à notre disposition. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible, notamment via WhatsApp, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir !

Gehobeneres Hotel. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war eines der schönsten, das wir auf Mallorca hatten. Toller Garten. Frühstück wird an den Tisch gebracht.

Everything about this place was lovely and charming. Particularly the receptionist Angel was an absolute legend with helpful tips of places to go, prompt communication and generally very warm and kind which really made our stay. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view and great amenities. Loved the Rituals body products! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

A romantic and charming place to stay in a fantastic location. Everything is just a stone’s throw away and easily accessible. The accommodation is also very easy to reach by bus or public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. The breakfast was delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic getaway, a city break, or simply wanting to immerse themselves in the beauty and charm of Sóller.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a perfect location in the old town. Everything is within walking distance. Parking is available in a nearby underground garage. The breakfast is excellent, and gluten-free options are available on request.

The only small downside was the noisy fridge in our second-floor room, but it did not affect our overall stay.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Bougainvillea! The location was perfect, so walkable and close to everything I wanted to explore. My single room had everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel location. We really loved our room with the mountain view, and especially the beautiful inner courtyard where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The gentleman who welcomed us was incredibly friendly and helpful—he even sent us recommendations on what to do and where to eat during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Casa Bougainvillea is absolutely exceptional in every way. In particular, Angel is a fantastic staff member - so helpful and went out of his way to provide us some really great local tips and advice. We loved this hotel.

Chambre donnant sur la rue et donc très bruyante . Manque de rangement pour les vêtements. Je pense que des étagères ont été sacrifiées au profit d’un mini bar, d’une mini cafetière électrique, d’une mini bouilloire électrique et d’un coffre fort.

Fabulous stay, would highly recommend

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Betten bequem und das Badezimmer nach unserer Wanderung ein Genuss. Das sehr liebevoll angerichtete Frühstück im romantischen Garten war außergewöhnlich gut.

Zimmer eher klein. Mit 2 Koffer sehr eng. Zimmer zur Strasse sehr laut. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster sehr schwierig.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. We have no complaints about the hotel itself. And Angel, our hotel contact was fantastically helpful and kind. Now that we know what to expect, we would happily stay there again.

It would help to have some indication of where the entrance is and where to park to unload baggage. We missed where the hotel was the first time around--because it just looks like the rest of the apartments in the area. GPS took us in circles and we ended up wedged into the end of a tiny street with too big of a car. Then, on another attempt, we were told by GPS to go down a street that others were coming down from the opposite direction. We had to back up into a busy street and then had no where to go. Soller is so confusing to drive in that much more specific directions would help. Luckily, Angel (who is the hero in this story) was so kind and patient. He helped us find our way back in a couple of different ways. He was more helpful than we could have hoped. Parking was made available by the hotel, but we didn't want to risk getting into those driving binds again--We lucked out and found a spot on the street just outside the hotel. Paying for it was another challenge. The app didn't work and neither did the kiosk--until we figured out it would only accept coins despite the fact that it has a credit card option.

Perfect location, very comfortable and we will stay again. The breakfast was soften and delicious every day, and they catered well for vegans - just let them know before the day.

little cramped in and out of bathroom and the shower. most importantly: Soller is lovely and a great destination for trips out to Palma and Porto de Soller, but the parking is difficult! Many tourists have received fines and been towed without realising transgression until too late. We parked in a green-marked space at night thinking it was blue and received 120euros fine and 2 hrs lost retrieving vehicle. We were lucky; others had transgressed regarding to clean zone several times only realising when huge fine received!! One backpacker had her fine halved to 900Eur as she had to arrange back transfers...

Es un hotelito boutique, en una vieja casa, muy bien puesto y atendido. El desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación está muy bien sin estar pegado al centro.

Lo único a tener en cuenta: no tiene ascensor para las habitaciones que no están en planta baja. Importante para quienes viajan con mucho equipaje.

Trotz sehr früher Abreise hat der Gastgeber dafür gesorgt, dass mein Frühstück in Form von Lunchpaketen mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft im Kühlschrank vorhanden ist!

A great location, only five minutes walk into central Sóller. The room was comfortable and a good size. There is no reception, so check in has to be pre-arranged, but Nikole got in touch the day before to sort this out. The courtyard area used for breakfast is lovely.

It's an old building in a relatively narrow street near central Sóller, which leads to two issues: first, loud scooters and motorcycles driving by can be heard, and second, if the people in the room above you walk heavily in shoes, you hear it clearly. Sound proofing is not at modern levels. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but there are a couple of "quirks".

욕실에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔다. 커피포트 내부 코팅이 전부 벗겨지고 녹이 슬고 안에 사용 하던 물이 그대로 남아있었다. 침대 어디에선가 계속 흰 머리? 금발 머리카락이 끊임없이 나왔다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐을 들고 계단을 이용해야 한다.

Simplesmente de nada. A entrada no edificio mostra logo à partida todo o resto do alojamento, assento antigo com almofadas com aspecto velho e sujo. Ninguem para te receber a partir de uma certa hora. É tudoum engano,não corresponde minimamente ao que apresenta. Pátio sem limpeza, com a imagem de marca da casa a 'buganvilea' seca sem flor e muito mal tratada (dá dó). A juntar a tudo isso tanto o pequeno almoço, assim como o estacionamento, tentam vender para juntar ao preço do quarto já extraordinariamente desajustado. Quanto ao quarto localizado no ultimo piso ao fim de umas escadas minusculas entra-se num espaço velho que seria no passado uma marquise que mais parece um quarto do antigamente de gosto duvidoso. A casa de banho não muda muito o estilo tanto o chiveiro como as toalhas de banho sao estranhas. Á saida, manifestei um ligeiro descontentameto e a resposta foi. ". .esta casa e de LUXO"

Gefallen hat uns das große Zimmer und das große Bad. Ebenfalls war der Außenbereich sehr schön.

Die Badewanne im Bad war sehr rutschig und es war sehr gefährlich aus der Wanne herauszukommen.

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, ein schönes altes Stadthaus mit hohen Decken. Badezimmer mit allen möglichen Pflegeprodukten, gutem Haartrockner und sogar Glätteisen ausgestattet. Der Innenhof ist auch sehr schön und unser Zimmer war recht groß. Man kann auf dem Zimmer Kaffee und Tee zubereiten und es werden Karaffen mit Wasser sowie Geschirr und Besteck zur Verfügung gestellt. Das ist ein netter Service. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Ort und das Parkhaus war auch nicht weit entfernt (es gab vorab eine gute Beschreibung wie man hinkommt).

Da Fenster / Balkon zur Straße rausgehen war es sehr laut. Vor allem vorbeifahrende Motos machen einen unglaublichen Lärm. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das aber kein Problem. Wir hatten uns auf das Frühstück im Innenhof gefreut. Leider wurde trotz des sehr schönen Wetters drinnen gedeckt. (Unser Eindruck war, dass die junge Dame es sich etwas einfacher machen wollte.) Das fanden wir schade.

L’emplacement était parfait. L’accueil était vraiment très professionnel et très agréable. Un côté authentique aussi j’ai beaucoup apprécié. La literie et le linge de lit étaient très doux et de qualité.

Ce qui est dommage , c’est que le plafonnier n’éclairait pas vraiment et une des lumières de chevet non plus. Donc on avait pas beaucoup de lumière.

So pleased to have chosen Casa Bougainvillea to stay with my mum for a special holiday in Soller, and would love to return. The location is perfect, close to the town centre but with a nice distance so the area is quiet and peaceful. Ángel greeted us and was one of the kindest welcomes we've experienced in a hotel - thank you very much Ángel!

Très bel hôtel dans une ancienne maison majorquine pleine de cachet au centre de Sóller. Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux. Personnel très sympa.

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé, cela fait partie de l’authenticité de l’endroit.

Er was de hele dag geen receptie (gevaarlijk, want volgens veiligheidsinstructies moest die als eerste gewaarschuwd worden); er liep alleen een schoonmaakster rond,; de trappen waren stijl (er was geen lift), de kamer was klein (niet Deluxe) en het uitzicht was een blinde muur ipv bergzicht

Die Lage ist super und der Innengarten fantastisch.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the bus-stop for us to hop on the bus to Port de Soller, Fornalutx and Palma, and it was next to a wonderful coffee shop. We loved the eclectic decor of the hotel and enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful courtyard of an evening.

Bed was very comfortable, nice place.

We loved it here! It was located a short 8 minute walk from downtown Soller. Just down the street from the main area- it felt much quieter, but also very central in that it only took 3- 4 minutes to walk to restaurants or shops. It was secure with a locked door and located in a very safe area. The staff was amazing. Met us for check in and someone was always available if needed. Breakfast was incredible! She even accommodated our picky daughter by making her scrambled eggs one morning. The back patio was beautiful, although too cool for us to eat breakfast we did enjoy a couple of evenings out there. We also had rooms right next to each other so I felt very at ease with my teenage kids sleeping close to us. I recommend room #5 if you can get it. it has the most incredible mountain views.

This was of no fault of the Inn, but they were doing tree trimming very early one morning outside our window. The rooms are located close to one another, and could be loud if there were noisy guests, however when we stayed the Inn was very quiet so there was no worry for us.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Zimmer war sauber Zimmer und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet - passend zum Flair von Mallorca. Es gab auch Kaffee und Tee zum selber machen und eine kleine Minibar. Gefrühstückt haben wir außerhalb. Terasse hat nett ausgesehehn - leider konnten wir sie nicht nutzen, weil es zu kühl war.

Leider gab es keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz für unser Auto. Für meinen Tee gab es keinen Zucker - auch wurde weder Kaffee noch Tee nach dem ersten Tag wieder aufgefüllt. Haben wir uns dann im Supermarkt selber gekauft. Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und man kann es nicht wirklich dunkel machen - Vorhänge nicht dicht.

Toplocatie en gezellig hotel. Mooi ingericht. Op vraag ontbijt vroeger gemaakt en dat was geen enkel probleem.

Der Empfang war sehr nett und die Betreuung während des ganzen Aufenthaltes war perfekt, zu jeder Frage gab es Informationen aufs Handy. Das leckere Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Casa Bourgainvillea wird mit viel Freude geführt! Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt!
