Pappa's Guest House

Très grande guesthouse, avec frigo. Restaurants, plage se trouvent à environ 10 à 20 min à pied. Pour visiter les alentours, mieux vaut louer un scooter.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. A serene escape from the helter-skelter, yet just a short stroll to the beach, shops, ATMs, the bus stand, and lively cafes and restaurants. The hosts were wonderful—we loved our stay! As repeat guests, we wholeheartedly recommend this gem in Arambol.

L'appartamento è pulitissimo. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento senza aria condizionata, ma il proprietario ci ha fatto l'upgrade a un appartamento con aria condizionata senza costi aggiuntivi.

Value for money stay

The property is very neat and clean.. Although it was just one night it was very comfortable... Much needed rest after travelling for long 18 hours. The bed is comfy, we both liked the place and the owner Deep was very helpful in almost everything we wanted. Thanks mate

Everything was perfect

Location is great, in a quiet neighborhood about 20min walk / 5min drive to Arambol beach. Very recommended to rent a scooter though (you can do that very easily when you arrive). Comfortable bed. Very spacious. Kitchen is a big plus if you're on a diet like me. Good fans. Host is nice and helpful.

Equipment was very minimal, especially the kitchen. I had trouble reaching out the host on the last day. No kind of moskito protection in the room, putting a little incense works well.

The apartment was very nice. Spacious and clean. Deep, the manager, was very accommodating and I extended my stay multiple times. Location actually quite good for a longer stay. Easy to reach the main road and up and away from the noise of the beach. Quiet but for the dogs at night. I did have constant problems with the wifi and had I needed it for work, would have been a real issue. The bedding also could be much improved. As well as having some screens on the windows. There is only AC in the bedroom. If you crank the AC during the day with the bedroom door open, it does okay at cooling the rest of the apt. Thanks!

Large clean convenient apartment in a quiet area but nice walk to beach and centre ideal as a base to explore the surrounding areas and beaches

Maybe some newer bed linen and towels and complimentary toiletries would be a plus

The accomodation is very charming and quiet, so you can relax away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are generous and split spacious, ideally equipped - hot water, high speed internet, everything in perfect order, very clean and comfortable. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful!

Indeed nothing

Very kind owner, late Check in and Check out, very relaxed, big appartment, secluded area but near to cafes, beach and supermarket

Dogs barking in the neighborhood ( that’s all inclusive in India😜)

Property was huge and clean. Had everything you could need. Deep the owner is very helpful as well. We had a great stay!

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The host is very friendly and pleasant to work with. The location is quiet and out of the way of the turmoil

It is not very close to the sea

Location

All go

Staying here for the second time, and I still think it's the best guesthouse in Arambol because: Clean and spacious apartments with a balcony and a great view Great location, not too far from the main road but far enough to avoid most of the noise Friendly hosts.

There is still some noise - you can hear dogs, crows, and occasional music in the evening coming from the Arambol shacks. However, this is to be expected if you choose to stay in Arambol. If you're looking for a quiet place, consider booking something farther away from the busy areas.

Really enjoyed my stay at Pappas, Deep was very responsive and the rooms were spacious and clean in a quiet area

Comfy room with sufficient facility. Located in quiet and calm area. Felt a lot of relief after long travel to Arambol beach.

Bit far from busy/convenient area. It takes 15mins by walk to the main street and 20mins to the beach.

The property is slightly away from the main beach area but easily navigable if you have a vehicle. Being slightly away makes this place quiet and away from the crowd. I had a very sound sleep at night. The apartment was spacious, cosy and neat and clean! The owner was very courteous and concerned about anything that could have been my query or concern. Excellent host!

Honestly, I was a bit concerned while coming back late at night from Arambol beach as the property is located slightly inside a street off the main road and I could spot some stray dogs in the street but the dogs were friendly and comfortable with tourists walking down the lane round the clock and didn't bother me at all. Later the owner also confirmed they don't disturb the tourists. For daily shopping, you need to come out from the street to the main road but just half a kilometre and hence not much of a problem!

Very clean and spacious rooms.

A lift could have been be better, with my knee issue and room on 2nd floor.

Convenient spacious great location good value for money. Very helpful owner who was polite friendly and happy to assist with taxis etc Comfortable bed.

No toilet paper . The room was very clean but needed airing easily rectified once doors were opened. Two extra pillows would be nice and a mattress protector ( the easily washable type) would ensure that the mattress would not get contaminated and stay fresh if changed regularly . Also a top sheet. This is not a complaint as the mattress was clean.

Very clean, soft mattress, hot water, safe area, very comfortable, present host,... Apartment is even better then on the pictures

Nothing to complain at all... Location is not perfect if you don't have motobike (10-15 min to the beach by foot), but if you rent motobike ( and motobike is must have here in Arambol) is perfect

great accommodation, I enjoyed the stay

nothing to complain about

Way Better than i expected. Neat and clean. With high-speed wifi. Deep was really supportive. The property is close to Arambol beach. Recommended 10/10.

It is very spacious, clean and conveniently located, both quiet and lively at the same time, the owners are fantastic folks they have assisted me in everything as a first time visitor to Goa, I must recommend them to anyone

I have nothing to complain about, I’m a beggar and a seeker, very satisfied

Internet works great, nice shower with hot water, close to restaurants.

Another fantastic stay at Pappa’s Guest House! Just like my previous visit, everything was perfect. The location remains unbeatable, the rooms are sparkling clean and comfortable, and the owners continue to be incredibly kind and helpful.

Building is nice, the apartment is very spacious inside with decent wooded furniture, and it is relatively clean (for India). Good wifi.

- apartment is HOTTER inside (36 degrees) than outside and doesn't cool down in evenings. - No screens on the window so lots of mosquitos (like a dozen bites each night) - Lacking basic provisions: toilet paper, handsoap, garbage bag, water filter, spatulas and clean pots - This cannot be helped, but there was a pack of dogs that barked every night (5 nights in a row) at 2am which was impossible to sleep through - host over-communicates which is time-consuming - comfort was minimal: pillows on bed were very thin, bed had indents, linnen/towels poor quality, couch/chairs uncomfortable.

Very good guesthouse. Helpful and friendly staff. Sparkling clean. Quite place in the center of Arambol. Nice view.

No complement water.

Great apartment, large with kitchen, in a very quiet area, a maximum of 15 minutes walk from the beach, great boss who helped us a lot! I really recommend this place!

Nothing !

Amazing place to stay so spacious and clean lovely kitchen and the host is amazing best place in Arambol!

Well kept apartment, very spacious, ideally equipped, in perfect order. The owner is very friendly and helpful, always accommodated our requests and questions in a friendly and supportive way.

Nothing to complain about

It was a proper guest house cum hotel room, everything was neat, well arranged before my arrival, clean washroom on top of that common kitchen with dining area. Hard to find these properties in such low pricing.

Nothing I found in one day stay.

The apartment is very spacious, with good facilities - air conditioner, hot water all day, clean and calm. The stuff is adorable.

It is more about the location. Despite the fact that it is located far from the noisy crowded places , at night group of dog can star to bark for hour. It happened to us twice during all our stay.

Spacious rooms, excellent utilities

Nothing everything was great

Spacious, well renovated and a quiet place where you feel home away from home

Nothing

Wow great value for money. Clean, very big, nice atmosphere and so beautiful. I slept like a baby. Probably the best accomodation I've been to in Goa. Very good.

I liked everything

It is clean, spacious and quiet. And everithing works :-) Really good shower/bathroom!

Very spacious apartment, nice balcony, very clean, clean and working refrigerator. Very supportive staff. The room and guest house 100% matches the description on booking com.

Location is a bit remote from the beach but if you have a bike / don’t mind to walk - it’s fine. Mosquito nets / anti mosquito fumigator would be beneficial to have. As per description, there’s no AC in the rooms (but there’re fans), so might be a bit uncomfortable during hot nights.

The apartment is big and a host was super nice. Can recommend

Nice spacious apartment in a quiet area.Very helpful, friendly staff. Would recommend.

Could do with a kettle.

The flat caretaker n owner has maintained his property in a very simple & sophisticated standard which makes it very peaceful and serene place to live... totally worth it deal 👍 Thanks Dayanand(Deep).

- Negligible. Just one suggestion Things to improve - Curtains n Dish plates

I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you brother for being a nice host.💯

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...💜

A spacious apartments, well-located but away from the noise of the main street. The owner is very attentive and helps with everything you need, despite the power cuts in Arambol, Deep installed a generator for the WiFi, so you can work peacefully from the apartment. Perfect for digital nomads and long stays! We will definitely return.

Pappa's guest house is in prime location and it's extremely clean. No water or power issues. Dayaram is so helpful and He solved every problem in minutes. Friendly staff and make you feel like home I'd recommend the stay to everyone. You can have comfortable trip without any hassle. 5 star points to Dayaram & family. So kind and helpful. They treated us like their own. Can't wait to be back. Thank you Dayaram Bhai.

Everything is perfect, exceptional value for money. Spacious, clean, simple and everything works well. A good place to stay.

Deep the manager is very professional and willing to help in any way. Very spacious clean apartment with balcony , could sleep 4 easily. Wifi 100%. Nice and quiet away from the techno music and less than a kilometre from the beach.

The apartment was basic but great, as well as the location in the centre of the village, near to the beach and my yoga class. The host and his family were always there, and I felt safe, which is quite important for a solo traveller. They also attended my requests in no time. Thank you very much for the stay, and I will be back.

I had a very warm and comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and reachable at all times. They maintained the cleanliness and the room was pretty huge and beautiful. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. The experience has been fantastic.

In few words, everything about Pappa's Guest House makes you feel at home. I have been there twice before as well with my girlfriend and stayed for over 6 months together. And the hosts Daya and his family has treated us like nothing less than a family. You get access to full fledged kitchen as well where you can cook on your own food. The privacy is superb. And the place is not far from the beach as well. Cleanliness maintenance is top notch. And they even try to fulfill any special requests that you have. The wifi works without any issues. So if you are planning a stay cation in Goa where you need to continue your work and yet enjoy the chill of doing it on a beach, don't think twice and just go for Pappa's Guest House. To be very honest, this is the best place with even better people running the place. Cheers!

Absolutely nothing to not like about this place.

very nice guesthouse Responsive staff, clean flat. Convenient location Thank you

Nice location to stay calm ,no traffic problem & most thing is Saftey for the family members.

The rooms are very clean kneat and big locatwe to near to market and beach,

Great location: quiet, yet close to everything you may need. The property is clean and well maintained, rooms are spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The family that owns and runs the place are honest, decent, and truly caring. We wholeheartedly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay here again.
